The manager at this store is amazing. I came in on a Sunday night b/c my battery in my tahoe went dead while I was in Orlando. She started to replace the battery when out of nowhere it started pouring rain. Rather than stopping and running back inside she kept working while I held an umbrella for her....it was raining so hard I dont think it really did anything. By the time it was done we were both soaked. She went above and beyond to help me out. Awesome Customer Service at this store.

Had such a great experience having my battery changed here yesterday afternoon. Joel helped me out and installed the battery for me, even though my battery is an absolute pain to get out!! And of course it started to rain as he was installing it, because it’s florida!His service was excellent and he was so friendly I had to go back in the store and buy a couple seat covers and accessories just give them more business for having such a great associate.Whatever you do make sure to keep Joel around and you’ll have a customer for life!

The store is busy. Especially on the weekends. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is organized and clean. The bathrooms are Not. But over all the store was a good place to buy car parts, etc....

Clean place u can pay with your phone here just in case u forget your wallet like I did🤦🏽‍♂️😄

Fred was very helpful. Had a battery that went bad and he helped me get it replaced under warranty. Installed battery for me. Since he helped me out I went ahead and bought a few additional items. Definitely recommend!

I call before just to make sure they have the part I was looking for... I asked them 2 times just to he sure to drive 40 minutes to get my part and wen i get here they simply say that they dont have it.. according to him.. it shows on the system as available but its not on stock... now... my question is.... if I asked them 2 times couldnt they just check on the inventory??

Poor customer service at the desk. Didnt even acknowledge I was waiting to pay for some wiper blades. Stood there 10 minutes being ignored by the counter help. Seems they place more value on the phone customer, instead of the guy waiting at the desk waiting to pay therm money. Stay AWAY!

My 2 YO Advance AGM battery wasnt holding a charge. I went in for a battery check. The lady at the counter resisted testing it. She rather rudely questioned and challenged if I had bought the battery at that store. FINALLY, she condescended to check my battery. It tested weak. She said I should take our home and charge it. I asked about my Advance guarantee and she said they replace the battery ONLY if they charge it and it then fails testing. Note: she told me they only in response to my specific request. Also note: she NEVER offered top test or for warranty.What a hostile encounter. This was unlike any Ive ever had at this store like at other Advance store around the country.

Great auto parts store! When I first walked in the employees greeted me and asked me if I needed any help. I told him what I was looking for and he brought me directly to what I needed. I was in and out in under 5 min. Great place to go

Great fast service. Eric was so helpful with getting me the brakes and roters we needed and told us of the deals with other items associated with our brakes.

I needed my battery replaced and it was done quickly. The downside was the the clinical term is obese employee who looked at me three times and said that the clerk who was waiting on another customer would help me as soon as he was done. The large employee was just standing down an aisle doing nothing while I waited. I got fast service from the second employee but was ignored by the first. Will Not return to this location.

Went in for a battery and they switched it out no problem for us. Brenda was very kind and helpful, however the guy who did it broke our radiator hose and we reported a claim and they asked the guy if he broke it, if course he said no, so they refused to pay to repair it. We got stranded in Orlando an extra day, missed work and had to pay for another night at a hotel.

Knowlageable and friendly staff that are willing to help you install parts for free if a minor job, they have most resources you will need for your car.

No complaints. A little modernization would make it nicer, but it serves its function well.

Went to buy a battery and the guy tried to sell me an almost $180 battery for a 2001 Sentra. When I told him I wasnt looking to spend that much on a battery he went down to a $160 battery. I ended up leaving and went to OReilly and got one for $75.00

Absolutely horrible!Ordered something online last night.This store is 80 miles from me but the only store showing the merchandise in stuck.So I ordered it with only option, store pickup.Today I was ready to drive 80 miles for it but was wise and called to make sure they have what I ordered. Guess what! They didn’t!And the explanation of my question, why is that I haven’t been notified about this? “ I have no idea, I don’t know who was here last night! “For real??? They asked my number and email address in the order form and my order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes later, yet they haven’t noticed 18 hours later they don’t even have it!!!I’m glad I called!This is a joke, these employees should be fired!!!

Went in to have a battery tested and charged at advance. So before I wentered in I measured the battery at home with a fluke DVOM and had 12.58V on it. I decided to take it to see if everything was ok and to get it back to 100 percent of a charge since the wife left the light on the car and drained it having to jump the battery to get the car turned on. So the next day I went to advance and the girl at the counter tested it first. The machine spits out the results that I need a new battery. I asked her to place it in the charger to see if it will hold a charge and to see if she can retest it fully charged. She told me no because they were told that bad batterise can explode. So I took my battery to autozone. They happly charged it and was done in an hour and tested as a 100% good battery. If you asked me that girl at advanced auto is either lazy or is just trying to make sales and take advantage of people. Do your self a favor get a second opinion if you go there to have something tested and or avoid that location at all costs. I cant stand crooked as sales reps.

Ask for Fred. He was knowledgeable and helpful, staying late to install a battery for me.
