I was greeted when I came in the door by an employee hard at work assembling furniture. He directed me to Miss Lynn the Assistant manager. She was quick to ask me if i needed help. At the time I was just looking and she let me know to say something if I had any questions.When I finally had questions she was busy on the phone at the moment, but the store manager Mr Austin was quick to come to my aid. It was a relief to see that Rent King didnt have that commission competitiveness that often makes furniture shopping so toxic.When making my purchase they explained the terms of the contract very clearly. A big emphasis was placed on the same as cash terms. I respect the fact that they encourage the customer to pay day loan their selfs. (My choice of phrasing.)After completing my purchase the same employee that had greeted me wished me a good day though I never saw him lift his head up from the job he was doing.Great experience overall will definitely return to locations.

Lynn Taylor, is the only person that I would recommend help any customer in the area. Lynn has gone above and beyond to find what I was looking for as well as including the best price for my purchase.Lynn’s customer service was outstanding with the most understanding of my time and how to treat customers. Yes I went into the location in Winter Haven and they took great care of me from start to finish. The assistant manager Lynn was very informative and gave me all the information I needed to know with my purchase and the equipment I was receiving . I just bought my fourth major appliance there last week. Lynn Taylor was more than helpful on the sale along with fixing a TV issue from a previous visit. Was impressed how you bailed me out of a jam. Had new defective Refrigerator replaced on a Saturday afternoon with another new one that did not work at all. The warranty number, closed, store hung up on me twice, deliveryman refused to come back. All the food from my 27 cu ft fridge sat in totes and coolers. Rent King - Winter Haven had a rental unit here in less than 1.5 hours. Thank you and will gladly deal with you in the future and highly recommend you.
