We have ordered several items. Online orders arrived on time . In store items have been great. Remodeled whole kitchen, bathroom with in stocks items. Great service. Great blowup decorations for Christmas and Halloween

My boyfriend is here at least 3 times a week for his job. I accompanied him on this trip, with a broken foot. As always, terrific service, very accommodating, and patient as I my scooter died a couple of times. They gladly brought me a charged, replacement each time. We were very indecisive in the plant section, and again they were very patient with us. Highly recommend this location!

I was very disappointed when I was checking out. My husband and I are both Navy Veterans. On our drivers licenses both have VETERAN on them. In the state of Florida, this can only be on there if you have shown your DD-214 showing an honorable discharge when obtaining your license. When I went to check out, I was told that they dont give the 10% discount if you have the Veteran designation on your drivers license EXCEPT on 3 holidays - Memorial Day, Veterans Day, and Fourth of July. They will honor other sources of veteran identification everyday. You also cant get the 10% if a veteran orders online. I was very respectful to the cashier but I did let her know I would no longer shop there. I also told her another big box hardware store gives me 10% Everytime, whether in person or online because I registered with their military program for discounts.

Will never buy another appliance from Winter Haven store again. Scheduled for 1 to 5 on my delivery day. No show no call until 6:15 when I get a text that they have two drop offs in front of me still. So we just kept waiting. 9:15 we get another text that our deliver will need to be rescheduled. Next morning Im told they can cancel the order or reschedule because they already have deliveries scheduled for today. Terrible customer service when it comes to appliances. They use an outside company for the deliveries, and you cant speak to them. Just not what I would expect from this store. Only saving grace is Caroline at the service desk, she is willing to keep listening to me and really trying to get this resolved. Day 2 and still waiting with no idea if and when will get our stove.

I like home depot in general. But this store is outstanding. The workers there go a step beyond.

This visit to Home Depot was very good and productive. I was looking for a bag of Lime but was having difficulty locating it. I asked an employee in the garden section for assistance and he, promptly, provided that. It was found on a shelf in a narrow space on aisle 57. I greatly appreciated the help and purchased two bags. Great price and pleasant trip. Kudos to the store and the employees.

I went to the rental department today and was helped by Mary! She was simply the best! I needed to rent a carpet cleaner and she not only got the carpet cleaner for me, she showed me how to use it, and also recommended some really good carpet cleaner might I say. One of the gentlemen in rental was nice enough to put the machine in the car for me but unfortunately it had water in it and it leaked all over my backseat. Mary gave me the choice to select one of their machines to clean it, but it needs to be detailed anyways so I told her that, that was okay. She explained to the gentleman what happened and even though he did not apologize for it, Mary was very attentive and displayed remarkable customer service. I know the gentleman did not intentionally put the machine in my car to wet my seats but when something like that happens it good customer service to apologize for the inconvenience...but Mary apologized for it all and made it right and I appreciate it. She is the best! I definitely will be back. I’ve never really shopped at Home Depot until today

I am from Lake Wales and I called multiple home depot so that I can see which had the commercial carpet cleaner, after 3 stores they said they would have it for me. i drove forty minutes to get the machine in forty minutes to my office to find out that it was broken. upset that i wasted my time i decided to give them another opportunity and get the second machine that they had in stock that one was broken as well. i spent about two hours on the road in about 40 minutes in the store because these people do not test their machines before renting them out. A waste of time Which would eventually become a waste of money because I did not work that day.

They stole from me 109 nine I went back to make counts with them and they still told me that I haded to pay more like 171 more and I was like why if my money went thru the machine and the lady avoided all and then they couldnt took out my money back. i pay more than 5 hundred and they didnt gave me the 109 back. So I prefer to give back that material than to be stolen.

Crissie in the Paint department was able to get me exactly what I needed. (Even when I wasnt a 100% sure what I needed) She was able to match the Paint I needed, and displayed great customer service!She is definitely Assistant Manager material!!

They didnt have the size of screen that I wanted...so I had to settle with a different size that I didnt need...but the employee tried to help but I left unsatisfied

Wide selection of products. Had to buy dryer vent. New dryer, but I didnt realize that I had to provide vent. I did get the semi-rigid tube & power cord. If you need assistance, you need to find an associate & ask for help. I had only one ask if I was doing ok. I was on my phone with a contractor I know, leaning on a dryer, asking what I needed to purchase.

Had to go through 6 people and wait over 20 minutes to get someone to unlock pressure washers. According to explanation only one person in entire store has keys to unlock a pressure washer for purchase.

Bought dishwasher from winter haven Home Depot on 11/24They came out with dishwasher gonna install, couldn’t install need plumber( should have told me when I bought it)Plumber came out to install, motor didn’t pump out water( defective) still waiting for new dishwasher!! Now I have 2 dishwashers that don’t work( never took old one)Now I want dishwashers removed, money refunded! ( I have 2 to be removed!!)Do not buy from this place!!Have to give kiddos to Daphne she been tryingBut she hasn’t heard anything from them!Thanks for trying!

At this Home Depot store, Paint Department...associate did not Know, this organization sells Pavers Sealer and in a way to get rid of the the customer, sent us to “ last wall of the store you will find it”... Will send this review to Behr Paint over in Santa Ana.

Ordered cinder blocks 1/14 to be delivered on 1/15. I was given a 14 hr window. I stayed home all day and nothing . I called the 800 number 1/15 and they don’t know why it wasn’t delivered. I called the store and they needed to research and whatever . Then u got a call back that they will deliver on 1/20, that’s another 14 hr window I have to be home . Hopefully I get it this time .

I had a questioin about what I thought was my sprinkler system. Turns out based on my questions, what I have is an irrigation system. I asked my questions about replacing the heads and walked away feeling confident I could take care of my problem. Why, the gentleman I spoke to was not only knowledgable, he did not mind sharing his knowledge with me. More than tha, I am female, I usually get the curt responses from men who act as if I may want their jobs or worst incapable of learning.Secondly, the trick is to find someone,any one, when you are shopping that is willing to help.. I Got that and more,, Home depot staffs extremely well. I did not have to hunt very long.I needed assurance I had picked out the correct parts, to avoid a return trip. I got my questions answered. I went home and fixed my irrigation problems. Life is good!

Hmm. It seems like the customer service is not like what it has been in the past. When asked about the location of a product, we were just pointed in the right direction, when in the past we were escorted to the product and helped with our selection. Now its over there and thats it.

Its sad that a giant business gets to the point were customer service means nothing to them. Its even sadder that the management team at your local storecares even less. 5 times i called this location and 5 times the phone just hangs up after 3-4 rings, after they transfer you to the dept u called for. On the 5th time, i asked for a supervisor and i was put on hold andIt just suddenly hung up. IMAGINE THAT!!!!. These people need to be reminded that customers are the reason why they have jobs there. Customer service is not a part if there daily duties or policy around thisplace. Ive rather pay higher prices than shop here anymore. Instead of stimulus checks yall people need training on customer service alot more!!!

Broken register at self check out. Took three staff team members to fix. Added 20 minutes to my trip. At least items were in stock and they were able to resolve malfunctioning register tape printer.

They had what I needed this time, but trying to find someone to help locating a couple of pieces was impossible.

There are increasing customer service inside Home Depot store, this one in Winter Haven is one. If you call the corporate office, is like to try to rich one rock in the space, sad experience had in Lake Whales, loss and found policies are trashed by staff, that happened to me, 1800 number, they do not care. Sorry but that’s a reality.

Very disappointing this year. I understand about not hosting Black Friday, and having the sales over the weekend, but the deals werent as great as previous years. With a lot of people home doing improvements, I would think that they would have had more offerings.

Store was pretty active for New Years day with plenty of associates to help guide you to whatever you were searching for. Associates are always very helpful and polite and approach you to ask if you need help.
