They have some great deals on good appliances. We were able to purchase a brand new set of washer and dryer for way less than what home depot was trying to sell. The associates are eager to help and very polite. Their delivery service is great. The guys that delivered the units were very friendly.

Quiet the variety of furnishings. Brandon was very friendly & helpful. But let me say that when there is a problem, you go and try to contact someone online and nobody will answer your questions. Also read the contract thoroughly. I wanted to pay off early and you cannot do that. So enjoy the interest. I bought mine for close to $3,500, now I owe over $5k.🤔 So good place to get ripped off. Do NOT buy from here!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Bought a washer and dryer. I was told, they were floor models. I got the them home, installed them, and water sprayed everywhere! I checked the connections, no leaks, so I opened the back. I found the motor had no pulley, the drum pulley was loose and had worn a groove nearly through the plastic drum piece, the machine had been heavily used, and the belt was just laying on the floor. I took it back and the customer service was a joke. Did they exchange it with something similar? Did they give me anything for my trouble? NOPE! They gave me my money back and sent me down the road. I bought a set at Menards... just what i should have done in the first place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Not associated with Sears at any level.Be careful because there are posted signs at register that indicate no returns, exchanges, or warranties.Mostly just bedroom furniture, living room furniture, and appliances.The dinged appliances are sold at a discount but still ridiculously high.Mattresses with no matching box springs, disorganized inventory, you have to buy an ENTIRE bedroom group even if the dresser that comes with it isnt needed because its too big.They have significantanly in reduced inventory compared to when run by Sears.We visit to see what deals are going in but...we dont end up buying much...

Staff is super friendly & vastly knowledgeable about their products & all the “New technology” that operates them. I like the honest low to no pressure sales they offer there. These guys always operate “above the line” It’s an outlet store, so stock varies so I don’t always leave with what I was coming for, but I always seem to leave with something I didn’t know I needed.

Didnt have hardly anything and the manger wasnt very knowledgeable about of inventory or willing to show me specific items I asked about. The store on Oliver is cool though and they are always willing to help you with anything and have lots of inventory

If you go in knowing its a re-seller of scratch and dent items, youll be fine. Theyre new, blemished products at a steep discount. Wife and I went there for a refrigerator and found one that would fit in our new home great. List price was originally 3900 and we only paid 1540 plus tax. If you can get past the Aesthetics of a perfect refrigerator, and get a monumentally great price discount from retail to boot, walk into this place and prevent your jaw from dropping. The prices are terrific and deeply discounted for what I consider Who Cares? Surface blemishes, dents, or some other visual imperfection. The reason I didnt give this place 5 stars, the mens room looks like leftovers from the 1950s and is in need of a good cleaning.

I was able to replace the appliances in my kitchen for much less than my budget. The staff was knowledgeable, and were able to help me pick items that paired well together and had features above what I expected. The minor cosmetic issues aren’t even noticeable after installation. I would definitely recommend Sears Outlet to anyone in the market for good deals on appliances.

While it is somewhat refreshing that there are not salespersons trolling for customers, these advertised bargains are sketchy at best. For example: a $220 item, reduced by 40% makes it $132 + tax out the door and may seem appealing...unless you do the 10 second Google search to find the exact same item, with free delivery from Sears, for $90 all day. Salesperson was quick to decline the opportunity to price match. Sigh. Missing our parents brand :(

They are not pushy they give you time to shop and then they answer your questions. I looked at there stock and then I went home my husband and i went back that evening. I showed him the refrigerator I liked, he agreed for the price that I was getting a very good buy for the quality of the product. I bought and paid for Tuesday evening, it will be delivered Thursday and theyll be hauling the old one off. Well pleased with the service I had already bought another Appliance from them within the last year-and-a-half quality for your money very nice friendly courteous service staff. I bought a refrigerator here about 8 months ago, and the experience was okay. The prices are really good though which is what brought me back. My wife and I were shopping for a new washer and dryer and went to Sears Outlet because we remembered how good the prices were. Well this time was a completely different experience. We were greeted politely by a salesman that was currently helping a couple with a stove, but showed us where the washers and dryers were and told us that he would be with us as soon as he was finished with the other couple, or that someone else would be available shortly. I don’t know if the customer service training changed, but the only person I talked to when I bought the refrigerator was the person at the register when I told them I was ready to make a purchase. This trip was much better, our salesman made us very comfortable with our purchase and we will definitely return.

I recently had the pleasure of working with this store and the superb assistant manager Zach. I live in New Mexico where unfortunately don’t have a Sears anymore. I have been hunting a very specific item for work that apparently only exists in one location. Zach and his staff bent over backwards to get me what I needed. I called fully expecting to be turned away due to them not being able to ship out of state. I wish we had a store where people that make it their mission to do whatever they can for the customer. I wish I could use this store for all my work and personal needs!!!!!!!!PS. Management you need to promote Zach ASAP.

Just bought a new house, and the former owners took all the appliances. I bought an entire kitchen and washer/dryer for under $2000. All of them looked brand new! Already recommended to my mother who is needing a dishwasher.

Wow is all I can say. This place is way over priced on washers and dryers. The selection is poor. Service is poor. I walked in look at the tiny washers for 900 bucks and walked out. Will never think of shopping here.

Bought a maytag centennial dryer from here. It was presented to us as new, but damaged freight. (It had a dent in the side). 8 months later the heat element goes out. We are still under manufacturers warranty. Upon calling the manufacturer they say its not under warranty because we bought it 6 years ago. Thats when that dryer was first sold. Sears outlet sold us a 6 year old used dryer. It took months for us to get the proof of purchase with the serial number from Sears to send to maytag so we could get it fixed. By the way the Maytag Centennial is a terrible dryer. Its broken 3 times in 18 months.
