They made an appointment for Wednesday at 9am. However I had to pick my car back up because they wouldnt have got to look at it until friday!! I unfortunately cant be without a car for days on end. Ended up going to a local service station that fixed it in just a few hours.

Very very nice people ---- helpful. I brought in key blanks for my car. And because i brought them. They cut the keys. Free of charge. That touched me so much i put a tip.Wow. A dealer giving for free !!!! Thats amazing!!!!!!

I took my 2011 3500 Chevy diesel there because the exhaust fluid poor code came on and the truck went into limp mode at 50 mph after a few days the service manager called and told me it needed a complete new exhaust system including cadalick converter, glow plugs, 02 sensor, exhaust fluid injector and a few other things and would cost me over $6000.00 I thought wow so I told him I would trade it in for a new truck than so I ask him to reset the codes to remove the limp mode and I will pick it up.i went there to get the keys they charged me $138.00 just to plug in the scanner, I had to come back with my wife a day later to get the truck after work and they never cleared the codes I drove the truck to blaise Alexander in muncy in limp mode, a day later they called told me my truck is ready to go and it was covered by warranty and at no cost to me. If I didnt take it for a second opinion it would of cost me $7000.00 valley Chevrolet knew it was covered under warranty and that it only needed two glow plugs and a 02 sensor they are rip offs, I bought two trucks from blaise Chevrolet because they were $10.000 cheaper than any local dealer after this I will buy from them because of the service weather they are cheaper or not and I will drive the hour and half for service from now on. I called valley and told them about this and wanted my money back the service manager told me he would look in to this and get back to me and I wanted my money back havent heard anything as of yet been a week. I will call again.

From the moment you drive in till you pick up your vehicle its all top notch. The staff, techs and everything is just great. Great waiting area wotu wifi, coffee and tv and super clean. This is one reason why Ill be loyal to Chevy and this area and why I keep coming back.

Customer service was crappy! Needed a new coolant reservoir and quoted me over $300, looked one up that was around $50 and asked if they would be willing to come down? Response was and instant NOPE. Found another dealership that worked with me on cost and used them. You want to pay more and be treated subpar, then go here!

I bought a car at the dealership and then spent more than a MONTH trying to get them to fix my car correctly and in a reasonable time frame. First *appointment* took them 3 days to simply drive the car and take measurements (thats what they told me as my car was a used nissan), and the first day they diddnt even touch my car. Then they had to order a part and to come drop it off on monday. I dropped my car off the following week for TWO DAYS with the **verbal promise** it would be done on the second day. They failed to tell me the part diddnt arrive and gave me my car back. Not a single ounce of communication. Now we are on week 3 and they install the part but messed the wiring up. Week 4, they have now fixed the wiring and the car drove worse then before the wiring was fixed!! I refused to go back so i went to a local, all the car needed was the tires balanced.I am APPALLED by the service I have received. Not only did they fail to do anything correctly and in a timely manner, they also failed to communicate with me and failed to even balance my wheels after fixing a suspension part, which Im not a machanic, but that seems like something they should know to do. In the end, I had to go to another mechanic to finish the job they seemed to not want to do.
