My boyfriend bought me this bracelet with the high heel, black dress and lipstick for my birthday. He was so excited to give it to me. Unfortunately, he passed away that weekend and wasnt able to give it to me himself. I love the bracelet and went back on the 13th to buy the heart with wings charm in memory of him and his birthday which is Valentines day. The girl who assisted me was patient and kind. I kept crying telling her my story but she understood and was helpful. Great service I will be back every year to add to it. ❤❤❤

This store has great, friendly, helpful staff! The people helping us this time and when we came by last year helped us with their honest opinions (even when it resulted in us purchasing a cheaper option than what we planned on originally) and packaged everything delicately and separated things based on who we were gifting it for. Even on Black Friday, they were patient with us and showed us multiple items when we wanted to look at things.

Took my wife here to get her a charm bracelet for valentines day and although we ended up making a purchase the experience was very meh. They didnt have the original bracelet she wanted in stock and also the sales people are just bad. Its like theyve never worked with the public before. They just stared at us.

My mom took me here on Mothers day to choose a bead. The ladies here make sure to acknowledge your presence. If they are packed, they will take your name and call it when they are able to provide one on one service. The lights make it very hot inside so dress light or just dont be in any phase of menopause because the dew will form on your fored. Other than being blessed with THE best mom in the world, I love Pandora and my bracelet! Thanks Mom!

I came in for a clean and to get another bracelet fix,I was met with Zina she was horrible.just stated a need to get my manger.Who by the way was great.I even brought items,but please remove Zina she is very bad for business.

I do not recommend this location for purchasing your jewelry needs. The product is always good but the ladies that work at this location are not. I went in looking for a Christmas gift for my cousin but instead, my children and I received a peep show. One young lady was wearing a see through black dress and no under garments. Another had a shirt on that was so low cut, we could see her belly ring.

My husband bought me a bracelet and charm as a push gift! It was beautiful! I went to the store to have it cleaned and the associate clamped it (or so I thought) back onto my arm before leaving. 30 minutes after leaving it was gone! It had fallen off my arm somewhere between the store and the car! I called back up to the store, I was left on hold twice. I emailed corporate and no reply! For jewelry this expensive, customer service should be way better!

Bought my wife a bracelet. It pulled her arm hair but that is not the stores fault. Very friendly attentive and helpful. Id return for beids and things if my wife ever decides to wear it.

Love the charms. Went in several times for gifts. The store is very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and sweet. 4 stars for how busy and understaffed they are during the holidays. They use a paper and pen to keep the people in line.

I took my mother to get her first bracelet and charms today. The sales associate was so rude and disrespectful, it ruined the experience! I will definitely be keeping my business at the Pandora store in Charlotte from now on, the associates in that store are nothing but friendly and over-accommodating there

Some items are priced fair but most are not. They do offer piercings but conveniently for them only by purchasing the most expensive jewelry to do said jewelry. Skip this place & save your money.

I loved my experience there. I went in there to look for something for somebody and the lady that helped with find a ring was very generous! I cant understand the harsh ratings.

This is the worst store I have ever been to in my life. I went in and ordered my girlfriend a promise ring for Christmas and the guaranteed it would arrive by Christmas. The ring is still it here and I called and they said it would be early February when it comes in. They ruined Christmas for my girlfriend. Also the sales staff is very rude. I will never shop here again.

One of my favorite stores

The last time I went I asked one of the salespersons a couple of questions about a bracelet. She couldnt answer my questions, asked me to come back in 30 minutes or so when another salesperson might be free. I left, went to 2 other stores, came back, and stood for 30 minutes while I was ignored. Horrible customer service.

I drove an hour to this store only for them to have a piece of paper on the door that said they were closed for inventory that day. It was 7pm when their store directory said they were open till 9pm.

I went to get my bracelets cleaned and they couldnt clean them because one lady claimed they had already poured the cleaning solution out. I refuse to leave my bracelets overnight. The solution shouldnt have been poured out if the store was not closed.
