This worked perfectly for our needs. Did not see any reason for anything but a 5 star review. Very Professional Staff with easy location.

I use this FedEx location regularly for my printing and faxing. The store has a small footprint that is tucked away inside of the Walmart to the left, as you walk into the grocery side of the store, in front of the self-checkout scanners. All of the necessary functions can be carried out at this location, and it is open every day except for Sunday. Typically I use the self-service machine, but whether I need a little help or a lot of help, Stephen is always very professional and willing to assist. I had the opportunity to meet the Store Manager, Josh, when I visited the store on 11/3/2020, and he was just as pleasant. I commented to him about how much I appreciate the level of service I always receive from Stephen and about the cleanliness of the store. I’m glad to have this FedEx store so close in proximity to where I live and still have it open during the pandemic for all of my printing/faxing needs. I highly recommend this location inside the Walmart on Hanes Mill Road in Winston-Salem, NC.

When I came to this location there was a sign up on the door saying be back at 12:30 even though it was almost 1:30, I guess they couldnt be bothered to do their jobs today

I have been standing here for 15 minutes. No one has bothered to say a word to me. It appears that they maybe working on something. But some one should have some manners and say something. Just rude!!!!!!!!

Every time I get something shipped through fedex, it takes a crazy long time to deliver it compared to any other shipping company.
