Steer clear of Motorworld. I purchased a certified used Mercedes and when I took the car in for the first service was advised brakes, rotors, and tires all needed to be replaced. Strange how a vehicle with very little pampered miles could have so much wrong in a short period of time. After all they it was a certified used Mercedes.. The price they quoted was several thousands of dollars. I took the vehicle to another local repair shop and had all the work done with original replacement parts for around 1,600 dollars. That price included 4 new tires. Buyer beware 👎

Parts couldnt wait 5 min until I went to make sure he sold me the right part witch he didnt. said he was late for dinner wife was making has to wait over night because Im out of state customer ..obviously customer arent number 1 for them!!!!!

The parts department specifically is very friendly and professional, punctual service. I will do business with them again for the businesses I am involved with and also my personal Toyotas. I go out of my way to go there instead of Toyota of Scranton.
