This place walked me through my challenges multiple times this week. Once I arrived I had more questions and they were incredibly receptive and helpful. Excellent service . New and used tires

I reccomend Kennedy for any tire service. I purchased 4 new BF Goodrich Comp Force 2 tires. The pit crew had my tires on quickly and were very friendly. I was back on the road with fresh tread in no time. I like the $70 rebate too!

I hurt my ankle at work and was on crutches, so I could not get gas, put air in the tires, etc. We got some snow and the low tire pressure light was on on our truck. I called and was told that they would check the tires. The found the tire that was low and put air in it FREE of charge. Thank you very much. I did not expect to NOT pay. Thank you very much.

Kennedy tire repaired their own repair on a newer tire and it went flat on vacation. No apology, no responsibility taken for sending us on the road again and ruined half a day of vacation buying a new tire!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I would give it 0 stars if i could. Went in there for the first time, i needed my tires checked out, i was told to pull up to the spot & they barely did any inspection and i was told i needed all 4 tires replaced and an alignment and that i needed to make an appointment online and walked off onto the next person and i wasn’t able to even ask anymore questions that I had to begin with. the woman at the front is so rude and it seemed like it was an inconvenience for everyone there to answer any questions. and to top it all off, she was also smoking in the shop along with the other employees, and then coming back inside to talk to customers. Never coming back again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

They lock your car doors I really appreciate the time Kennedy tire employees take to lock a car door. Meineke will leave your car door unlocked for people toSteal out from your car.

As far as Im concerned Kennedy is the only place to buy tires in Wichita. My first car over thirty years ago was a 74 Monte Carlo and I bought the tires at Kennedy. I have bought every set of tires since then from Kennedy. I went to one other place one time to get a flat fixed and the service there was so awful compared to Kennedy.. Once you buy a set of tires at Kennedy you get free rotation and free flat repair for the life of the tire. And Kennedy uses patches not the plugs that are guaranteed to fail.

Kennedy Tire came highly recommended so I went there. For swollen lug nuts. May seem a little pricey for a penny pincher. But compared to sitting on the side of the road unable to change a flat. Priceless.Thank you.

Took tire to Kennedy to have patched. (staple hole) Got the tire home and checked patch with soapy water. Leaked air. Took it back to have fixed again. Still leaks. Sitting at Costco now having tire repaired properly. I will never bring any more repair jobs to Kennedy!

Very quick in efficient. I was in-and-out with 2 tires in about 30 minutes. Its a small shop so you can see everything thats going on. The showed me the tires and gave me options. They were only $35 apiece including mounting and they even reset the tire pressure sensors. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is because I was not told that I should wait in a specific area or where to go and kind of had to follow people around and ask questions. Overall I am very happy with everything. I would definitely recommend going here for either new or used tires.

Ten bucks or so to fix a leaking tire. Totally worth it. When they are busy its hard to find somewhere to park. Older gentleman basically yelled at younger guy who took care of my tire to get back to work when he was talking to me after the fix about tires. So he has no sense what customer service means and needs to stick to doing manual labor or retire. But front desk was friendly and young guy was great.

I stopped in to get a lawn mower tire fixed. Kennedy tire fixed it in no time. These guys are great! Dependable and fast. Love this place

Two years ago, I bought four new Michelin tires for my Camry. Kennedy Tire offered the best Michelin prices in our Metro area. With my purchase, I received FREE tire rotations for the life my tires.Today, after I picked up a nail, I happily learned that they fix my flats for free, too! They have plenty of techs, so appointments are not necessary. Including today, I have never waited more than 20 minutes! Great people! Great local business!

I brought in my Nissan Altima because it wouldnt start. They got to it the next day and after charging the battery it fired right up. I went to pick it up expecting at least an hour of labor to pay for. They did not charge me anything. I am blown away at the honesty of these fine people. They just gained a loyal customer and will be getting recommendations from me about them forever. This is how you do business, folks. Ive been to Kennedy Tire several times in the past decade and have always gotten consistently great service, and I have lucked out several times with them having a part on-hand that I needed.Theyre a small, friendly shop that makes having to endure car maintenance much easier for me.

They was really nice and got me in quickly to look at my brakes to give me a estimate but only thing that they found wrong was that a spring had come off so they put it back on and did not even charge me anything ! ✌️

This company is a locally owned business and all although they are a bit rough around the edges they are a very good company. I own a small business so I like to use other small businesses. Weve bought tires from them as well as oil changes on our trucks. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Got my michelin pilot sport 4 s tires installed here. The crew went out of their way to get the tires i needed.They had them delivered to their shop in 30 minutes. Installation took another 30 and i was on my way. Great people to work with i would trust them to put on more high performance tires.

I went into the tire shop for 2 used tires and upon completion, I checked both tires. For used tires, they looked decent for the price, but looking closer, I noticed one of the tires were clearly damaged, the tire was separating. I brought it to the employees attention and the only thing they said were oh! They didnt care about the dangers of driving with a faulty tire, they only cared about the sale, hoping I wouldnt notice. Never, ever will I be returning to Kennedys tires!EDIT: 3 days later, one of the tires these people sold me went flat! These scammers are a joke! I shouldve followed my 1st mind and purchased 2 new tires from a trusted shop but this what happens when you try to go the cheap route

These are hard working compassionate people. Ive bought 2 tires from them and they care more about getting the customer on the road safely than ripping people off. When I can afford repairs for my car I will be going to them. Thanks guys!

If you are looking for fancy overhead, this isnt the place. But if you want an honest deal and fast and efficient service, then you have found the spot. I cannot say enough good things about this place! As a single woman, I always worried about being ripped off when it came to car repairs and tire purchases. But I dont worry about that at Kennedys! They have proven themselves and have a customer for life in me!

They put wheel weights on the outside of my $1000 bbs wheels, who does that?Go to somewhere reputable like Discount tire.. Cheap can be good and good usually isnt cheap.

A little over a year ago I needed new tires and was about to go out of town. I took my vehicle in and got a quote on tires. They had to order them, no big deal as I was bringing my vehicle back in in a couple of days before I left town to have them changed. Kennedy is always super fast so I wasnt worried about that at all. Unfortunately, they grossly mispriced my tires and refused to do anything about it. My household has 4 vehicles, two of which take fairly expensive tires. I will never purchase another tire from Kennedy again. I prefer to purchase locally, and have found another small business to do business with from now on. Its very unfortunate that after doing business with them for over 20 years this has happened.

This has got to be one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. This is one of those few companies that actually cares about the customer and not just their money. I have always had a good experience here. They have helped me in every way possible. The management is great and the employees are the best. They are always positive and can make a horrible tire experience into a very good one. I highly recommend this company.

The pricing and friendly service will bring you back each and every time. They were a lifesaver to me. The day I was traveling out of town, I discovered a nail in my tire. All the usual places were too busy but my sister told me about the staff at Kennedy. My tire was fixed in minutes!

The mechanic named Robert was incredibly kind, patient and professional. Inspection on my car was in depth and free! I would 1,000% come back again AND recommend.

They don’t even deserve one star! My husband took in our vehicle to get tires put on and before he got back home one of the hub caps fell off. It obviously was NOT snapped back on properly causing it to fall off and they would not admit they failed to snap it back on. When I went in to explain what happened the lady at the counter was rude and said maybe someone took it off my car. It was a simple mistake on their part and they could have easily ordered a new one to provide good customer service. It was the first time we used them and it will be the last. We hear Mario’s is honest, provides great customer service and doesn’t have a rude heifer at the front counter.

I went in today to have my struts replaced and get an alignment. Kennedy Tire beat every estimate I got by $140. I have been coming here for almost 14 years for basic tire service, but this was my first time getting repair work done. They are always pleasant and honest. Ive never had any problems with any work they have done.

Our family has used Kennedey for years. They may be one of the last places to take your car that will never try to cheat you or sell you things you dont need. May times over the years i have taken my car in and it was a simple fix and Diane disnt even charge me. They are fast, friendly, honest and reliable. We wouldnt go anywhere else!!!!

Nice enough people here but pretty expensive to repair a tire

I got a flat tire i took my car in and they took my tire off with ease when they tried to put my tire back on after changing it the bolt got stuck and they told me i cross threaded it. How could they get it off so easy if it was cross threaded??? So they had to take a torch to the bolt and destroyed my rim and had to buy a new part and proceeded to charge me after they damaged my $400 rim!!! Because the bolt got cross threaded they had to work past closing time and once he was done working on my car i tried to confront him about my rim and he closed the doors on me and locked it. What kind of service is that????

I would like to have given them a better review but something has changed. We have bought dozens of tires from them through the years but lately, we have had bad experiences. My husband took our car there for an oil change and they put the new oil in but they forgot to drain the old oil. He got a block before the car died. We purchased 4 new trailer tires for our travel trailer. My husband tried to torque our lug nuts and discovered that most of them had been rounded off or misshapened by a powerful impact hammer. We took the trailer to an rv shop and they were able to get the nuts off. If we would have been somewhere on a trip and had a flat, we wouldnt have been able to change the tire. We replaced 24 lug nuts with new ones.

Went in this morning to have a leak fixed and the guy very rudely told me to move my car and then gave me a look like I need to leave. So I did I’ll take my business elsewhere. I guess he had a bad weekend, not my fault. There are no signs to tell you where to park just rude guys.

The people are very trustworthy and they do oil changes, change tires, put on brand new tires, wheel alignment and whatever you need for your vehicle.

They are great, Ive been here twice and they dont try to hassle you or talk down to you. Ill definitely keep coming back!
