I love this store. I cant wait to see what you have in inventory for the Christmas holiday. We bought a lot of of the electronic stuff for Christmas last year and found a few things already this year for everyday use items.

ITS A NICE STORE A LOT OF PEOPLE GO THERE BUT CHECK OUT IS WHERE THE ISSUE IS THERES ALWAYS A LONG LINE DUE TO NOT ENOUGH CASHIERS SO WE WAIT IN LINE EACH TIME FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES ITS NOT A GOOD STORE TO GO TO IF YOUR IN A RUSH

Who doesnt love 5 Below? I read that it is one of the fastest growing retailers in the US. Odds and ends of every type. Lots of phone and pet items. A little bit of everything, and some real bargains along the way.

I didnt think the staff at this location was particularly friendly. The cashier snapped at my young daughter for putting on a pair of sunglasses. The location at Hanes Mill road is better.

Me and both of my children love this store! Everything they have is so cute and its fashionable! Cant beat the prices either.

The little girl in line a few people in front of me looked to be about 7 and she was in the store alone. She told the cashier to just keep the change and the cashier did exactly that! What? Since when do cashiers work for tips from young children who are alone...?? Get a second job lady if you need to take .65 cents from a child alone in a store.

Love this store but there is little to NO social distancing, no mask wearing enforcement and I feel the store was way above the legal occupancy according to the new CDC guidelines. Other than that, found some good deals.

Needed a gift for my grandson asked an associate she took me to what they had available. Was happy that they had a T-Rex ...had been to another store looking for one .

Last time I was in there on a Sunday they had one cashier. There seemed to be no workers period. The store was ok. Nothing special. The cashier barely said anything to me after I said hello and how are you doing? The receipt had terrible ink. Her response was its been like that for years. Then she shrugged her shoulders. I avoid places that dont give good receipts. I use them for many things from Ibotta to Receipt hog. Etc... I probably wont be back to this store.

I love this store, it has everything you cant find anywhere and affordable, its very clean and organized allways.

You can find a lot of little nice gifts and decor items.

Not a bad store, but I left my wallet there by accident. Instead of looking in it to see my visible ID, they gave it to someone else.

I enjoy shopping at five below and you can get some good stuff there. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, I do miss when they were true to their name and everything really was $5 our less.now things can be up to $10 and they have a section the back with even more expensive things.when they had the cap on their prices, it was easy to take my children in there and tell them they could get one thing each without spending too much. Now I have to be more specific when giving price limits.

The absolute best store ever! Friendly staff and amazing deals! I will spend the whole day in this store easily!! I have a collection of expensive art supplies in my room and all of it is from there. I didnt even know it was expensive or how high quality it was. Its insane!

I love shopping here but since the pandemic their shelves where bare.. But to be expected..

Good store great prices my only complaint is they have one cash register open and a Soviet Union bread line halfway through the store I couldnt stand there any longer because I suffered injuries from a car wreck very inconvenient 6 registers in only one was open

Great customer service...

A rotating selection of items $5 and under. Great for items that get frequently broken or lost, like pool floats and ear buds. They also have books, room accessories, school items, plenty of stickers, coloring books, seasonal items and candy.I went there the last time to get little kids headsets, the kind that dont allow the volume to get but so high. I found plenty to purchase for my school classroom. At five dollars each, they were definitely more affordable than the $20 average I had seen elsewhere.

Great prices allot of different products

It was poorly stocked (it seemed like it only had maybe 1/8th of what it should have had), prices were difficult to locate for items and despite being called Five below, the large shelves at the very front of the store contained most items $10+ which I found odd to be front and center. The items in the store seemed to be of lesser quality than what you find in the dollar store. This was my first and I would guess, only visit.

My favorite store

With the Christmas season approaching they were really understocked. They had alot of empty spots throughout the store. I just feel like they dont have as much of a selection as they did when they first opened or even a year ago at that. Customer service sucks. Sales associates werent friendly at all.

Upscaled Dollar tree. Lots if great finds. A little bit of everything for everyone. Anything from candy to electronics accessories. Beauty supplies to toys. T shirts to books word puzzles and games

I love going here to see what little treasures I can find. They have some really good things here for super cheap prices.

Havent been in this store before, lots of great stuff for $5. The biggest issue is checkout, who knew where the line was? The area it is supposed to be is not very visible to shoppers creating chaos. Manager shouting at a customer in front if me,thats not the line, over here. Tyen tell an employee the same not to same people from over where we were. There was no one in the area where the line is supposed to be, so that should tell them something.

Five Below I feel is going to be the next hot trend! I love the music, the prices (obviously), quality, organization & neatness, location, and staff. I always have to grab some candy when I visit (only .10 cents!!! and delicious!) . Too many awesome items to brag about. Cant wait to take my family

This place is great. All the deals and the variety are amazing and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I love their variety of candy, books, t-shirts, and toys. They also have a great selection of personal care items.

As soon as I walked in the door, I got a Hello and welcome to 5 Below. Store wasnt to busy all emploees encountered, were curteous and smiled. We come here to pick up candy and electronic things. Enjoyed this leisure visit.

Love this place as always but the cashier seemed meh. Hed greet customers as they walk in but under his breath like why do I have to be here today. 🤷

I love this store, its got all kinds of phone accessories, electronics, all at 5 and below. Just remember, its got cheap prices for a reason. Stuff like chargers etc. dont last a real long time.

Always have super cool stuff for 5 bucks. If i want something cheap and cool this is where I go. I bought a screen protector for my phone. Bet Wal-Mart doesnt have one for 5 bucks!!

Clean. Parking lot is busy. Bags of candy seem to have less than a year or so ago. Some neat values of cell phone stuff most looks higher quality than they used to carry.

They are ALWAYS so nice. Ive had a stroke. I am not rushed or anything no matter how slow I go or how confused I get. Just wish it had wheelchair available.

We accidentally left a bag of purchases there. We live an hour away, when we stopped back by three weeks later one of the cashiers said yes she remembered we had left a bag with the items! Fully replaced all purchases AAAAA+++++++ very nice honest people!

Three words: addictive and affordable!!!! Seriously though, they have everything ranging from intense sticks to Japanese candy. If you need a pair of flip flops but are broke, they got you. If you need a cell charger, they got you. A DVD of Kung Fu Hustle, they got you. Lol, everything yall!! I love it here and my kids do too.
