Ive been to one of these in the past and Ive loved the selection and quality, but not open on at least 1 day during the weekend is inexcusable in this day and age. I dont want what the box stores have, but Ill certainly go elsewhere from here since this is the only industry that still works normal business hours like the government.

Rachel really helped me through it make a decision on what bathtub was right for me. She took me through several options and we pinpointed what was my must haves in order to make an informed decision. I recommend this place for anybody who needs good customer service in a good price.

Just drove from Lakeland to the store after speaking to them on the phone about a part. When I got there 15 min later they did not have the part after all. No apologies or remorse. Just a well have it in couple of days....Horrible customer service. Will recommend others to go elsewhere.
