Tina is freaking AWESOME!I went for a product and they were sold out, but Tina went into her personal stash just for me. She didnt have to do that AT ALL, she couldve easily said sir Im sorry but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was satisfied.. couldnt ask for better customer service GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE!!

I was really surprised at the selection! They were a little pricey but everything actually seemed good quality. I found a pair of expensive name brand slippers for only $10, I had them saved on Amazon for over $20! The woman who checked me out was super sweet and informed me that if I joined their free rewards program that I would save $5 that day and I would get a free drink! I couldnt pass up the offer and I couldnt be happier I stopped by! Will definitely add this store into my back pocket for cute home decor and affordable furniture!

Had so many things I didnt expect theyll have . Great bluetooth head phones regular sets and also earphones wireless. Has aux connector and charger . Just for 15 .

Walking to my room was far to the elevator on my bad leg but my stay was lovely. People were great and room was very nice.

This is our only Big Lots left In the Wichits vicinity area... it needs more staff and more merchandise. Big Lots nationwide is fabulous and you can buy amazing outdoor furniture and Decor as well as other items from this company. However this store does not see the value like other stores. For example, I shopped The Arlington, Texas store on Little Road recently and they probably do $12,000 on a bad day. I can not see that for this store unless they see the vision for a clean organized and merchandised store!!! Pick it up Big Lots we deserve it!!! Fireplace from Big Lots...and all patio furniture!!!

I love this store on Harry. It is always clean and staff are great.

I love Big Lots. However on this day there was one cashier hustling to help everyone in the store. She asked someone to open another register when the line started getting long and was told by two other employees they couldnt turn it on. Those two went in the back. Employees elsewhere in the store kept calling the one cashier who was working, to ask questions. None of the other employees acknowledged the customers, empathized with our frustration over the long line, or tried to help in anyway. I dont know what that cashier is paid, but I do know it cannot possibly be near enough

The associates were very friendly and helpful. The assortments of items was useful along with prices that didnt make you feel like you was being robbed.

The employees are polite and friendly! The store is clean and they are always adding new items! Glad to have them in neighborhood! But I would still drive across town for them.

Its not like it used to be. They have some nice stuff but prices have definitely went up.

This store has some cool items that are not at other stores & some good deals. It also has a lot of the same stuff that other local stores carry & some not so amazing prices on some things. Shelves were a little bare & some price tags missing but overall it was a nice store. Staff was friendly!

Checkers very helpful. Located rewards info quickly, updated old info and transaction was completed easily. Checkers were very pleasant despite the hour and others behind me.

Great place to get just about any plant you need. Their vegetable plants are pretty cheap in price!

I rarely shop here anymore... super slow. Cant just run in and get something fast. Used to shop at Big Lots all the time. I chose to go there instead of driving all the way to Walmart and took longer than if I had gone somewhere else. I will just go to the Dollar General down the street or all the way to Walmart instead of going back to Big Lots. I expect a little wait but its ridiculous how long it takes to shop there. I hope someone will address this issue so dont lose more customers. Im not going back. Thank you.

Nothing good furniture to highe price

There are some stuff thats not that expensive there but there is alot of stuff that is totally over priced.

This store was a mess. Not at all busy, but no shopping carts were available.Theyve taken away 2 of their 4 handicapped parking stalls to create at least 4 stalls for picking up call-in orders. I am disabled but could not park close to the entrance because both designated spaces were in use. None of the 4 spaces for pick-up orders were in use; NONE.They were sold out of the Christmas tree lights I went to buy. Drove to ACE Hardware; I bought the same type of lights & string length for $3.00 less per package than Big Lots price. SCORE one for me!

Atrocious customer service! We ordered a sofa from them on black Friday. We were told we would be able to pick it up in 2 weeks. We paid for it and waited the 2 weeks and never heard a word. Every time I called to inquire about when the couch would get here someone would say how the truck had been delayed, they have 3 on order, they should be here on Tuesday, no on second thought they wont be in until Thursday, no one knows when the truck is coming, call back next week and so on and so forth… and now they are saying the truck isnt going to be here until December 31st... completely got the run around. The only employee who even tried to make it right was Megan. And all she could really do is offer to let us buy the display model, which she was very nice and understanding and I appreciate her attempts to rectify the situation, but ultimately I did not pay for a used couch and I refuse to take home a used couch with broken down cushions. The next time I called and spoke with Lindsay? I told her we were tired of waiting, we should have never been kept out of the loop this long, we could have ordered online or driven to OKC and had the couch weeks ago, at this point I am just done. She just shrugs it off, basically gave me an oh well come in and get a refund. Its beyond all reasoning to me how they manage to stay afloat when they treat customers in this manner.

Its ok. The aisles are very small so with big carts its hard to get around.Many items have no price on the product and no price on the shelf, so thats annoying.

I saw a cute little 2 seater bistro table and chairs at the store on Harry in Wichita for $149...Tried to order on line and it said out-of stock...Tried to purchase the one on display and was told I could only do that when the display went on clearance or they got more in (but was told it was probably discontinued)So basically I cant buy what they have for sale on the floor...I kind of thought that broke some sort of bait and switch, false advertising law....?

We have a lake behind our house. As a result we have a serious spider problem on the back deck. Big Lots carries a stiff brush on an expandable pole that works great for knocking down cob webs. And the prices are quite reasonable.

Big Lots was great! Hadnt shopped there in awhile, but was reminded right away why I do like shopping there! Everything was so neat and tidy, still has everything I love to shop for and more! Will return very soon! Its a little chilly outside didnt stay as long as I would have liked too but warm weather will be here soon! P.S very friendly and helpful cashier! I will be taking the survey at the bottom of my receipt.

Great addition to the strip. Its not new, but well placed among businesses, restaurants, a gym, auto shop, hardware store, and beauty stores.Big Lots has a bit of everything. You can find great sales and marked down items. Love their food options. For their limited selection, they have a lot of unique and specialty ingredients and cuisines. I like trying new dishes out. Love their patio furniture too!

I was stressing on all the things I needed to get done today and I ended up getting it all done at Big Lots. And saved $50 on a radio I wanted that other stores wanted $100. Also got Fisher Price toys buy one get one 50% off. I was able to get bigger and nicer toys then if I have went to a competitor. And the best part I stayed in my budget. Actually I saved $90 from what I calculated from other stores.

They are a great place to go for all kinds of household items and a big variety of grocery items (including some hard to find items) as well. Their prices are very competitive and staff is helpful besides friendly.

Love the prices, products & the selections. Only gave it 3 stars because there is absolutely no help on the floor & usually on one very slow cashier. The shelves in the food section are horrible. Its nearly impossible to get products & if theyre pt, your S.O.L. The rest of the store is ok.
