I bought a vehicle from Sam and it was a great experience. Extremely polite and he worked with me every step of the way. Great doing business with him. Extremely professional.

I bought a car from them, took it to a transmission shop and the fix costs more than the car itself. ($4,000) I was sad to return the car but even more upset when he wouldn’t give me the full refund. He kept about $217 for tags I never filed for and to put gas in the car. (When I received it I had about 15 miles of gas on it and returned it w the same amount or maybe a little less) Would not recommend, the sells man really tried to make things better than they were. Please bring your own mechanic and READ the warranty. It only covers 10% of labor and 10% of parts. Do not believe him when he says “Bring it back if they’re any issue and we will fix it” He told us to return the car and he’s run the scam on someone else. The car is posted again so just be careful and do not go shop with them unless you are fully aware of how mechanical issues work. Also tried to convince me that big puffs of smoke coming from the exhaust pipe was WATER VAPOR. A code pops up saying the stepper motor needs replaced and they tried replacing it the “easy” way seeing as you’re supposed to drop the transmission and then replace it. The mechanics that work there are talented but the sells man needs a new hobby. I don’t know how someone can go say to day doing scams. When I brought up the warranty he said “Don’t talk to me about the warranty because did you actually read it? I only cover 10% so I’m doing you a favor” I have all our conversations on a recording. If any of his business partner ever wanted to hear how he speaks and addresses his problems. However, if you do go speak to the mechanic about the car not the sells man named Sam. Keep talking to him at the minimum, the mechanics will tell you how it really is.

Sold me a truck and its sputtering so bad I cant even drive it to the mechanic I spent 7000 dollars on this thing only to have to fix it
