Huge room with full kitchen. Friendly staff. Maids needs to focus on the details when cleaning.. left me six squares on the toilet paper roll, 2 squares on the paper towel roll. And the towels feel like sandpaper.

First time financing a vehicle and Paul was a great help had some issues with the vehicle in the beginning but they were on top of it and promptly got it taken care of even put me in a loaner so I wouldent be without a vehicle. Would definitely do business here again.!

We bought a car mid November from them. They were amazing to work with. They were fair and honest. We had no issues and Ive contacted them a few times and they have always been friendly. My only complaint would be they dont have multiple phone lines so when Ive tried to call Ive got a busy signal and had to try again. I recommend them!!

I bought my first real vehicle from eCars and I feel like it was an open, honest, and fair experience. Two tires were low tread and the battery was dying before I bought it. I drove it off the lot to a tire shop and got 2 brand new nice tires, and a brand new battery for free because the truck needed it. I pay my bill, they are polite and respectful. Its pretty simple.Related thoughts: Remember, buying a vehicle is a major financial purchase and needs to be treated as such. As with all used vehicles, do a deep mechanical inspection with a mechanic you trust. If youre broke, look up YouTube videos of the specific vehicle and the most common problems. You can save yourself thousands if you put some thought into your purchase. If it breaks during the warranty, it will be fixed for the amount your warranty dictates. I dont believe these guys at eCars are selling junkers that will break 1 day after the 3 month warranty. As a consumer, its your responsibility to research what you are buying.

If i could give negative stars I would. I bought a car in October 2019, the car was in the shop the majority of my 60day tag. When the motor went out on in in March 2020 I let them know and they acted like they do all they can to help. I relized this was a lie when the calls stopped being returned. The messages from one enployee to another not being relayed. There is no meeting in the middle asked if i could pay a portion and place the rest on back of loan. Asked to be switched cars that was a no, unless i wantednegative 4 grand in equity on top of another pricey down payment. There is so much more headache with this company as well thois is just the jist of it.

He told me how much each one would cost and once we found one it was exactly the price we agread on and it was a smooth purchase process. I would go back when I need another vehicle.

Purchased my husbands Audi from here Jan 2015 and he loved it. Cliff was fantastic. But since JULY 2015 through today have had to spend $6,249.67 on engine. And discovered today it needs another $1,893.51.(At a Certified Mechanic) KBB was $6,700 in Jan 15 and car price was $6,000. Now KBB $3,645, or $300 less than balance owed on loan and have only put 7700 miles on since purchase. Extremely disappointing. Will never purchase another vehicle here.

I came here to buy my second car. It was the first car Ive ever bought from a dealership. After being denied at 3 other dealerships, I had very little faith of being approved here; but the minute I walked into the building, I knew this place was different. After looking for the right vehicle for so long, I finally walked away with a 2010 Mazda 3. I definitely recommend going to ECars. Cliff and his team are very friendly and knowledgeable. They wont let you walk away unsatisfied. But if you go to ECars, I promise theres no way you wont be unsatisfied.

Lets start off by saying, do not go here. Go anywhere else. For my husband, they accepted his down payment and put him into a vehicle, after 6 months of getting 30 day tags they said they were unable to get the title from the auctioneer. He returned it and got a trade in value for it on a new car. That car has now had the clutch replaced, the ac compressor replaced, the throttle sensor and 3 other things have all been replaced, and the problem persists. Instead of giving him the money back that hed already paid down on the car and paid into the car, they just let him walk off the lot without another word or a vehicle. Nothing left, no money for another one, nowhere else go now. So, thanks, E-Cars, for putting my family out of a car and for making our lives that much worse.
