Good customer service little long wait time for slow Monday it looks like but I would recommend them.

I called with a flat tire and Carmen was extremely helpful and got me right in. This location was very busy on this day, but her and Ryan did everything in their power to get me in and on my way. They were also very helpful in helping me pick out a new tire. Impressive customer service and work. Happy to have a new go-to NTB location.

The last time I had my truck worked on, the air conditioning in the building was out. I felt so bad but I can say, they did their best to make the customers more comfortable. 3 weeks later, I take the truck back in to get the air conditioning fixed. When I called yesterday to schedule an appointment, Carmen was extremely helpful. When I dropped my truck off today, Ryan was on top of it. He thoroughly explained the options. He called within an hour to let me know what was wrong and asked if I wanted to proceed. When I picked up the truck, he was thorough in his explanation of what hes done. I have been bringing my vehicle to them for over 5 years and have never been disappointed.

Faith in humanity restored. Pulled up to NTB thinking I needed just a quick air fill in my tired only to get out and see I had driven to Greensboro and back with a screw deep in my tire. It was completely flat and I was already assuming a new one was needed. Ryan was incredibly kind and offered to take a look for damages and see what he could do. Within 30 minutes I was driving out of there with a newly patched tire. I am blown away by the above and beyond kindness that I was given and filled with gratitude that my already rough week hadnt gotten worse. Someone give that man a promotion.

I have been taking my car there since I moved here. I work 11p-7a and they do their best to get me in and out quick as possible so I can get some sleep. Due to time constraints, I needed someone to be able to service my car when I could be available. Going to be as clear as I can, and honest.The wife and I take all our vehicles to this NTB tire and auto store. It is my opinion that this is the best service center we have dealt with here in NC since transferring from VA. You might ask whatmakes this store better than others? Simple answer, Kenny the manager and Ryan . These two guys do what it takes to give you great service and make you feel your car is in good hands. I highly recommend this location on Oxford Way in Winston-Salem!

Ryan was so patient with all my questions and made sure I understood everything that was being done to my car. I came in for an oil change but was so glad he let me know my alignment was out too. My car has been driving smooth ever since he fixed it for me. Just wanted to make sure you guys know how helpful he was and that I had a great experience because of him!

The staff was mainly in their late teens and early 20’s. It’s safe to say the company probably made budget cuts and let go of those who had the most experience to pay the young new hires less. I went to them last year when the old staff was their for a car inspection and everything went great so I didn’t think twice about coming to them this year. Unfortunately, I should’ve. My car was leaking oil so they charged me for a new cap, the labor of installing the new cap and an oil change. All the work totaled out to be around $500. After the oil change all of my oil is now gone because the cap wasn’t correctly secured. I will call and speak the store manager to have him correct his staff mistakes or refund me altogether. Do not go to this location. Save your time and your money.

Very poor communication. Dropped car off for oil change and tire rotation at 1:00, they called me at 3 to tell me car would be ready in 5 min. Got to the store after leaving work to swing by and pick up my vehicle and head back to work, only to be told my vehicle was not ready because they did not have the proper oil filter for my car. I have currently been waiting an hour for my vehicle and still no sign of my car being finished. Absolutely unacceptable. Associates where not friendly at all. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

Even though I got pushed back an hour, everything moved quickly and smoothly. Definitely will come back.

Ive been going there for a while and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager Kenny seems to really know what hes talking about and is really quick to help me find out whats wrong with my car and actually fix it. Other places Ive been always try to up sale me on things I know I dont need.

NTB on Hanes Mall blvd is by far the best in the state! Kenny and Ryan were very professional, courteous, timely, and very respectful. They treated my car like it was their own and got me back on the road the same day. I couldn’t recommend this shop enough!

Tire prices are pretty good,stuck me with a 15.00 fee for tire disposal when I took my tires with me😒? This place will fee you to death, two 70.00 tires. Total over 200?🤔

I was in a terrible stressful situation with my tire getting flat over and over and me just trying to get home 500+ miles away. They worked me in and understand that I was in distress and actually cared to help me last minute. Thank you all so very much I truly appreciate it. Carmen is a miracle worker.

This NTB is absolutely the only one I go to. Kenny has been my go to guy for many years now and I trust his expertise. Many of times I had no idea what was wrong with my vehicle and I’m mostly mechanically inclined and Kenny would find a solution. If you’re stuck with a problem, I guarantee he will figure it out and not push you off to another shop. 10/5 stars if google would let me.

Ive been to this location many times, for one and i know its not their fault but the ac is bad, they want their workers to wear masks which i can agree with but asking them to wear mask and its 103 up front, these people look like they are ready to pass out. Although if you look at it for my servicing, they even though are tired and the heat is killer, they helped me out, saved me some money and made my experience well worth the heat

I had my wife bring in my vehicle for an oil change and brakes, when she got there she was greeted by Ryan and Carmen. She said at first that they didn’t want to just price brakes and sell it at the counter, but look over the vehicle and verify what it needs. Ryan personally did it himself and came back with a package deal for my brakes and oil change. I spent way less than what I was expecting. My wife stated Kenny did the work and because of these three people my car is driving like the day we got it.

They are horrible, very RUDE. Specially that guy name Ryan. He judge people by their look. And every time I go there he doesn’t wanna serve me. And lastly not even 2 months ago my brother went to get the tires change we had the Value program, he used that insurance but he didn’t put it back on the new tires. He didn’t even ask my brother if he wanna add the insurance instead he added the standard program. And now I have a flat tire they want me to buy another one. I will never go there again. I don’t understand how is he still working there.

I just want to say that this staff here is amazing, I don’t care what other people think about them, I watch them bust their butts trying to go above and beyond for customers. The review below about waiting four hours, I was actually there for, she didn’t have an appointment, and was told it was going to be a long wait, they are understaffed which isn’t the businesses fault because you know everyone is short staffed. Don’t let reviews like hers away you from this place! I watched as someone on their day off stopped by tired as could be and helped out the young lady up front, and he even spoke so kind to the lady that wrote the review below. Mistakes do happen it’s part of life, that’s how I see it. People are always going to share a bad experience because they want something from the company, even though they are just taking out their problems in someone else because someone else did that to them. I want everyone to know how much I actually appreciate this NtB, since covid they’ve been left and right and bending backwards for people every time I’m there, I know it’s not easy in the heat to be doing what they are but I have to applaud them because they do it with such great spirit, the entire time they were working, they were smiling and laughing, a little joking around and playing with each other while getting cars in and out as best they could, but hey just because they fun around with each other during an extremely busy period and times when they are probably tired and ready to go, doesn’t make them slow workers. You find me someone who hasn’t cracked a joke, or laughed or even smiled during their shift, and then you can tell me these guys aren’t doing it the right way. They act as a family instead of a business, and it’s the most professional family I’ve met in the auto repair life

Friendly staff and very professional. Gave me their input and concerns they had about the vehicle. Didnt push any products on me like other places tend to do.

They had us there four hours just to get two new tires. Their staff was playing around and not even working. They put the wrong tires on the car and told us to come back Tuesday but we went up there and they said they couldn’t do it so we have to wait until Wednesday. They were too backed up and only had two people working.

The young man Ryan who was working the desk was rude and was more interested in a young woman than helping customers. I had a 4pm appointment and was told no it is 430p but I would have to wait until 6pm.Then when I went out he was getting a buffer from his car and waxing or cleaning the young womans car, and clearly stated that he would make sure she didnt have to pay the balance on her bill.I am disabled and have a handicap placard but he had the handicap parking blocked with his car and would not move. Had to go to.the Clemmons store for service

Every time I’ve been to this NTB everyone’s gone out of their way to help me (even if it’s not an NTB related issue). I price shop for the best deal I can find on major purchases and have found their prices in line with their competitors. But even if their price are a little higher I’ll still purchase from them because of their “after the purchase service”. I can’t speak for all their stores but I’d recommend this store to anyone in the area. I’m thinking the guy I deal with name’s Kenny

I have had my car served a few times in this location since they opened last year. Their manager doesn’t seem to value customers, really rude. But other staff is welcoming and professional.

Came to NTB to get my tires balanced again and to get an alignment. The store hours are posted for 8:00 to 6:00 but the store is closed it is 8:40 am. Not a Holiday.

Im a female Latina came for a oil change alignment and inspection. They wanted to charge me about $200 for my rear brakes only and said they wouldn’t passed inspection without it, they ended up failing my inspection if I didn’t pay them the $200 for just the brakes in the back, I feel like if your a female and don’t want to get rip off for your money look else where I ended up taking my car elsewhere and paid much less also my brakes where still good, definitely wanted to get some extra money out of me

Made an appointment for an oil change and a state inspection. It took just shy of three hours and they never were able to do the state inspection. Reason for not being able to perform the inspection was something to do with the state providing junky computers. Reason for a three hour oil change was they didn’t have the oil filter in stock (not sure why they don’t check this when they took my key) and someone had to go get it.I can’t imagine why I’d ever decide to give NTB another try.

I was there for a rotation and balance only because I purchased my tires there. I arrived 10 minutes early and another person had already been waiting for someone to step out and acknowledge him. Once that person came out service was quick. However, I was there a good hour before my car was done. They came out with a list of things needing done that I never asked them to check. I asked for a simple balance and rotation.Also needed to use the ladies facilities and they were quite dirty. Nothing had been tended to in quite some time.

Takes over two hours to patch a hole in the tire. If its going to take that long why not tell me so I can someone can get me and not have to sit the lobby?

I brought my car in at 10:00 in the morning. I waited for 10 minutes, then went into the garage to get someone’s attention. Finally someone came to talk to me. I told them I had four new tires, and that they can take their time. They said that it will be ready to be picked up at 2:00. Okay, I said, I will pick it up. I finally was there to pick it up at 4:00 pm, but they had not started to put the tires on. Again, it took a while to get someone’s attention. I was told, oh, sorry, we have a bunch of new people working here, don’t worry, I’ll put three guys on it, and they’ll have it ready for you in 20 minutes. Ha! It took 1 hour and 45 minutes for them to finish the job.I guess they are all young kids there, they are lacking some grey-haired experienced leadership. I will not go back to them again.

Steve, not the friendliest when I called in to set an appointment. I was past due for tire rotation and seemed annoyed. It could have helped had they explained originally how this worked when I spent close to $700 for new tires - 7 mo. Back.

NTB works hard to gain new customers, and keep customers. We were originally quoted for almost $1000 on repairs at several shops, including NTB. After talking to the mechanics, they were able to bring the price down, and I actually got a killer deal. Service is always good and friendly. Weve been visiting regularly.

Place wasn’t clean and our 10am appointment to mount 4 tires with an alignment quoted at an hour and a half turned into three full hours. No apology, just an excuse that they thought they would be faster, but “they only had 2 guys”. I am always fine with a wait, but just communicate with your clients about the status as well as provide a more reasonable timeline on the front end.

Very slow been here for 4 hours they have the doors open and no air on and it’s really hot they don’t seem to know what they’re doing or their machines are broke

Had an oil change appointment and it took over 2 hours. Not sure why there are “appointments” if it doesn’t promote timely service. Man at the front desk made unprofessional phone calls to complain about a policy change which resulted in him no longer making commission on services. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.
