Needed to get my car inspected during the pandemic and I was worried about using the waiting area and having a stranger in my car. I’m caregiver for my 87 year old mother who was with me. Brandon said he couldn’t let us stay in the car but they had a clean waiting room and he would get me done ASAP. When I got there and let them know I had called ahead, I was assured the waiting area was good and then as I was helping my Mom out of the car, one of the other service men asked if I would like him to just bring me a couple of chairs out side so we could sit in the shade instead of having to walk my Mom all the way to the waiting area. I was so surprised at this above and beyond service. He brought the chairs and Brandon had my car done in about 15 minutes. He even brought my car around where we were sitting so I could easily load Mom back into the car. These two young men are just the BEST! I had never been there before, but I’LL BE BACK. Thanks so much for the great service!

Friendly and efficient service but with consideration to covid having 6 people in a tiny waiting room is probably not the best idea, better off waiting outside if they arent limiting the amount of customers at a time.

If this place ain’t a money racket, I’ve never seen one. They had a limited lifetime guarantee on my muffler that they replaced then it disconnected from my catalytic converter a little over 2 years after.. took it back and they wouldn’t correct the issue.. scammers. I took it to another jiffy lube and they serviced it for free -no hassle. These dudes are crooked.

We are going home to Michigan and started having car trouble. Showed up 10 minutes before they closed and they denied us service. Just needed someone to take a peek at the car and see whats up with it. Not satisfied with the attitude of the employee working at the time. Sign said 8am- 6PM. Monday thru Sunday. Dont think Ill go to another one of these establishments again. This first impression was terrible. 👎

Such fast service! I got here just before 8 am, and there were about 4 other cars waiting - it’s not 8:54 and almost all of the cars were done. We are only holding on our spark-plugs, but they’ve communicated clearly that they’re on the way - the automotive parts store was short on people, so completely out of their hands!Very happy I came here today, and I plan on coming back in the future for whatever I need!!!

Theyre always nice to me. I will always go there for oil changes or inspections. If I have a problem or concern, they make sure to help me. They will always try there best to get the RIGHT part. I have always felt welcomed here and the main manager is so nice.

EXCELLENT customer service. They always go above and beyond. I only asked for an oil change and they vacuumed the car, fixed my blinker that was dimming, and fixed my air filter. Didnt get charged for any of it.

Majority of employees were either wearing a mask incorrectly or had no mask at all, including during interactions with customers.

I was there a few days ago for the first time and they were so quick and friendly. I was in and out of there In less than 10 minutes! The whole crew was great but who REALLY stood out the most to me was the store manager. I cant remember his name but he was so polite and professional while he explained a few concerns I had with my car. There are some things I need to get done so I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely terrible. I was lied to the entire time!! Was quoted one price and then went to checkout and it was almost double what I was told. Was also promised free wiper blades from previous visit and was told that I had to pay $30 to get them replaced. The inspection tech told me that my brand new tires would not pass inspection because the wear bar was showing. I was denied the chance to see the tires to see what she was talking about. I will not return nor will I recommend them to anyone else. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I will be contacting BBB and corporate to express my concerns.Please pay the extra money and go to a reputable shop where you get respect and experience.

So there was misinformation from the start of the visit. Being told the price of the inspection was one thing and it wasnt. Then from there it was fine until I left. I noticed the next day that my tire pressure was low which i thought strange since I had passed the inspection. I kept checking my tires and all felt firm to touch. Eventually i stopped by an air tank and touched the caps on my tires. All of them were pretty loose but the one on the back of my driver side was so loose Im surprised it didnt fly off. Very happy i caught it refilled my tire and thank goodness the light went off, but that red flag is enough for me not to go back.

The employees are all * * * * * s. The service is just awesome on University Parkway! Thank You!

I would have given 10*10* stars if I could the service and compassion I received after my tire went flat with my 2 children, the service attendant Hailey and her manager Ryan were absolutely heaven sent. I would recommend any and everyone to go to this location!! I just cant thank those two employees of jiffy lubelube enough.

Went back..Bad idea they over filed my truck again. Had to go back again to have a quart of oil drained. They will pull out the dipstick and clean the stick with a rag to make it look like its at the proper level. I seen her do this and called her out on it, she got mad handed the dipstick to the manager and told him to keep checking it until the level was correct. 80 dollar oil change and she gives me attitude. What a joke.

We were on an 8-hour drive to the beach when our air conditioner stopped working. After looking around, I found this Jiffy Lube to be the only place open on Sunday who could even look at our AC. They checked system pressures and did simple troubleshooting, leading to the discovery of a faulty pressure switch that controlled the compressor. I replaced the part at an Advance Auto down the street. The AC worked, and we were back on the road. My wife and kids waited in the waiting area while it was fixed. We appreciated their kind help with what could have been a miserable, HOT seven hour drive.

Five stars all day. They called us to say we didnt NEED an oil change (who does that?!) and when the looked at the check engine light, it was an easy fix. We ended up only paying for a windshield wiper!Ive never seen this kind of honesty before, ever. Just moved here and these guys earned our business for good. #thankyou

I only went here because I had group on money to spend and just happened to need an oil change at the time and I kind of regret that I did. I love that they are gender inclusive but they didnt reset my oil light, which isnt a big deal, but immediately after the service I lost a hubcap and theyre refusing to take responsibility, saying it supposedly was bent when I brought it in. Not a single employee spoke to me about this or showed me this while I was there so I call bs. Will not be a repeat customer.

Terrible! Stay as far away from these guys. Went in for an oil change after I just got my car inspected and everything was perfect! Drove off the lot and my belt just magically broke.

Its very insulting when a manager tries to lie his way into making more money. How are you going to tell me that you cant change my oil unless you replace 4 other things when its a brand new car. I literally probably know more about cars than anyone in that place. Just because Im a female?

I was scheduled for a tire rotation with my oil change but they told me my lug nuts were put on too tight by the last company that did my tire rotation and couldnt be removed without damage. I went back to Jiffy Lube in Greensboro and got my tire rotation with no problem. Mechanic on University Prkwy was using the wrong airgun which could barely fit inside the wheel. And mind you that other mechanics were observing her and didnt say anything. Talk about being stupid.

The manager is very helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone!

Went to get my oil changed monday it took them 2 and 1/2 hours to change my oil and put a new head light i noticed my head light was pointed down this morning and seen that they broke the brackets that hold the headlight and they zip tied it and did not tell me. I would not recommend them to get your oil change or any work done on vehicles take it to a trusted mechanic

Will never get service here ever again... got an oil change next two weeks the check oil level light comes on (I have never seen this light before)... I put oil in myself and about a month and a half later it comes on again...I talked to the new manager and he acts as if he fixed the problem showing me pics and all...then the light comes on again a month later and he tells me he can only put 2 quarts of oil in my car unapologetically...Im very disappointed and glad I record everything and keep records Im def seeing a lawyer...my car was fine before hand

The employee didnt know what a lube is. How do you work at Jiffy Lube and not know what a Lube is? Im still trying to figure that out. Thats the funny thing is she didnt know what a Lube is but works at Jiffy Lube wow.

I was here visiting from out of state and decided to try this place out due to terrible experiences at WalMart. These folks were very professional from the start and made sure to ensure My car was in top shape to head back home. They showed me my car filters and everything. The lady I believe named dennise was fantastic and extremely curtious... I recommend!

Had my oil changed there 3 days ago. Bad idea. First if all you want done is an oil change dont bother. They will still charge the same price as if you were getting the full package. Second Im driving home from the hospital last night and my oil pressure drops. They didnt tighten down the oil plug. I had been leaking oil for 3 days on a 95 toyota corolla that has no leaks what so ever in any fluid. I had to spend more money on top of the $50 oil change to put more oil in it and I need to clean off the underside of my car now.

The Manger said my Truck pass NC inspection, and 5 minutes later she came to tell me I need set of tires. When I told her I will get it soon .she went to the office and came back to the lobby with punch of peppers most of them tire prices and suddenly my truck got 3 codes and failed, after she told me at the beginning there is no issue.

Paid $70 for an oil change & apparently you have to pay extra for jiffy lube to top off your engine coolant and brake fluid. I get to Jiffy Lube and the oil cap is not all the way on, I love jiffy lube bt just not this one next time Stratford Road is the place to go.
