Great rooms is not so great. Me and my boyfriend were looking for a sectional couch and there was one there where the cup holders were nasty dirty inside, it was obviously pre-used and not cleaned. New or pre-used I would think they would clean that before trying to sale it to someone else. Then we saw a futon that was ripped and dirty. If I wanted second hand stuff I would go to a yard sale. We finally got grossed out and left.

Ok I take my good review back this company used my debit card with no my consent… asked me to take my review down to keep them looking as if they are a great company.., fast forward to today before office hrs open I get a call from workers personal cell phone regarding a payment… told her I’ll be in some time today..she text me back this ……Valencia this is Blanca I didnt have a chance to Ask you around what time because a 5 PM we are turning all the late accounts to the authorities like really this company is a joke I brought my entire living room cash from them expect my table which I willingly pay a mouth in advance agreement is only for every two weeks I’ll never in my life rent from this company again .., never fall on hard times cause they will call text from personal numbers and threaten you with the cops 8:58 this morning office not even open yet smdh

Mike Sutherlin Is one of the best people my family and I have dealt with in a long time. He is always so caring and understanding to any of your needs. You need furniture this is definitely the place to go and talk with him. We love him and the great experience he gives us every time we talk. It is hard to find great customer service anymore but he is definitely all the about the people and there needs...

I had problems before with great rooms and their management because I had previously order a double washer and dryer and it was delivered damaged. I call the store and they assured me they would send another out soon as possible. But a month went by and I still couldn’t used the equipment. So I turned it in. I recently went in to make a new purchase of something else and met a young lady by the name of Karla. Her customer service skills was beyond that of what expected. She was kind and polite. I will be telling others about my experience. Great job Karla and the great rooms team.

I went into great rooms not knowing what to expect. Me and my fiancé were warmly greeted by Andy the store manager. Who quickly got us set up with a PS4. The staff was very pleasant and was willing to answer any questions. I would definitely be visiting again.

If you’re looking for furniture in the Winter Haven/Lakeland area, this is the place to go. The staff was not only helpful but approachable and sincere. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers when we left. I even made an exchange the same day, and while not ideal I’m sure, Josh, Jose, and Kurt were understanding and still ensured a seamless process.

Worst place !! The manager Josh is a liar! Went and picked out a sectional, was told the couch was brand new paid my down payment and the couch was delivered . The guys brought it in my house and one of the delivery guys were like you can connect the sectional together when we leave . My husband tries to connect the two pieces together and it was broken . So after calling and having the guys come back over i find holes on the corners and the front of couch where they had the cushions hanging over to cover them . Called and the Manager Josh about the holes . Was told dont worry we will order you a new one . Keep that one untill it comes in, in abot 7 -14 days . 2nd week they call for payment, i didnt answer . 3rd week still no new couch, they call for payment . I answer and tell them i am not paying untill i get the new couch . I didnt want to keep this one in the first place because of it being used and having holes . The employee says we are coming to pick up the couch, i said well ill give my payment when i recieve the new couch i was promised, oh well Josh decided he did not want to rent to you guys anymore so there is no new couch . Well then yall can come pick this one up on my time when i am home ! Worst service ever will never reccomend this place to anyone!!!!
