The owner/manager, of this store did a phenomenal job packing not only extremely delicate items but also a couple of huge items for me. She went above and beyond to make sure my things were delivered to Colorado safely and intact. I am incredibly impressed with the service I received.
It’s rare these days to receive professional service from friendly folks that remember your name when you walk through the door. This is the experience you’ll have as customer at this UPS store. I won’t ship from anywhere else!

I have no issues with the deliveries and functional aspects of the store. The woman who must be the manager/owner’s disposition is unfriendly and not welcoming, never smiles, no greeting or thank you. I have been going there because it’s a convenient location for me for 6 plus years and it is completely unpleasant.I’ve decided to go to another location even though it’s out of my way.
I ship Internationally several times and this store gets it right everytime. I saw in some post people giving low review because the employee isnt smiling? Thats pathetic. I would rather have somone know what they are doing and take thier job serious and do it right than worry about smiling. This is why I keep coming to this store. They are on top of their store and do a fantastic job. The cleanest UPS store around.
Not the friendliest, and doesnt say thank you...I just appreciate when people appreciate my business, but we need the service so you go.My local post office are all friendly souls.
I have used UPS stores many times to scan documents to get a digital copy and it costs next to nothing. I scanned a document today (maybe 12 pages), didn’t even get a paper copy and was charged $14!!! That is just insane to me and not in line at all with what I’ve paid at other UPS stores. At another store I scanned over 40 pages for less than $3 so this location is definitely ripping people off. Avoid at all costs.
Best place ever. Staff is VERY HELPFUL ... Use them for my shipping, copying and printing. They help you every step of the way. Not sure believe its one of the owners but she even goes the extra mile in helping you. Had to type/print some papers she was nice and proofread the work for me making letter more professional. Not to many people do that for you. My number one store for all my shipping/printing and copying needs.
We traveled across town because this location supposedly closes at 5pm. Arrive at 4pm, inside is dark and no one is there. 3 other customers were apparently under the same impression for closing time since they were disappointed as well.

I was trying to send a package internationally and the owner kept telling me the postal code I had was invalid. I looked the code up using 3 different websites and they all recognized the postal code as being a correct code for the location I was sending to. She was insistent that I use a different code, which I looked up and found it wasnt even close to the correct city. She couldnt explain why my code was invalid and her only solutions to me were to either use the wrong code or to take my package to the Post Office. Meanwhile, she charged me $15 for a box. One box! The next day, on my own I contacted UPS customer service and they provided me with the answer to the postal code dilemma (which was NOT and invalid code). Amazing what placing ONE phone call can do to solve a problem! NOTE TO THE OWNER: Customer service means trying to find solutions when problems arise. If you keep telling people to take their business to the Post Office thats exactly what they WILL do, as well as to FedEx and any place but your store.
Very professional and wonderful customer services! I come to this location on a weekly basis and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They have gone above and beyond on my standard (and sometimes custom) packaging I send internationally. Our business will continue coming back, thank you!!
I always go out of my way to come to this store! The customer service and friendliness is always #1, no matter if I am sending a ton of packages, getting passport photos, or printing! They are very helpful and professional, and the line moves fast. The only place I trust to do it right!
The owner was quite helpful in walking me through the process of my passport renewal. Despite being very busy during this holiday season, she also went out of her way to save me a second trip to the store when a system was offline. Bravo!

The Winston-Salem UPS store has friendly employees. My complaint is with a package I sent to a friend in Ohio that never made it to her hands. We filed a claim including the contents and value for the missing package with the Cincinnati UPS, who eventually told me to bring the claim to the place of shipment. So I did. After several weeks with no word from UPS, I stopped by. The claim had been processed, UPS said there was only a book in the package and cut me a $100 check... First, that is not what our claim said. Second, I know exactly what was in the box because I packed it, and the items where worth a hell of a lot more than a book. The necklace UPS says was not in the box (that was most definitely in the box) was a birthday present from the first year we dated. I was in grad school at the time and money was tight. Even so, the check UPS cut, hardly covered half the value of the necklace... Not including the other three items in the package. My frustration with UPS for not even covering half the replacement value is multiplied by the sentimental value of the necklace well never see again.I will make sure to use FedEx next time.
Of the two men there at the counter, the older, one who appeared to be training the younger, showed no interest in helping me and seemed surprised that I expected him to find and hand me a UPS envelope for an overseas package. I left and took my package across the street to the Postal Annex where the staff were friendly and professional and knew how to prepare a package for international shipping. You have a choice about where to spend your money. Go some where that values your patronage!

Worst service I have ever recieved. Staff was completely unprofessional, on their cell phones, swearing, and rude. We brought a simple project in to be bound and the staff was not properly trained and proceeded to mess up our project. Supervisors did not step in or show any kind of concern or interest in the matter. We will be reporting this location and following up with the store owner. Completely unprofessional. Do not expect to to recieve good service in a timely or professional manner.
