Staff is rude and no restroom for customers. My little girl needed to go and they wouldnt let her smh!

Its a cool place one of the best features is theres an old guy that rides around on an orange bike and he sells chips and hot corn burritos thats probably the highlight of this Dollar store hes not always there but when he is its good experience quick bite to eat get the cheap stuff you wanted the dollar store theres a liquor store close by and you can get beer whatever you need its not a bad spot

Went there & they sold outta swimming pools & wouldnt have any til Pandemic endz

Assistant manager which theres 4 never heard of such but its got no vote from me went to take back a defected toy that bought there for my grandson shes going to say with a smile i cant refund this its open and its two weeks old ok its a Christmas present and he just got it today open presants ???? Then she said ok im not sure if its because Jill is not there anymore i always show respect to everyone but if i have a reciept i am allow to get it back when ask for it is mine specifically when i have other items on there i bought its for my records they try to be slick and keep them to me there to high on cheap stuff you can get at the dollar tree or walmart i have not ever had a problem with Walmart on returns so i just rather spend my money else where they need to close all the family dollar stores down and the dollar General they too expensive for low income people trying to make each dollar count they dont care its all about money well its my money ive work hard for and ill spend it with a smile else where with people that have respect and dont for get customers are what keeps your store open another thing while we were getting waited on there were three other assistant standing around laughing and talking why our line was getting longer its just a play ground for them all at this one drinking and eating in front of customers when did they start letting everyone that works there text on there phones just standing around even the dollar General same stuff now go to Wal-Mart thats not going to happen every one there is working and show respect phones are allow break time and put away on the floor ...thats respect to your customers so i hope something is done about this store and the one on 13th just because you get a few hot heads in your store not everyone is the same. And i rather not be treated that away !! Good buy Family Dollar on 21st. And Waco

Good store cheap items that cost more in regular stores

I went in there to buy a tote and could not find a lid to match the color or size of any of the totes that I was interested in. I had to settle for one that really wasnt what I wanted. Plus, it cost $8 more then the one I originally went in to buy.

Clean store, wide aisles, so nice to see every thing on the shelves instead of in boxes taking up floor space. Ill shop there again.

Cashier during my visit was quite rude didnt say hi to me i had to ask her if her register was open and she just stared at me.

The store was clean, had all items I needed and the Employees I encountered were friendly and professional.

Store is dirty, manager treats customers like they are thieves, not much of a selection of product, especially toys & baby items. At night they only have 1 cashier so checkout can take awhile.

Always a long line to be checked out . usually never have anything stocked . last time I went they did not have no milk no bread ect.
