I have always had good experiences with fire stone overall for the most part. I feel like they do pretty good work on vehicles and the quality of their tires is superb. However, I know firsthand about the quotas they have monthly and every time that I have taken my vehicles in, they make a suggestion for a service that is usually not required or outright outrageous to recommend while doing a repair that has nothing in common with what they are suggesting I have done. My suggestion: know you’re stuff before going here before they weasel you into a repair or service that you don’t even need.Edit: now fast forward to after the repair, we are having all kinds of issues with our cylinder heads and internal engine issues. We have taken it to multiple shops and they have all asked if we had do work done on the temp sensor because whoever did it messed with some things on our vehicle. The worst fire stone I’ve ever been to.
Every time I come in here the guy behind the counter with glasses and Cory’s haircut from boy meets world always has the same whiny I-hate-my-job attitude. I’ve left and gone across the parking lot to jiffy lube more than once and this time was no different. Went in with an enterprise fleet truck at 7:30am to an empty store with an empty bay for an oil change and new tires, and was told to plan on coming back to get it in 24 hrs!! Always the same story, blaming the enterprise approval time for why it takes so long. Well I left and went to jiffy lube (again) and they somehow got the work approved and done in 90 minutes! Literally all you have to do is call enterprise and they’ll approve it quickly lol. Don’t worry Cory, I won’t bother stopping here again.
Solid Firestone store. Theyre typically upfront and honest with you about what your car may actually need done to it. They can be booked out a couple of weeks in advance, but typically something will open up if you need a tire patched or oil changed within a day.
My boyfriend and I went to this firestone to get some new tires and to get his oil changed. As it says “Firestone Complete Auto Care.” Well he ordered the tires online after putting in his car information and the website said “Fits your vehicle” and then he talked to someone on the phone last night who said that size of tire was correct. Well they call us an hour after his appointment time to tell us theyre the wrong size tire and the right size were gonna be $215 each. Which is annoying. However thats not my real problem. My problem is that they charged him $100 dollars for an OIL CHANGE. and that $100 was AFTER a 15% off coupon. He asked them why it was so expensive and the guy said “Because of the synthetic oil.” Now. I understand that synthetic oil is more expensive and were paying them to do it. but DEFINITELY not for over $100 dollars. Thats a crock.
They wont mount used tires at all. Only brand new with stickers on them. Other than that the customer service was good, friendly.
They list great prices but sometimes they done and Nicole you. Clean friendly and service was good.
Been going to this business for years, excellent service and staff I highly suggest this Firestone!
Called to check on a tire, placed on hold then got hung up on after a few minutes on hold.
No complaints. They recommended maintenance that needed done.
I really need something checked ASAP and they were so nice and honest. I’m thankful for these guys!
A gentleman named Josh picked up the phone and had a really poor attitude and just was not customer friendly. Just from that phone call alone I will continue to tell people to go elsewhere.
Every single time I go here they treat me so well. Jimmy is hands down one of the nicest and coolest guys I’ve come across and I trust him and his team way more than I ever thought I would. I’m a car guy so I’m not one to let others work on my vehicles. But this firestone and this team I trust. Excellent service every single time I go. 15/10 stars.
Dependable work on your car.
I have been visiting Firestone routinely since I moved to Wichita. They might not always be the best price, but they are always willing to work with us and always provide honest and reliable service... plus they are one of the few places open on the weekends, so it fits our schedule.Nick, who I believe is the store manager has been looking out for us since we used to visit the E. Kellogg location. Wed highly suggest asking him any questions or bringing up any concerns you might have.
Fast and friendly service. Great customer service.
Fast and very helpful. Came to our rescue, so glad for Sunday hours!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a repeat customer but this last interaction has ensured that I won’t go back again. I needed new tires and my AC checked. I scheduled appointment online and dropped off an hour before my appointment time at 12. My husband called to add AC check ( initially was just tires) and was told my car was next in line and they could do that no issue and what charge would be. A few hours later we both realized we didn’t get a time estimate. I called in and nicely asked how much longer we could expect. Bill rudely pointed out that the shop closes at 7pm and by that math he still had 4 more hours to complete my car in😡 I politely asked him then that if I should just plan to be up there before close, and was told I needed to wait for his phone call. While on the phone someone came and informed him my AC had no issues ( not true- came to find out they only blew air and checked coolant, even though my husband told them it would blow cold and then go warm while driving- they didn’t drive or test very long so now having to go to new shop). When my husband went in to pick van up which magically was ready 20 minutes after I hung up with Bill. He let them know they lost our business and Bill tried to claim it wasn’t him I talked to . When I called today to get information on how they checked AC so I could inform new shop what had been tested Larry informed me what they did and that Bill had been spoken to. When I mentioned that’s funny because Bill had said it wasn’t him he only got upset and asked me what I wanted. Then when I mentioned it upset me we paid for them to check and they really didn’t based on our Info he lied and said already took off our total- the only discount was a $40 tire promotion taken off first thing before issue came up. Liars and not good customer service
Awesome place and give good discounts
New tires, not quite as cheap as some but a very good quality
I think this place is expensive I kinda feel sometimes like they see you coming. Anytime I have ever had a replaced tire with warranty i never get the prorated price Im always told one thing or another.
This review is for the Firestone on North Maize Rd in Wichita, Kansas. I have had excellent customer service at this location in previous visits years ago and was especially pleased with my recent visit last week:My car had broken down in the evening so I had it towed to this location. The next morning, I received a call from the manager who took the time to educate me on the issues my car had, explained what my options were, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. This experience gave me so much peace of mind. It can be daunting to quickly decide where to take your car in this situation and I feel like I made the best choice.
I tried to schedule an appointment online, which was never confirmed, nor did they try to contact me to discuss why it wasn’t confirmed. They still fit me in, but the appointment took over an hour for a routine oil change.I also asked them to replace my rear wiper blade. The guy helping me said he’d try to find one, but wasn’t sure if they could. When the car was finished, he informed me that they didn’t have a wiper blade for that, and he also said he’d called a couple of parts stores and they were out. I’ve personally replaced wiper blades on at least a dozen different cars, and I’ve never once had a problem finding a blade at a parts store like AutoZone. Just to make sure, I called the store after I left and verified that they did indeed have wiper blades in stock for my car. So, basically the guy flat out lied to me, because he was too lazy or apathetic to provide decent customer service. Finally, when they pulled the car around my seat had been moved. This might not seem like a big deal, but I have driven 40,000 miles a year for the last 18 years and had my car serviced every 5,000 miles. Not once in all of those years or services has someone moved the seat just to pull my car around. Most people have their seats in a particular setting that is comfortable for a reason.I would save yourself time and frustration and just go next door to Jiffy Lube
I spent $500 on a front brake job, now about a month later my brakes are squealing when I come to a stop. I’ve tried 3 times to bring it in and fix it and each time they tell me it’ll take several hours before they could get to it, regardless of if I had an appointment or not. If I invest that much money in a service for my car and something isn’t right with it, they need to own up to it and fix their mistake.
They couldnt give me service
Ive been a customer for years. They are always great. Their service managers are always nice. They always ensure I get a good price. They are always honest and fair. They have taken very good care of me over the years. Service has always been reasonably prompt. They are much better than any dealer I have ever been to. These guys are no less than great and deserve 6 stars. They are one of the best.
PSA: If you’re ever in Wichita and need new tires, avoid Firestone on 21st and Maize. They’ll somehow mess up your stereo (?!?!), tell you they can’t get it in until Thursday (when you’re already out of town) and that you need to “see it from their point of view”, so I’m essentially out of luck... ridiculously poor customer service.
Jimmy is a great customer service rep. The others not so well. If you need information and professional service for your car. Ask for Jimmy.
This review is for N. Maize Rd. Wichita. A company I ordered my tires through has a concierge that makes the mounting appointments. They scheduled me for a drop off time. When I arrived I did not realize the appt was for a drop off and I had not made arrangements. Jimmy, told me no worries and after a bit of offering to reschedule because I felt so bad, they were so busy, Jimmy, I believe the service manager, went and got my Jeep himself and they had me out of there in less than an hour. Jimmy, youre my hero!!
Good guys. Got me in quickly. Very professional and did a good job. Thanks!
I had an emergency, as I had run over some thing sharp & losing tire pressure fast. They were busy at 2:15 when I pulled in. They were friendly & explained that they would work me in. We discussed the charges up front if it was repairable. I was headed home about an hour or so later. Very customer oriented, & now I have piece of mind that I wont have a flat in the morning. Somewhere I picked up a sheet metal screw. Thank You
They took forever and were rude
Great customer service. Prices are a bit high.
This is my first time going to Firestone for tires, usually go to discount tire. But we went Monday to get tires put on my wifes car. They helped us out in no way that we expected and went above and beyond my expectations. I am highly considering switching to firestone for all my tire needs.
Every time I go in, with any car I own, they are friendly and listen well to anything I have a problem with. They call me when they find problems and are honest when I can go without replacing something for a bit. They dont try to upsell me and explain everything. I wont go anywhere else.
Everything was clean and in order. I was greeted when I entered the building. They explained the issues with the vehicle and helped me understand what each issue was. They also worked with me on the discounts they offered for the work completed.
I took my car in because it was losing coolant faster than normal, which I knew because I check my fluids weekly. First off, the man I spoke to forgot to make my appointment, which was at 8am, so I had to wait for awhile, with my toddler in tow. So, an hour and a half later, they tell me I need $1,047 worth of repairs. While shocked, I assumed my car had to be truly messed up. Until I noticed that they highly recommended an oil change. Funny thing was, I had just had my oil changed not even 24 hours prior to this. Suspicious, I took my car somewhere else for a second opinion. While Firestone was correct about 1 of my issues (which happens to not be a cheap fix anyways), they completely lied to me about all of the other issues, including me needing an oil change. They were trying to scam me into paying them at least an extra $300-400!To think that these people would deliberately lie to a customer, most likely because I am a woman and a single mom (pretty obvious by my son who was with me), makes me really angry. I usually dont write bad reviews, but this was just ridiculous.Do not ever go to this location!
These guys are great! very helpful super professional, and the store waiting area is comfortable and clean!
We stopped by because we were having to air up a tire several times when it was cold. Turns out the tires we purchased were recalled. These unbelievably great guys replaced all four tires with an upgraded tire for free. Honest, friendly, and great customer service. We are now lifetime customers!
This was the Firestone by North East Mall in Bedford Texas. Amazing service. Kevin the supervisor and the technician went above and beyond. What a blessing having someone I can trust
Made appointment a week ago for oil change and alignment. Was told it would take about 2 hours. I was running behind schedule because of a dr appointment so I called to let them know. I was told no guarantees and they were busy. I got there 20 minutes late and they said because I was late they couldn’t get both done in 2 hoursThank you jimmy and nick for validating my brothers ( I have 3 ) opinion that I should never go to Firestone for anything!!! Even though my wheel alignment was prepaid I don’t think I’ll go back. There are so many other options!!
I took my car here the other day while visiting family in the area from out-of-state. My three year old car battery started to give me trouble and with a 900 mile drive home I needed to get things check out. I took my care here on a Saturday morning and was quickly greeted by the staff. I explained the issue to the service writer and they took the car in. Within an hour the cars alternator was check out and the battery replaced and I was on my way. It was not cheap, but the prices were competitive. Based on this experience Id inclined to take my care to this shop again.
Quality tires at good prices...customer service was very good. Have purchased here for a few years and will continue coming back. Thank you!
Great customer service, employees understand and treat you like a person. Would definitely recommend above all others in this area. Just overall great employees and great customer service.
Fast, friendly and knowledgeable group of people! Will definitely refer friends and family to this shop.
The service I was shown at this location on 5-5-2018 was exceptional Everyone was very helpful and professional. Service time was extremely quick! Awesome Job!
Great Manager here, Lee Britt and his crew really know how to take care of their customers. He used to be at the downtown store, we have used firestone for over 25 years. we follow Lee from store to store. great guy, great customer service
I purchased a full set of tires for my vehicle and recently discovered peeling on one of the wheels. I went to the location to which I purchased to discuss why it appeared different than the others. First he asked if I had run over a curb and I replied I had not. I told him that they should take care of my vehicle as I used my Firestone card and paid for road hazard insurance plus interest. Finally we came to an agreement my tire was replaced all the tires were rotated. I was satisfied with the outcome.
I needed a tire looked at when i called they told me they could look at it in the time frame I had. When i got there 10 mins later the wait was more than an hour longer.
Took my daughters 2008 Hyundai Sante Fe to them ..that that Hyundai dealer themselves couldnt figure out..brakes locking up issue on L/H front and R/H rear. They fixed it quick and the work was fairly priced. Unlike other auto repair shops in town.... they will not try to oversell unneeded maintenance. I would recommend them for any auto care needs.
Always a great experience. They dont treat my daughters like idiots and talk down to them. They take time to explain the services and offer specials for loyal customers.
Thanks Jimmy and crew (Maize Rd) for repairing my engine light problem. I wont have anyone to harrass now!
If your looking for a car repair shop you can trust this is the place. I’ve been a loyal customer for about 3years and they always go above and beyond. The customer service is great!!!!
Terrible experience,I made an appointment this past Saturday to have 4 new tires, an alignment and oil change done on my vehicle. Being from out of town (2 hours from Wichita) i was sure to make an appointment and go over everything I needed ahead of coming to their store so there were no surprises. I was traveling with 2 other adults and 3 small children. I arrived to the store and they had the appointment ready and everything seemed to be going smooth. They told me it should take around 3 hours, which I thought was a long time but none the less I agreed that was fine. I told them me and my family were going to go eat down the street and would find something to do to to kill the 3 hours, mind you we were walking with a 3 small children which were 6, 2 & 6 mths. We left Firestone at noon and came back right at 3 to find our vehicle had not moved from where I left it in the parking lot.Their excuse was basically that it just had gotten overlooked and they wanted to still do the work and would give me a discount on the tires and a free oil change. After them agreeing to come pick the vehicle up from the Mall and return it to us at the mall as we had shopping to do still and discounting the price we agreed to go ahead and let them do the work.so they followed us and picked up the vehicle. I asked that they give me back my 2 from tires as I wanted to keep them since they were still in decent shape. They said that was not a problem and they would bag them up and place them in the back of my SUV. Well they got the work done and brought the vehicle back in a timely manner. I met him in the parking lot only to find out they forgot to put my tires i wanted to keep in the vehicle. So basically I did not get them as they were going to be closed by the time I could make it back. I would think after screwing up so much at the beginning that they would have taken better care of getting things done correctly but I guess that is what I get for thinking! All in all a terrible experience and even though I got a great deal on the work it was way not worth all of the hassle and I will not be using them again.
Was in here for a spell and listened as the guys took great care of customers. Talked someone from coming down from Great Bend on what couldve ruined an engine. Saved another couple from further runaround @ the auto parts store and didnt let them talk themselves into a new battery when it wasnt needed yet.
Had alert show for low tire. Just added 4 new tires at KC, MO mid-July. Turns out it was the sensor, not the tire. I appreciated his honesty.
Had a flat tire just before planning to head out on a trip...they got me in right away. They got me fixed up with 4 new tires & inspected my vehicle so I was ready to head out on my trip as planned.
Very professional. Not only were they able to fix what was wrong with my car they went above and beyond and told me future problems that my car might have. I would most definitely recommend them!
I came in with a flat tire, about 15 minutes before close, and they said no problem theyd be able to get me in. I thought the manager was very professional and friendly, and it didnt take terribly long to patch my tire and have me on my way. I stopped by Walmart first thinking theyd be good for a cheap patch, but they said itd be a 2-3 hour wait! No thanks. I was pleased with my experience at Firestone, and would certainly consider them again down the road.
Nick was very helpful and friendly when I dropped in for a tire repair just before closing.
I took my car in for AC service and it was not fixed correctly due to some communication issues. I took it back and the manager was extremely helpful and fixed the issue without charging for the additional parts or labor. I was planning on being upset about the original error but I have to admit they went above and beyond to make it right.
Cant speak for anyone else, but my experience was great. A sales associate by the name of Doug S. was extremely helpful. I was in Wichita Ks for my sons youth basketball tournament. Saturday night at 10:00 pm I had trouble with my truck. Firestone was the only repair shop open on a Sunday. He told me they were very busy, but that he would do everything he could to help me. He told me it would take 3 hrs to repaired the problem. He fixed my truck faster than the expected 3 hrs and my truck runs better than it did before it had problems. Thanks Doug, keep up the good work
Richard and his team are very professional and courteous. They had me in a out in about 30 min 4 new ties mount and balance.
Prompt and knowledgeable service with open communication about the steps taken during time of service. Great group of guys sure to take care of your automotive needs.
Had my truck for 9 days to replace the computer. Said they would have to order. I told them to overnight it at my cost. Said they could not because it had to be built. A few days later they said they got a used one and had to get another. They received the part Monday morning but did not start on it until Tuesday! Bill was $1380. Was also told I would get a better rate for the mixup. Yea right! The initial estimate was 1300. And yes I agree the customer service is wellllll there isnt any
The guys at this Firestone location take such great care of our entire families vehicles. They are helpful, knowledgabe and extremly honest. I always know they will be upfront with me and I trust them 100%. They go above and beyond for us every single time and always give us different price options.I am big on customer service and they provide one of the best customer exeriences Ive ever had.If you need tires, oil changed or mechanical repairs I highly recommend you take your car to Lee, Don, Rich and the other great guys at Firestone on Maize Rd.
Made an appointment- some how they lost it. Very disappointing. Don tried to say- maybe you called another store. Um no- looked at my call records- 12 minute phone call 3 days prior.
I knew something was wrong with my car but read unsure what. So I brought it here and they try to sell you on every little thingWeither it needs fixing or not. They told me a very large expensive list of things wrong with my car. Most of which was my brakes and assorted parts with my brakes. First they make a, am I dumb, joke by asking me if Im from Michigan cause rust on my car. When clearly my license plate states that and any midwest state car has rust on it.After hearing what they said read wrong and how much it would cost. I asked if they could do the one thing I couldnt on my own, fix my rear caliper. Nooooo cant do that thru say we can make of 1400 but not doing one thing on the list. Which was not helping. I can change my own brakes and rotors just do the caliper please. Nope it was all or nothing. So I took nothing cause I have done my own brakes and it does not cost that much.Flash forward a week later I check this all out myself and with a little help change it all myself. And I will only agree to 2 things out of the outrageous over charging list they tried to get me for. Yes the caliper needed fixing, and the front rotors. My brake pads were hardly worn down, my front caliper was not bad. I also had lifetime warranty on the parts I got from autozone, s.p ight wont cost me next time.Moral of the story is they want to pump every penny out of you. Dont go here unless you got cash to burn for no reason.
Avoid at all costs.I purchased 4 new tires. Im pleased with the tires, but now my tire pressure monitoring system doesnt work and my alignment is messed up. I have to keep constant pressure on my steering wheel to keep my vehicle from veering left. This is after 3 return to trips to try to fix the problems Firestone created. When one of my tires ruptured on Saturday evening, and I couldnt afford to wait until Monday to have it addressed, I didnt have many options. I ended up at Firestone, one of the few places open. My tires were near the end of their life anyway, so I chose to have all 4 replaced. They were replaced in a timely manner and Im pleased with the tires, but Firestone created more problems than they fixed. When I got up to highway speeds on my way to work the next day, my vehicle was shaking heavily. I also noticed a light on my dash indicating that the Tire Pressure Monitoring System was not working. I took it back to Firestone and asked to have the balance of the new tires and the TPMS checked. When they finished, they just told me my car was ready to go. There was no apology or explanation. I had to ask whether they found anything wrong or whether the car may have been shaking for some other reason. I was told they had to add weights to two of the wheels. I was also told that the battery in one of the tire pressure sensors was dead. They installed a new sensor for free, but usually they would have charged a customer for it.I noticed the TPMS was still not working, so I took the vehicle back in. This time they determined that my vehicle need 2 new sensors and that it required a special kind of tire pressure sensor which they did not stock. They would get the sensors on order and let me know when it arrived.Eventually, the sensors arrived and were installed. The TPMS still does not work. While checking how smooth the ride was since they fixed their balancing mistake, I started noticing the vehicle wanted to veer to the left. I paid attention to this over several days through a variety of conditions: different winds, speeds, surfaces, crowned roads, etc. I became certain that my vehicle had an alignment problem that did not exist before Firestones work. I called Firestone back and they agreed to check the alignment for me.When I arrived at the appointment, Firestone looked in their computer and claimed there was no record of them touching the alignment rack. They could check and/or fix my alignment, but it would be fully my responsibility.Ill probably just have to pay someone else to fix the TPMS and alignment problems that Firestone created. Im guessing it will be less expensive than seeking action against Firestone.
Had a scheduled appointment for 9 a.m. for new tires to be installed and an alignment. Had to call and check at 4 p.m. since no one had called, they were just getting started on my truck, after having it for 7 hours. They didn’t finish until after 5. Went to pick my truck up and my floor mat was filthy with oil and dirt and my interior door handle as well. The wheels were not cleaned either. Asked for a price to have TPMS installed and the price was more than OEM, I purchased TPMS sensors for them to install and they would not. Not the greatest customer service interaction either.
Worked with me on price on set of tires
Great customer service. Was ok on time
Gone here for years...always good work... fast ...(as they can be )...The even came out my home one time right after they worked on the car when something else went wrong and it would not drive ...
Waste of time, not willing to work on vehicles with wheel spacers. Complete auto service BS.
About the most honest car repair shop Ive been to and very very knowledgeable group.
I bought my tires from firestone in Florida about a year and a half ago. I purchased the firestone brand tires on the understanding that flats would be patched for free. And that has been honored until this branch. They claimed that I needed to have purchased an extra warrantee to get the free flat repairs... Charged me $32. For a flat. Caused by a common/smooth 8d nail. And it took them _5 hours_ to fix it. To top that off, they called 20 minutes before closing to let me know it was ready, but said that if I dont get there in time I would have to pick the car up tomorrow... talk about customers first! But wait, theres more! The very next day my tire was flat. $32 for nothing. Since I was only in town a few more days I opted to not deal with an obviously incompetent branch and took my tire to another shop. They charged me $8, it only took them about 15 minutes. On the whole Ive had good experiences with firestone, but not this one.
I have bought a few sets of tires and a few other minor repairs from here over the years. On Sunday the TPS light came on one of our cars and so I dropped in to see if they could fix a flat. they were busy so I had to make an appt. for Monday morning so I came in then. After 40 minutes in the garage and on the lift, they came to me and told me I needed some tires and they would not repair my slow air leak. I feel like they totally jacked me around and if they do have a policy not to fix low tread tires, that should have been told to me within a few minutes. Waste of time. Go to Tracys on 21st and they will give you the great service you deserve.
Friendly, fast service! Not bad price either.
Had a cut in the side wall of my tire the day before leaving on vacation and driving 1200 miles. These guys got me in and out that morning very professional and fast
Thankful manager is consistent, truthful and wants to do the job right the first time. FYI Firestone does all kinds of services Not Just Tires.
Fast service for the right price
Ive taken multiple cars to this location, the first car had overheating issues. I had to take it bake 3 times to fix this issue, later the head gasket blew and I took it to another shop only to find out that firestone only patched it causing the issue to get worse and eventually blew the gasket. Then I bought a 2014 Pathfinder that had the brake lights that stayed on all the time. I took it to firestone and told them what I thought it was, firestone said they tested it and that wasnt it. I took it to Nissan and they looked it up and found that it was the brake light sensor like I told firestone that I thought it was. It also turns out there is an active recall on the part of my car that has been out since July of 2016. The recall list the exact symptoms that I told firestone about, this means that firestone didnt look up recalls for my car which they have a database for. This location is an absolute joke and the management team should be fired. Firestone also wont contact me back about these issues, it shows me where their customers rank in their books, all that they care about is money and nothing else. I will never go back to this location, and will probably never go back to firestone because of this issue with my Pathfinder, I hope that firestone is okay with losing thousands of dollars in business... please nobody go to this location, they will eventually rob you blind, it took years for for them to do it to me and it was after about 10k spent in that location. It doesnt matter how much you spent there, they are going to try and steal more from you. This is only 2 examples of the many issues I have had from this place.
Best place in town
Was on time,1 hour was just perfect.
They totally miss diagnosed my spark plug problem, made me worry all weekend about a possible engine rebuild! It was a bad spark plug!
Took care of my car and in a timely fashion. Thank you!
Alignment is worse than before they aligned it.... hummmmm?
Told me I needed almost four thousand dollars of work needed on my car. The mechanic in the shop when I can in and picked up the vechile was very rude and unprofessional. I took my vechile somewhere else and half of the stuff they put on the report didnt need to be fixed. Very frustrating.
To make a long story short...these guys help some out of towners out in a huge way. It took a second look to find the problem but they were very professional and so nice to work with. Thank you!
They do good service, but it takes them forever! Seriously even for an oil change, drop your car off and come back 3 hrs later
Great are very professional, clean and great employees!
They call this a auto shop but couldn’t even get a lug out of my car lol this is a joke of a shop
Very helpful and friendly!
Nice dude at the front desk.
Dont bother calling they can never fit you in booked all week. Always.
Great service
Always super fast and friendly service!
Professional, Quick, and great service and attitude as always
Great service and very friendly.
They told me it would take 1.5 hours to finish, and ended up taking 2.5 hours for them to tell me. The frustrating thing was that they DID finish in 1.5 hours, as I saw what turned out to be my information in their completed folder. I was very frustrated with my experience.
Checked my tire pressure and aired up for free when I stopped by on my way out of town.
