Its Christmas Eve. I went into the store to buy something for my nephew. When I was ready to pay, the cashier was on her cell phone on a personal call, rings me up, NEVER PUTS HER PHONE DOWN and continues her phone conversation...and then apologizes TO THE PERSON ON THE PHONE for their inconvenience. I will NEVER shop in this store again if they feel it is okay to treat customers that way. There are way more shops in Hanes Mall that deserve my money.
