This was our first experience with Crumbl Cookie. We were in the area visiting and had to try it. The store was very busy, but their service was quick and friendly. We loved it so much we had to go back before we left town to grab some more!

Cookies are so good! Normally give 5 stars but this trip I had egg shells in my cookies. At least you know they are freshly made.

Their pumpkin flavors are to die for!! You can’t go wrong with the chocolate chip or frosted sugar cookie. Be careful though.. they are addicting

I will keep this short and sweet. Best cookies I have ever discovered. They have two staple cookies every week, the chocolate chip and sugar cookie and four rotator cookies. I can’t say which cookie is my favorite since every time I pick one they raise the bar and make another amazing flavor to delight my tastebuds.

Crumbl Cookies never disappoints. I live a little far from the store, so I get my cookies shipped to me. They are still amazing and I have never had a bad experience.

Cookies are delicious! I ordered on the app for curbside pick up. When I got there 2 of the flavors I had ordered were out. They asked if they could re-fulfill my order or if I would like to come back later to get fresh ones. I came back 4 hours later and they were out again. I waited again over 45 minutes for my order again to be completed. Cookies were 100% worth it but it did take a while.

My daughters love this place.. cookies are awesome and have some cool unique flavors. Good stuff!

Great cookies, great staff! The cookies are on the pricey side but are absolutely worth it! The size alone is fantastic! My favorite ones so far have been the banana cream pie cookie (you read that correctly) and a Nutella stuffed sea salt topped cookie! I have had other but those are definitely some of the best!

Made me download an app to place an order for delivery. Not the end of the world. Well the app crashed twice so I reset my phone. Finally got my order placed. I set a timed order and when I tried to pay it failed twice. The third time it just sat and spun a little red wheel processing. The payment went through and my order was moved to ASAP instead of the time I selected. I called the store and they told me, since it got moved to ASAP I couldnt change the time because a driver had already been notified. The solution we came up with, with the help of the employee, was to have the delivery dropped off somewhere safe on the property. I got my cookies and they were DELICIOUS. Definitely going to order from them again. But this experience was a little troubled.Tl;dr: delivery time got messed up thanks to their app but I got my cookies and they were AMAZING and you should definitely order from them.

I dont like cookies but my family does. My dad is especially obsessed with crumbl. So much so he did a full u turn at night when he saw it. He was absolutely stoked to see it nearby. Needless to say he went straight for it. Plus, the place smells great and looks clean. I love the design on the windows too. Very nice and lit up.

This is a dangerous place. I had to wean myself off of coming here quite so often. The chocolate chip is a great classic and I love that there are rotating flavors every week.

A thicker cookie than what you would expect. Wish they still did minis. Take my word when I say: Just buy one and split it in half.

This is the second time weve been here and both times have been excessively long waits. The first time we had to go in to collect our cookies on a carryout the 2nd attempt we waiting 30 minutes after they said they were done preparing in the app. Cookies were great and staff was friendly. The carryout process needs work.

This has been a visiting staple of ours during the pandemic. Easy to order on the app and they will bring delicious cookies to your vehicle. Good serving sizes and an absolutely delicious rotating menu. Looking for a guilty pleasure or a dessert to reward yourself this place is great.

We absolutely love Crumbl Cookies! Every time we are in Wichita we make sure to stop to enjoy some cookies. The establishment is super clean and the employees are always very friendly!

Cookies are 600-700 cal+I don’t have any problem at all with an occasional indulgence, I don’t really even find it offensive that they make a cookie that’s at or around 650 calories. In the app, on the website, wherever I can find calorie counts the cookies are listed as between 100-110 calories* with an asterisk note containing the caveat “*Per Serving”. You gotta go digging to find the actual per-cookie calorie count, where you see that cookies are divided in to between 5.5-7 servings, whatever amount they need to hit that 100 calorie label. These are big cookies, but I guarantee nobody is cutting them in to 6 sections before divvying them out. Crumbl knows that. People may disagree about if this is “dishonest”, but concealing truth this way is at the very least “sneaky” and “misleading”. Tell your friends before they go buy two dozen for their kids’ soccer team.

My son introduced me to Crumbl. I love him for it!!! My hips not so much lol. The flavors change and they are always incredibly tasty. When I have been in the store the employees are friendly and accommodating. When we have had cookies delivered they are still warm, gooey, and scrumptious! I have nothing but good to say.

First time going. Yep, all my friends had been and raved about it.. I was a little more skeptical, but on my way home from work, and decided to try once.. Pretty cool! I was able to place my order and get out so fast. They had about 7-8 people ahead of me and moved through them and the two curbside deliveries fast. I was probably in the store for ...maybe 5 minutes. Cookies were warm and the perfect treat to a Friday evening.

The cookies were amazing!! It was super convenient to be able to walk in, place my order on the screen, pay and then just wait for my order! All the employees were working hard at baking and boxing orders etc. Great first experience! Highly recommend!! (Wichita Greenwich Rd location)

Visited Mon 9 Sept.Staff was nice. Service speed was ok.Store needed to be cleaned.Chocalate chip cookies were underdone, tasted doughy, and were much too sweet.Kinda pricey for poorly baked cookies.

Amazingly delicious cookies!very friendly staff and everyone was wearing a mask. I asked for 2 mini cookies for my twins and they told me that it was for catering only which was fine. After waiting for our order, one of the workers gave us 2 of the mini cookies they had extra of for free! Will definitely be back and will try the ice cream next time.

The cookies are great & good service. They were very busy today, so I definitely need to remember to go on a weekday or order ahead. Worth the wait though!

Crumbl has the BEST sugar cookies! The cookie is soft and buttery. The almond flavored frosting is delicious. And the amount of frosting equals the height of the cookie which is just the way I like it! Good job Crumbl!!

This place is amazing! The cookies are soon good. Four dollars a cookie may seem high, but you all you need is one cookie. We got the cinnamon swirl cookie and it was goood. Every bite melted in our mouths. The service is great and quick. If you havent come check this place out.

Crumbl usually has good service, which is why it got any stars at all today. I got a curbside order which included 2 fruit pizza cookies that were advertised as being topped with fresh fruit and when I got them home and opened the box, guess what was missing..? The fruit. It is literally just the cookie and icing on both, with no fresh fruit anywhere. It was a really disappointing end to a long work day, as fresh fruit is one of my favorite desserts.Sad and fruitless,Robin

This was our first time in. Greated at the door, walked in to a wonderful smell of fresh cookies. Clean white place, good visual examples. Wait time after ordering was longer then what I thought it would be. All in all a good experience.

I ordered online from Indiana to our son and daughter in law who were having a baby in Wichita. Ordering was really easy and they were delivered even before I asked them to be. I didn’t get to taste them, but I got a picture of them, and they looked just like the picture online - awesome!

Horrible customer service. I stood there completely being ignored for 10 minutes. I had to ask for help before the staff would acknowledge me. Also the dont practice safe hand hygiene. The go from preparing cookies to collecting money and not once did they change gloves let alone wash their hands. On top of this my order was supposed to be ready at 6 and they didnt even start it till 6:10

The Wichita Crumbl is always clean and tidy. The staff are nice and greet you when you walk in the door. I love that they have stations where you can order your cookies without having to go to the front counter. Their weekly cookie rotation is awesome but the chocolate chip cookie is my favorite, it never lets me down!

I love the cookies here they are great especially the peanut butter ones!! These cookies are so soft and have so much flavor each and every bite! I’m waiting for an order now I can’t wait for em!!
