The customer service is extremely rude. Fran does not care about selling a used vehicle that wasn’t put in a diagnostic. I’ve had my car for less than a year and it kept shaking and shutting off. I brought it to his attention and he did nothing. I brought it to my mechanic and he said that the engine was had about 3 years worth of damage done to it. Fran still wants me to pay a car note for the vehicle and I can’t even drive it.

Best place on the planet to get a GOOD USED VEHICLE.. A++++

Receptionist was rude. After buying 3 cars from Fran in the past 2 at the same time. She treated me like I was some broke down desperate person. So I decided not to buy anymore cars from there. Shes not respectful.

So first off the customer service was fantastic. Fran really helped me find a car that suited my needs. I got a 2003 Chevy Impala for 2500. Interior was clean as well as the engine and it ran super smooth. 2 months later it still runs fantastic! I would highly suggest going to Frans before anywhere else. My next vehicle purchase will be there for sure!! Thanks guys!

My Uncle Mike went to Frans Car Corral & got a 2006 Ford Escape for a hell of a price so he told me to go to Frans. I took his advice... Fran gave me a 2004 Impala I drove it home and the transmission wasnt shifting so I took it back to Frans he said he was going to get it checked out NO CHARGE TO ME..... Fran called me back a couple days later & said the transmission was going. He wrote me a check for the amount of the car plus tags...... Rrally nice staff but the cars are sold as is....i bought a car with the AC not working (at the time i had the car less than a month now Ive had it 3 months) . I call them about fixing it and they dont fix it once purchased . But if you find an issue before purchasing they will fix it. Before the car was sold to me i discovered the cd player wasnt working. They replaced it with no problem. So moral of the story is find all the issues get them to fix it so you dont end up like me discovering a bunch of issues.. i will say my issues werent big issues that kept from being on the road. My issues were strictly comfort such as my ac not working, car remote not working etc. Other than that very nice staff just check the car thoroughly before purchasing.

My mother purchased an Orange Nissan Maxima three months for $4, 500 in cash. Since having the vehicle she replaced the rotators ($700.00) and on Sunday October 2, 2016 her engine light indicator came on and after diagnostic testing she was informed her engine is going bad. As a customer, she turned to Fran Auto and informed them of her findings and she was told her warranty expired. She is left to repair her engine, which is unaffordable or be without a car. Fran auto should sold my mother a lemon and feels no obligation to assist her. At this point, my mother is left w/o a car and out of 4, 500. 00. Not to mention, this is the second incident my family has negative encounter we have endured with purchasing cars. Fran auto needs to step up and do the right thing.
