Kevin Burke was beyond amazing during my first solo car buying experience. I was super stressed that I had to even come in. This was one of the easiest car purchasing processes I have ever experienced (In my top two). Then he provided us with all the necessary information required for us to have a seamless purchase on Monday. I came in from Columbia to buy a 2020 Tesla model S. First off, when we pulled in they had set up the car at the entrance with my name on it. Made me feel pretty special! By far the best customer experience I have ever received in my 46 years! Jimmy Bartlett not only sold me a car, but also raised my expectation of what customer experience truly is. From cradle to grave he was there. I flew from Austin TX, to the dealership and prior to arriving Jimmy on his own set up Hotel accommodations for me that night. The next morning picked me up and brought me to the dealership. After I purchased the car, the experience didnt end there. Jimmy checked on me every day as I drove back to Texas to see how things were going. I dont expect any other dealership to match this experience in the future, but it sure did raise my expectation bar for any future car purchases. I went in Saturday for and oil change but when Service Advisor Chris Edwards saw how bad my tires looked. He spoke with his supervisor about my tires. Therefore the supervisor came out spoke with me told me not to worry about my oil change and to bring it back on Tuesday morning for a full service which was 9/7/2021. Therefore I dropped my car off that morning, Chris Edwards made sure I got to work with the help of Mr. Mike Bass (Shuttle Driver) and the service company managed not to just do my oil change, but I received everything that was needed with my car. I thank God that it was Chris Edwards who saw the issue and did everything that he could to make sure. I was safe while I was driving in my vehicle.
