Horrible experience with this store! I called several times left voice messages and received no call backs. I live in another state & was sending my mother an edible arrangement w/flowers foe her 60th birthday and the flowers she received were broken and dead! They were so bad she called me at work and sent me pictures of how bad the arrangement was she received. Does anyone work at this store?! I want my money back!!

This store probably should teach their driver to stay off of the phone. She almost hit me. I am angry enough that I tried calling the store but received no answer. I went onto the website as well but found no contact email. A 1 star review it shall be.

Just $6 of grocery store fruit and a bag of chocolate chips delivered in a cardboard box. Theres no arrangement or anything.The strawberries were two boxes of Driscolls, one of which I bought at Dillions a few days earlier for $2.50. They dont even bother re-boxing them or hiding the other companys branding.Its nothing like whats displayed on the site.

Fruit was not good, almost as if the arrangement had been frozen. It was pretty though. Less than half was eaten before throwing away.

Great review from the person I gifted it to, delivery was flawless. Highly recommend the chocolate dipped strawberry platter.

After calling the store more than 20 times to check on an order I purchased, no one answered the phone all day. I am extremely disappointed in the service and never received any updates.

They lost my order and had to get someone else to find my ticket. 10 minutes After they found my ticket they turned around and literally grabbed the box with my name on it. The arrangement was OK but way over priced for what I got and could have gotten cheaper elsewhere.

Horrible quality. Arrangement looked nothing like advertised and fruit wasnt even close to being ripe. Strawberries were still WHITE through and through, grapes were mush and melon tasteless. Furious at the poor quality for $80.

Great service! I accidentally wrote the wrong delivery address on my order and the delivery driver called me and went out of her way to make sure my order got delivered to the right person. I wish I knew her name! Thank you!!

Ordered some strawberries for my mom and had them delivered. They were very fresh and the arrangement was perfect! She absolutely loved them! Definitely would recommend this location!!

Not too many people can say they have almost 20 orders with edible arrangements. I ordered another arrangement for my wife on Valentine‘s Day. Told the store it was an elementary school that closes by 2:30 which they said no problem. Even mentioned they could tell that since the address specified the school name showing some promising customer service. Paid extra since it was a holiday delivery. Come to find out, the status of the order was still being arranged at the store when I called around 3:30. They apologized with nothing more than an offer for ME to pick them up at the store and to remove the delivery charge... if I were picking them up then I would ASSUME there wouldn’t be a delivery charge. Then they offered to have it out for delivery “first thing in the morning”. Now here it is at 4:30pm the next day and the delivery still hasn’t been made. Not happy at all with this type of customer service. I will NEVER use them again.

Used online site to send a thank you to a corporate account and the product was nothing less than phenomenal! Thank you Edible Arrangements for making it very simple to order and for offering top notch products that make people smile and feel nothing less than they are, amazing. Will be ordering again soon!

This place is my go to now! Perfect for any special occasion! Just bought a mixed chocolate dipped fruit boquet for my moms birthday not to long ago and she loved it! So helpful in picking out the right arrangement. Great customer service, thanks Karen!

The only thing good about my order was that it was delivered on time but once my sister received her birthday platter she was not able to eat it the fruit were molded it had fur on it i placed 2 orders the 2nd order i was made aware at the last minute that it will not be delivered until the next day i hope her fruit will not be molded i will not be placing another order due to the fact i am very disappointed with the service all the way around i wish i could add the photos she sent me of what she received

I live in Colorado, I have family in Wichita and I have never ordered from Edible Arrangements before. I called today to ask about bouquets and delivery and the gentleman on the phone was so helpful and answered all my questions! Will definitely be using Edible Arrangements in the future!!

Awesome place to get fruit arrangements. Karen helped pick 2 arrangements for my parents 25 anniversary party.They looked really nice and they went great with the chocolate fountain we had!

Love this place. Being able to build my own assortment with free delivery would be even greater.

I have been in on two different Saturday mornings and the employee is rude and acts like it is a major inconvenience to help a customer. This employee will not even offer or give the buy one get one posted in the store. I continue going in because of the freshness of the fruit,if the employee had a better attitude a 5 star would have been given.

Had an order to pick up for Valentines day.... they for whatever reason not only didnt have it but offered to upscale me for $100 to the next available product. I was then left to figure out what to do at 6 PM on the day of on my own. Horrible customer service, horrible experience and I would recommend finding another place to do your business.

The website was easy to navigate and the turnaround time was amazing. I ordered after lunch and the bouquet was delivered before 5pm same day.

Placed my order late Thursday night and delivered Friday afternoon. My grandma loved it, fresh and beautiful!! Amazing thank you

We stopped in there, was showing my husband what I thought I wanted for my birthday. We stood there for about 3 minutes until someone came out from the back. At that point, we had already looked thru the brochure on the counter. Sorry, but for $50 or more dollars, Ill cut my own fruit and dip it in chocolate. $15.00 to deliver??? I can drive back and forth to work, clear across town for a week on that. Those prices are ridiculous!

Went to try the smoothies & fruit cup for lunch. The employee was a nervous wreck, there was no cantaloupe & my smoothie wasnt even full. He did offer some fruit samples but Im not sure if i would return...
