Pulled up to the store at 850pm. Front door was locked and they were letting people out. But not letting customers in. Also lights were dim.I was reading the front door where it said that this door will remain opened not locked while store was opened. But store should of been opened but was locked.But that was fine with us guess that store makes alot of money thats why we couldnt get in to get what we needed. So we went down the street. Probably wont be shopping at that dollart tree store again. Maybe just take our business somewhere else.

Dollar Tree is a very interesting place to go. Sometimes you find name-brand things such as Hot Wheel race track components or Lego style blocks. However the best use for the dollar store is probably DIY crafts for holidays or decoration. Plenty of YouTube videos on this stuff but specifically I found everything I needed to make Christmas gnomes decorate the house for fun project with the kids

Usually the staff is helpful...the store isnt very clean, though...

Dollar Tree became a favorite once I learned about the fact that any item in the store cost $1The 3 or 4 locations Ive been to have always been well stocked and clean with a friendly staff.Google Dollar Trees CEO earnings sometime. You might be surprised.

My experience at Dollar tree was most pleasant. It was a great day to be back out in the community doing the things we love to do. Dollar tree always provides so many affordable items, and I found all the things that I was looking for and more.

I live the Dollar Tree. I wish that each store got more of the craft items. Demonstrations are shown online and you cant find those items in the stores and Ill hit up several trying to find those items.

There are some great items found here that seem to be worth more than a $1

Very bad. Store waa horribly unorganized. Walked right out door after steeping into bathroom. Seeing NO HAND SOAP TO WASH WITH. HOW ARE WE TO SLOW DOWN THE SPREAD IF YOU OR THE STAFF CANT WASH... WILL NEVER BE BACK.

The Wichita store on E 37th N is greatly lacking inventory & organization of stock compared to the El Dorado store, which I rated 5/5 stars 4 days ago. I specifically went for several items Id purchased in El Dorado but they had none of them. Help was polite but not cheerful.

Sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure Im really getting these things for only $1. 🤣

Boxes everywhere are annoying but i watched the lady store the items and she looked busy. I can t say the same about the cashier, a blonde woman in her 50s, she was beyond rude, we intended to stay and spend a large sum but we just rushed to the door. I believe on being compassionate towards these people but some are just unable to take the opportunity.

IT IS THE MOST CLEANEST DOLLAR TREE I HAVE EVER SHOPPED IN!!! THEY ALSO HAVE THE MOST FRIENDLIEST, HELPFUL, PROMPT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WORK VERY HARD AT EVERYTHING THEY DO. WHEN YOU CANT FIND SOMETHING, THEYLL EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO WALK YOU TO THE PRODUCT AND SHOW YOU WHERE IT IS AND ALSO SUGGEST OTHER ITEMS. VERY BUSY AND FRIENDLY MANAGEMENT AS WELL. THE STORE IS QUITE BUSY. ITS A HOPPING LITTLE STORE. I LOVE IT! I STOPPED SHOPPING AT THE ONE ON ROCK ROAD BECAUSE RICK TALKS WAY TOO MUCH BAD STUFF ABOUT THESE HARD WORKERS AT THIS STORE WHO OBVIOUSLY GET ALOT MORE BUSINESS THAN HE COULD EVER HANDLE! My grandma and me have found many bargains here. we go about once a month.

The floor is always dirty cant walk down the aisle there is so much stuff that needs to be put on shelves it is just laying there on the carts or in the baskets I come in here probably once a day because its close to my house (not my choice) every single time the isles and the floor has scrap paper a bunch of little things all over the carpet and boxes its a mess in there! The cashiers never speak to you never looks at you they talk to The manager or other coworker while checking you out. There was one cashier that was on the phone on speaker talking to her friend or family member while checking me out and the manager was right behind her didnt do anything about it very unprofessional Just one register open when there is about 20 people in line.

Nice good store with highly cost effective prices of products. One can find the product in a price of a dollar, which can cost much more at other stores makes Dollar Tree the first choice for many who knows the importance of savings. For those who think that the product quality is compromised, just give it a try - Highly Recommended.

This is probably the worst Dollar Tree in Wichita. As others have mentioned; the shelves are usually not stocked, & theyve got boxes of stuff ALL OVER the place. Also, there only ever seems to be 1 employee available at any given time, so checking out takes 10+ minutes.

The DM should make a trip first thing in the morning. I couldnt navigate my cart because of how much of a mess there was. The stock room was open and was just as disorganized as the store. Boxes were just thrown about everywhere. Like even the checkout lines had boxes. Most were empty. Boxes were on top of bags of chips. Bet those get put back on the shelf. Only one employee was actually unloading boxes. Seriously?I just moved here so this is the best location, but I may need to shop around for a better one.

Love the store but closes at 9pm not 10pm someone should change this....

Dollar trees in general are great for small project supplies. This store is usually in quite disarray unfortunately. Staff is friendly but product is often still in packing boxes on the floor and random items are misplaced throughout the store. Its cheap so I dont have a high bar but it could certainly be better without much effort.

This Dollar Tree location is a mess! Trash on the floor, cardboard boxes everywhere, looks like customers trash it when they shop! Ive been to other locations in Wichita that are tidy and clean. Surprisingly, store is packed with customers! Please clean this store up. We dont want to loose you!

Wow!!! I moved to this area 1 month ago. Like anyone moving I stop in for supplies here and there. ITS GROSS. FLOOR LOOKS DISGUSTING. I asked employee why the floors were so gross and they said they do not have a vacuum. WTH? I came again and saw an employee sweeping with a broom. I actually heard one customer offer to volunteer to come in with their own to help out. Come on Dollar Tree. Clean up or close. This is a joke.

The review and pictures in the review of Martha P three months ago depict the appearance perfectly with the exception that there was far more filth on the floor... and with another addition in that it smelled like dirty diapers. The appearance and stench were so bad, I left hurriedly thinking I would smell like fesses if I stayed. I was in this store earlier last year and it was in the same condition... totally disgusting. Several months ago, when in another Dollar Tree (very clean!! and stocked properly!!), I was told the store on East 37th Street was under new management and things would definitely change. Thus my trip to it yesterday. Unfortunately, things havent changed as it is still deplorable and Im shocked the Health Department of the City of Wichita allows it to stay opened!

When I first moved to the area 6 years ago, this Dollar Tree was the best. Now, its very unorganized. Still better than some around town, but not by much anymore. A section of their freezers are broken and the air conditioner is broken as well. The lady said its been days since its worked. Things are in disarray. Boxes everywhere and shelves messy.

Shelves are never stocked, and frozen items are left out. Floors need a deep cleaning. And if the Shelves are stocked, the items are scattered all around the place. Do not go here!

This, by far, is one of the worse Dollar Trees in Wichita! There are always unopened boxes blocking the aisles. The shelves are often bare, and the store is dirty. I have submitted numerous surveys complaining, about this store, and I really wish they would take notice and do something about it. For what its worth the employees are friendly. I love dollar tree and visit several of them in Wichita, several times a week. IF you are looking for a Dollar tree in the area Dont pick this one.

Even though the store needs a lot of updating. For one that carpets gotta go why would you use carpet in a retail store and what wait for it to riot away nasty. Its still not a bad place to shop though due to everything being only $1

I walked in and thought they were closing the store or a crowd had looted it before I got there. Shelves with nothing on them and floors with trash and boxes. Ive NEVER seen a store in such disarray. Apparently no one knows how to stock shelves or face items either. This is like walking into your grandmas attic after its been caked in dust for 30 years and a rogue circus animal plowed through it. Disgusting.

It is a shame to see unpacked boxes, shelves not stocked, no helium balloons blown up. only 1 register open, had to wait 10 min. Love the store but it seems mis-managed. Sadly I cant imagine they will be able to stay in business.

This is the second place I shop after I leave the bank. There sale on somethings are the best i can find. They carry somethings that are very much over priced in places like Walmart, Walgreens and Target. They help me survive through the month. Thanks again for your company. Ms Garrett

I Really enjoy visiting My Wichita locations... Although at times we are alittle slower at getting most of the Good items in stock....Plus if My Son is w/ Me... Most of the time He would rather stay in the Car or Be dropped off at Home...lol Which ever is The most convenient...lol Because He knows I could be in That Dang Dollar Tree for HOURS...lol

They have great educational materials that I can use in my classroom! It goes really fast though!!

This store is horribly dirty and cluttered. We noticed a half eaten lollipop on the floor by the register on Tuesday and when we returned Thursday it was still there laying on the carpet. This store could be a gem under different management. We have decided to drive to the Kellogg and Greenwich store because it so well kept and maintained. The 37th street store should be embarrassed to open the doors in this condition.

This place is always cluttered and disorganized. it always has boxes stacked and unpacked in the aisles. it never has what we need because it is out of everything always. the never have more than what seem like two cashiers working at a time. we always try going to a good dollar tree that is not this one because of how this one is kept and ran. would not recommend this one unless it is a last resort or last minute thing and even then good luck cause your gonna need it at this dollar tree! :(

I love visiting the dollar tree, you can always find something you need or something fun, from craft supplies to cleaners, candy, party supplies, kitchen tools, toys, literally a bit of everything and everything is exactly one dollar.

I do not like to be negative about many things ... BUT I am so disappointed in this store. I dont know what has happened, but it is in very sad dissary. There is trash all over the floor and it was very warm. Not a pleasant shopping experience. A CONTRAST from A to Z with the Dollar Tree in Andover and from what it was a mere year ago.

Highly unsatisfied with my experience at this store. It was filthy, and boxes everywhere. It was so unstocked, that I thought the store was going out of business as there was literally hardly anything on the shelves to purchase. The floors looked like they have not been cleaned in quite some time, and it appeared the employees that I saw had time to be tending to these issues. Pretty sad for this location, I will not be returning, and I advise other people not to either.

I live in Bel Aire and often frequent the Dollar Tree located at 6505 E 37th St N. Tonight I stopped by to pick up a few decorations for my sons 3rd birthday and had the worst service EVER. There was 1 poor young man running the only register open while 2 other employees chatted in the managers office. 20 customers and 30 min later I left furious. Several customers asked for someone to come out and assist, including the poor kid manning the register. The employees claimed to be counting a drawer for 30 min but we could hear them in there talking about personal family issues, taking personal calls on a cell phone and completely avoiding coming out to help. When the female employee finally did come out she told everyone “SORRY! Had to do the banks” and ignored everyone’s complaints. She then had the other employee she was gabbing with call who must have been the store manager and forewarn them about unruly customers and that it wasn’t her fault. The amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism they presented has made me never want to shop there again. Not to mention the overall filth of that store! I would have to think that if corporate walked in there they would clean house immediately and have to shut down to fumigate. Boxes piled everywhere, disorganization and a poor staff is just too bad for our area. Bel Aire is middle to upper class families and there is no excuse for a business to operate like that! I try to shop at the Dollar Tree at 11333 E Kellogg as much as possible because it is clean, the staff is helpful and they present themselves as professionals. The merchandise is also clearly displayed and I spend a great deal of money in there. The 37th street location needs a surprise visit, a makeover and new staff, with the exception of the young high school kid that was working his tail off today alone and trying his hardest to keep everyone happy. Something needs to be done there!

It was extremely dirty, gross and unorganized. I dont expect much from dollar tree but its awful every one I have been to in the last two years have been awful, boxes everywhere, dirty gross floors, completely trashed shelves...

The only reason Im giving this store a one star rating is because I cant give it zero stars or even more appropriately, negative stars!!! I have to share my experience with the public and hopefully upper management will see this as well and do something to change things. I LOVE Dollar Tree and shop at various locations through the city, but this store is without a doubt the absolute WORST store Ive ever been in!!!! I was left speechless the second I walked through the door!! There were empty shelves throughout the entire store, the floors were so dirty you almost couldnt even see the carpet through all the mess in some places, more products on the floor then on shelves, COMPLETELY unorganized, trash and empty boxes everywhere, 4 employees working at the time I was there but only one register open with a line so long that customers were LITERALLY lined up to the back of the store while the other employees stood 10 feet away joking around and laughing amongst each other. They continued talking and laughing for over 5 minutes and not once during all this did anyone of them walk away to help check out customers or assist anyone that approached them with questions. I guarantee if corporate had any idea of how this location is being run and how poorly its kept, they would close the location IMMEDIATELY until they were able to resolve all of these issues and hired new management. I have uploaded pictures along with my review so those reading this can see for themselves.

The nice part about it is Everythings a Dollar but you wait in line to purchase your items about 10 minutes why dont they hire somebody to work in that store
