We were helped quickly and efficiently. the whole experience was less than 4 or 5 minutes, and the woman at the counter was very nice. I liked that they have still decided to enforce a mask policy.

Watched 3 people walk out over mask mandate in just the 5 minutes we were there. We would have also walked but we had our grandson. Definitely will not go back until it’s a recommendation and not being greeted by employees telling you to get mask on.

Went inside two young girls helped us. Very nice experience. Recommended

They were out of chocolate chip mint, went with the strawberry. It was a little freezer burned, bfs was fabulous.

Watched an entire sports team of 30 middle schoolers plus parents exit the shop (all in there at the same time) NOT ONE WEARING MASKS. The worker refused to take my order because I didn’t have a mask on to order. I didn’t have one and was holding my 3 year old and promised him he could have ice cream, but she didn’t care and actually started ignoring me.Then she said I could go in the drive thru if I didn’t like it (we walked there). Hope you as an ice cream shop are happy you made a 3 year old cry. Ridiculous.

We drove 30 minutes from Augusta to try out this store with our T-Mobile coupon. We will never be back. How rude to not participate in a national coupon. Neither Baskin Robbins stores in Wichita participated, must have the same owner.... There are a lot of ice cream places around. The choice to not let us try you out for free was a bad one.

Not the staff threatening to call the cops on a customer and then the customer calling the cops and the staff saying I wasnt really going to call the cops. Then having the manager saying the customer is wrong and that the staff is unexperienced. Why have staff with no manager on the floor. All because the customer was in the drive thru without a mask and asked the staff the mask policy when told the staff would not serve them. Whack franchise restaurant. Cant wait until it closes.

We appreciate the friendly, helpful staff, clean store and delicious products! The drive thru is very handy as well! We highly recommend the, east side, N. Webb store as well as out west!

Disappointed. Staff would not let me and my kids in tonight because we didn’t have masks. Guess what, lost a customer here and the folks walking in before us didn’t have masks either and therefore had to leave too. Consider providing masks now if you’re requiring them outside of mandates. Bad business decisions. :(

The staff was friendly and allowed us to taste so many ice cream flavors. I loved the open and very lit environment. Their caramel macchiato is the best flavor, but there are so many to choose from. They also take cake orders. Id love it if they place was a but bigger with booths.

PART 1: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! Went into the store after they rudely hung up the phone on us after messing up our order. We went in calm but irritated especially after the two girls were slamming things around and making rude comments behind counter. Asked for manager & they refused to let me speak to anyone. Made an online complaint on corporate website.

We are repeat customers but were told the store was not participating in the Tmobile promotion. if it was a fraudulent coupon or something its one thing, but greedy ownership is losing them repeat business from us.

Arrived last night at 8:45PM at the drive thru with four cars in front of us. Once the pick up truck in front of us was served no one spoke to us over the intercom. Sat there for a couple of minutes and nothing. Drove up to the window and the two girls were cleaning. Honked my horn and asked them why they were not assisting the cars in the drive thru? She said we are closed and shut the window. Wow!! Three other cars behind us. Horrible customer service. Went to Braum’s instead as they appreciate our business.

Waited for 40 minutes in the drive-thru and there was only 3 cars in front of me. The lobby was closed, so I dont know what reason there would possibly be for this to happen, but I watched a dozen other potential customers come and go in the time I waited. If this was my franchise, I would address this immediately, as the individual(s) working at this time are picking their pocket.

Regrettably, the hours of operation are incorrect. my daughter and I went for ice cream tonight and they were lights out when we arrived at approximately 7:25. I had called them a little after 6:30pm to enquire whether they participated in the tmobile tuesday promotion, which they said they did. I shared that I would stop by and use my promotional amount, but nothing was shared about closing early.displeased to have wasted a trip.

I love Baskin-Robbins, however I have developed an allergy to dairy and they have only 1 flavor that is dairy free. I do realize they are an ice cream shop, but there are many people with dairy sensitivity and it would be great if there were a couple of options. Since the rest of my family can enjoy the products, we still go, but I no longer order anything. 😢

Oh...My! The ice cream here is fantastic! Ive tried MANY different flavors and I dont think that Ive tried one that I didnt like! I like them ALL!! Best gourmet ice cream in town. The employees here are always friendly and helpful, especially the young pretty girl Emmalyn! Shes a doll!

It was good ice cream, but for what you pay for 2 waffell cones you could buy 2 quarts of your favorite Ice cream from your local grocery store. If you are not concerned with the steep pricing, or just want to take your special friend on an ice cream date, you could accomplish this here.

The owner is disrespectful and called me a n word

The customer service was incredible, my son is 5 and the staff was on it when he had a million samples. The location was clean, and the ice cream was delicious. What really made me love this location is he fact that one of the girls working went above and beyond. My husbands wedding ring fell off of his finger at one point while we were there and this sweet girl didnt even question grabbing gloves for both of them to start sorting through the trash in the bathroom. She was on her hands and knees doing everything she possibly could to help him and she actually found the ring. I wish I had caught her name but she was so great and it made us really appreciate the environment that you have at this location. Thank you Mystery girl, I would have had a LONG night if you hadnt helped and found that ring. We will see you all soon!

Awesome I would give it 10 stars if I could. I am a pralines and cream girl. AND they have it all year. Take that braums! Lol! Caution though the bubblegum ice cream actually has little chicklets like gum in it. Just sayin!

Jumped at the chance to have my favorite ice cream — Baskin-Robbins Jamaican Almond Fudge. Yummmm even in 32 degree weather. The store had a steady stream of customers — both walk in and drive through. The clerk did a magnificent job of waiting on people. He also made sure he genuinely welcomed everyone. It was a great experience all the way.

Changing my longstanding 5 star rating to a 2.I stopped in for ice cream today, the staff informed me they were a private company, and our toddler was required to wear a mask. I thanked them and left. Now my private dollars go somewhere else. Sucks, because I like their ice cream...but not enough to put a mask on a toddler. Until their policy changes its marble slab for my money.

Yeah, its alright. Its what a neighborhood ice cream joint is supposed to be. Clean, safe, welcoming, with a good selection of ice cream. Good place to treat your 6 year old.

830 PM on a Friday night the store was closed but stated it is open until 10pm. The employees, still inside wiping down the counters, refused to acknowledge inquisition as to why they were turning away paying customers during posted business hours. Attempts to call the store you ask? Thwarted by a continuous busy signal, as if those things still exist. Get it together.

Im not sure what to think about Baskin-Robbins... Their ice cream is decent, but the prices, wait time, size of what you receive, it just all seems underwhelming compared to anywhere else. Ive only been here two in the past few years but both times I left with the same mindset. I do not believe I will return for a third time. They just do not bring anything to the table that speaks to me.

Ordered the Star Wars cake for a birthday this weekend. I was disappointed when we got it and they had not included the Darth Vader cake topper piece as featured in their picture I ordered from. Also the staff was too busy sampling their flavors and goofing around to even notice we were there to wait on us when we arrived. Very disappointed!

Their Ice cream waffle cones are amazing. Consistency in the amount of ice cream you get varies, that is my only issue.

Its been a family favorite since i was a child something comforting knowing that places like this are still around. My tastes have changed over the years but with as many flavors as they have its easy to find a favorite daquari ice and carmel pecan praline are my go tos. I hope its around for many generations to come.
