I needed some unexpected service and I was pleased at how quickly I was able to get help. Everyone I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. They also went out of their way to help me out even when it did not mean any extra money for them. I feel confident that I was treated fairly and I will bring them my business in the future.

Greg and his staff are awesome! We had to have our engine replaced in our 2011 Ford Platinum. They were excellent! We later had a different issue and they helped us out even though we weren’t in Wichita. They are excellent!!

The Quick story:I went in for one problem on a 20 year old CRV. They fixed it. In putting new parts next to old parts a new issue arose and when I drove it home it was evident. The next day, when I brought it to their attention, they went above and beyond and fixed it (which included finding hard to find parts), including it all in the original cost. Russ and the team put more time and energy into making everything exceptionally right. This is the place to take your vehicle. Dont waste your time elsewhere.

I needed a costly car repair, I was quoted a reasonable estimate, but it was out of my financial means, the gentleman that was helping, gave me questions to ask regarding the repair and offered his advice on replacement vehicles. I spent $0, but this business went above and beyond to help me. I will be using their services in the future. People above profit! Excellent business model.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my 4.5 year old car in because my car was having troubles and my engine light kept coming on. Turns out I needed a vacuum leak fixed, so the vacuum leak was fixed $330 later and my car still wasn’t running properly. They then told me I could use an oil change, so the oil was changed for $100. My car was still having trouble, so when we go to them to have my car read they tell us we need to replace the catalytic converter. $550 later I ordered a converter and had it replaced. My car is now continuing to majorly misfire and engine light is flashing multiple times. We take my car to have it scanned at an auto parts store and it reads that cylinder 1 is misfiring. We buy new coils and an O2 sensor for approximately $300. When replacing the coils, we find them with cylinder 1 broken. My car has not had any work done to it that would interfere with the coils besides the $330 vacuum leak, and was not in this condition previously. While that was being fixed, my coil was broken and GLUED BACK TOGETHER. Not a word was communicated to me about this. After we fixed the coils, my car no longer misfired or flashed the engine check light. Had they done the right thing and replaced what they broke, I would not be out nearly $955 right now, trying to fix their mistake and extremely poor customer service. If you need your car serviced, I highly suggest going anywhere else but here.

This is the only auto repair shop I will use. Jerry at the desk is polite and courteous. Steve is a whiz at diagnosing the problem. His team of mechanics are knowledgeable and hardworking. The owner, Russ, is honest and caring. It is hard to find a place that you can trust to get the work done competently and at a fair price. I recommend All American to everyone!

After hitting a concrete block in the dark, these guys rescued my Mustang and got it up and running and looking great again and took great care of it while they had to wait for a couple parts. They even took care of getting the new bumper painted and installed. Great crew. Id highly recommend All American Auto!

This is the best auto repair experience I have ever had! I had a problem with my thermostat on my Toyota and a friend recommended I go to All American and talk to Russ. My Toyota has A LOT of miles on it and I was worried that the thermostat was the beginning of a series of issues I might have so I asked them if they could just look it over really good and see what else might fall off soon, lol. Part of me was telling myself that I was stupid for setting myself up for a lot of repairs that I may not need right away but Jerry and Russ made me feel so comfortable I did it anyway. SO glad I did! They fixed the thermostat issue and then gave me a list of things that they found that may need attention in the future--they even took the time to tell me which ones I should watch for or expect and what the signs might be. On the things that needed fixing (a leak here and there) they told me how to manage it if I didnt want to fix it right away and what kind of priority it should be. How cool is that? They didnt try to sell me anything!! They just wanted me to know that my car will likely last a whole lot longer but that I should pay attention to a few things and/or consider some preventative maintenance in the future. This is the longest review Ive ever written but I walked out of there feeling so good--and that was not AT ALL the way I walked in!If you dont have a go-to for auto repair that you LOVE, just check these guys out.

On a previous oil change, they messed up a gasket and my van flung out about 1 quart of oil. To their credit, they came out, topped it off, took it back and fixed it. This time, I took it in for oil, rotation, and to diagnose the check engine light. They ran a $315 (plus supplies and tax) leak down test to tell me I need to replace the engine. He Googled info on the left cylinder head. They did not change my oil like I asked, nor rotate my tires. I basically paid $350 to Google something. Im not taking my vehicles back there.
