I use this place frequently for printing out things, sending faxes, etc and the staff does a great job and are very attentive.!!!The only thing that bothers me are dangerous customers coming in to the store NOT wearing masks. It says RIGHT ON THE DOOR TO WEAR A MASK . Some customers seem to feel they have a right to endanger the employees at this store along with the customers.They dont have that right.They should actually be stopped at the door and the police called.As a healthcare provider I say this and I said it to the unmasked male customer standing behind me in line.Im sure if this disrespectful customer went to his very own doctors office he would wear a mask.He should respect the workers at FedEx enough to keep them just as safe as his doctor requires at his office.The nice employees do not deserve customers who disrespect them and their health, putting their lives at risk during a global pandemic.
Jennifer and her team stayed after hours to help me print a large picture for a funeral. They did an incredible job and worked overtime to get it to me. I can’t thank them enough
Returned my AT&T tv hardware today and was about a 7 minute transaction… but the fella behind the desk kept repeating “I’d like to thank you for using OUR fedex office store.” “Id like to thank you for using OUR fedex office store for YOUR returns, we hope to see you again at OUR fedex office store soon!” Just a tad strange… ok it was very strange!
Exceptional service from the Thruway FedEx Office! We came in to get an evacuation plan ans emergency contacts printed. I was thinking what we needed might be difficult to convey, but Jennifer was so helpful and friendly. She got us exactly what we needed and it was of even better quality than we imagined! She really took the time to make sure our project was done right. The service by Jennifer was fast, professional, and efficient! So appreciative of the service we received at this store! You are so fortunate to have an employee like Jennifer! Thank you!!

Maybe next time Im in, the employees will greet me and offer assistance. I just left the store. I stood there, eyes to the front, by the printer, needing to print on cardstock. I waited patiently for at least 15-20 minutes. One lady was helping one person, the other disappeared to the back. She comes up when another customer comes in. I still havent been helped. The other lady finishes with her customer and proceeds to work on something else, ignoring me. I wave my arms. I ask if someone can assist me (I did not want to leave my purse and business items out alone). Still nothing. Second customer leaves and they decide to stand up there and chit chat. I finally close out my items and go to leave. And they thank me. Really? Now you notice? I am seriously not happy. There was no reason I shouldve been ignored. It wasnt busy. I was patient. I hope there is better service next time or I wont be back. If it is better, Ill update my review. Today, Ill take my business elsewhere.
I use their printing services often and am usually disappointed. The last two times my presentations have been cut at the margins. Today I noticed while I was there. They told me that their machines dont automatically scale to fit their printer margins and that I have to tell them to not cutoff the edges of my graphics.They also told me that they will charge me to automatically scale to the margins.Thats insane. Who in the world would print something (let alone for a customer) without scaling the file?????Paid $45 for this waste of paper. I want my money back.
I went in not knowing exactly what I needed. One of the ladies at the front greeted me with a smile, got the bag I needed for the best price and was super fast! In and out, I will definitely be using them for all my shipping needs.
Had to have a FedEx package routed here for pickup. The drop off was attempted at 10:15 am. Even though their hours say they open at 10am, the business was closed and the package could not be dropped off there. So now apparently I have to wait until Tuesday to get it. Pretty bad when FedEx can’t even drop off at their own FedEx location because someone wasn’t there to open on time!
Store was listed as open on Google, but the store was closed the entire day.Store hours for Sunday are listed as 12-6.Drove 20 minutes to drop off a package only to see the store is closed all day on Sunday.AT&T forces me to mail equipment with FedEx, otherwise I would not return...
I dont often get into lengthy reviews about places liker this. But let me tell you, this team cares about what they do, they make sure they do their best to take care of the customers and it shows. I have been in there in a ponce a couple of times and both times they stepped up. I mean above an beyond. I have a deadline on something and one of the employees actually told his manager he would stay on beyond his shift to accommodate me. Who does that these days? With so many people sitting at home refusing to work because Uncle Same is paying them to be lazy, and this guy steps up! Hats off FedEx team!
I am very happy with the service we received from the two ladies working there today. Our child passed away last week and we wanted to get some photos printed of the the short moments we had together. Those ladies were super kind and helpful and definitely showed us love. Id give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I had called to check if they can bind my 90 pages document. I just needed a simple spiral binding. They told me that it is going to cost me over $300 for that. I then called Office Deport and they said they can get it done today in $7. Just be aware of the pricing at this place!
I went in to deliver a package with a pre-paid label. An employee took it from me and said she would take care of it. Two days later and the package has now vanished and is no longer traceable.Edit: a gentleman on The phone, John, who was working there, was able to help me and found my package through customer service. Seems like someone just misplaced it.
Staff are incredibly nice and extremely helpful! I went into the store today to print copies of my Mom’s obituary. She passed recently and it has been a difficult time. All I had was the link my sister emailed to me, and had no idea how to turn it into a document to be printed. Mohammed went out of his way to help me, and I left with exactly what I was looking for. The entire staff was helpful, and understanding.
This is by far our favorite FedEx. Catalina assisted my wife today and as usual she was very professional and helpful. We have never gone into this store and received anything less than perfect customer service. Thank you all for being your best!
This store did an excellent job processing an order for my husbands business. Frank, one of the managers, helped to troubleshoot an issue and literally saved the day. He even went so far as to call an employee at home to clarify a question about the order. He was professional, efficient, and thorough. I am very grateful to Frank and FedEx.

Best FedEx in Winston, fast, friendly, and they have great customer service. If you cant figure out what you need to do they will help you in a flash and find the best solution for your print project or shipping. I cannot overstate how friendly and helpful the staff is.
I went in to FedEx to scan some papers. They charged by the minute for the scanner use and the scanner took the better part of the minute just to warm up. I paid $20 for scanning a few pieces of paper.What a rip off!!
The lady that attended to us was rude. She decided to prove her point she would rip the package paper. She had a attitude and wasnt just rude to us but also the person before. I will never come back to this store.
I just stood in line for 20 minutes, realized I didn’t have my wallet so asked how much it was going to be to scan a picture into a jpeg file since I had a little cash in my car. Finally had someone talk to me, went to the car and came back in had to wait another 10 minutes for a different person to tell me I had to have a flash drive.1) there are 3 employees and only 3(including me) people in there2) they could have said I needed a flash drive the first time3) they should have pricing listed somewhere or AT LEAST say hello when you come inWasted 30 minutes for nothing.

I use Fedex Kinkos locations all over the Triad. This location is one of the most friendly and helpful. I actually enjoy coming here to pick up and drop off my packages.
