Excellent service. I’m new to the area and needed somewhere to take a look at my car’s alignment issues (Kansas roads, ya?) They got it sorted and even found one of my tires split, and replaced the set for an affordable price to keep me up and running. They took care of everything. They were also quick to help me when I was having troubles with my battery and got it taken care of so efficiently I was in and out in no time. Definitely recommend!

Integrity and honesty. Very smooth ride! I have had two vehicles done here alignment and tires and they did not try to upsell me, gave me choices instead. Service was quick and my tires and hubcaps didnt fall off afterwards. Even told me I did not need tires yet on one of the vehicles but I had them change them out anyway. Give them a chance they dont lie dealerships do.

Everything went perfect! No scratches on my wheels after mounting the tires. Drives perfectly straight. Mechanic and service writer are both very knowledgeable. I trust them to service my performance vehicles and daily drivers. Payment process was handled so nice and made the process hassle-free. Very reasonably priced for labor and I didn’t feel like I was getting hosed nor was I sold unnecessary products. They were helpful in accommodating me so I didn’t have to miss work while my vehicle was serviced! This shop will be the only one I trust to work on all of my vehicles! I took my truck in due to a shimmy at higher speeds after the rotate and balance at Discount Tire didnt fix it. These guys did a front end alignment and my truck still shimmied. I asked them to redo the rotate and balance; now my old truck runs up the road at 80mph like a new truck again. Hasta la vista Discount Tire.

Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. They showed me damage I had done to my vehicle & told me what could happen if I continued to drive it. They were able to order parts & begin repairs that afternoon, and finished the work early the next morning. Had front end work done recently on my 05 Tahoe. These guys do amazing work. I was actually expecting to pay a little more thinking an alignment would be necessary too. They checked alignment and it was fine. So many other places try to upsale on things you may not need. Not these guys. Honest mechanics are hard to find. I changed parts in my car and that is why I had to align my car and I brought it on June 4, 2021 and the warranty is 90 days but the car was not aligned well and I had to bring it again today to have it checked and they told me that they had aligned it again because the car had new parts.I tried to explain to the man who attended me that the car had the parts changed before June 4 and after that date nothing was changed to the car but this man did not let me speak he interrupted me saying just leave it and he looked angry.I will not take my car to this place again because the dishonest are they who did not do the job well the first alignment on June 4 and wanted to charge me again for the alignment of the car and that by mistake of them it was not properly aligned and when there is a 90-day guarantee and they said that the car had new parts and that is not true because, as I repeat, the new parts were changed before June 4, that is, before the first alignment.And how he did not let me speak and explain to him I could not tell him the name and telephone number of my mechanic so that my mechanic could tell them what repair was done to my car and the date of repair, but this man was not kind to me and only He said Just leave it without my being able to speak to Him.

I would highly recommend Wichita Tire and Alignment. Its so hard to find a place to do work for you that you can really trust. I went here on a recommendation and was very satisfied with the work done and the honesty of the owner. When was the last time you had work done on your car and they contacted you 2 weeks later to ask if everything was ok? NEVER....until now.

I was referred to Wichita Tire and Alignment by our son. Chris and his crew did a wheel alignment for us when we bought new tires for our Ford Taurus. They installed the tires for us and did the alignment. We have not found any problems. We got the car back quickly. The car drives great and we are every happy with its performance and their service..

This company got me in very quickly to get my 4 new tires put on. Chris was very respectful and gave me an exact quote on the cost of the job being done. They did a great job. Great place nice friendly people, they did a good job at aligning my f 250 after a I installed a2 leveling kit I was afraid it wasnt going to align properly it drives nice and straight. I highly recommend this place if you need an alignment.

GREAT HONEST FAMILY SHOP!! Weve used Wichita Tire for 2 full sets and a set of 2 in recent past. Every time theyve been very professional quick and courteous! What most impressed me I sent my grandma to them with a bad tire on her van and they only recommended and replaced the 1 bad tire. Most shops would of pushed for her to replace atleast 2 when 2nd wasnt needed. I WILL recommend them to anyone and everyone I can! And they got us some great deals on all the tires weve bought.

Highly recommend! We had a flat on interstate and needed a tire asap. Of course had to be irregular in size (225/55/19). They were one of very few that even had a tire that size. Very good service... even told me hed even put tire on himself if everyone else was busy. Good pricing, good service, and fast service. Keep up the good work!!!

They do not have good treatment with clients, they like to assume not to fulfill the guarantee of their work, the attitude with clients is terrible, especially with the ladies !!! think twice before choosing this place ...

I was able to get into the shop rather easily and quickly. I showed up early and the work was done early and very efficiently. I was taken out to the shop and shown what was done to correct the alignment. They also showed me some potential problems that will need attention in the near future. I paid exactly what quoted over the phone with no new surprises. Finally I was contacted a week later asking me if everything was alright. It was nice to actually receive customer service before, during and after my business was completed with Wichita Tire & Alignment. No doubt I will return whenever I have alignment concerns.

Very satisfied with this shop. Had an alignment done a couple weeks ago. Was good initially, then started pulling the opposite direction. Took it back and they took care of it ASAP. Have also had tire repair done here. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Several years of quality work. So much more than Tires and Alignment. Interesting, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff. Work done right from a 1967 AutoStar (Dont make fun, I love the van!!) through a Zephyr, and MKX. The strongest point of this company is that they research problems. It isnt a bring it back until we figure it out replacement type of thinking. So Excellent + is not an exaggeration.

Was very pleased with service and how soon it was done. I was told by another garage that it would take 2 HR for alignment, which didnt seem right to me. An oil change and alignment was done within an HR. I plan to continue to go to Wichita tire and alignment for oil change and anything else they can fix for me

Alignment was a good price and they do a good job, plus they follow up every month or so to make sure everything is still good. No complaints!

I was a walk-in and they were able to fit me in quickly. They kept me informed of everything that was going on and what my costs would be. And my wait time for them to finish wasn’t bad.

Took my srt8 to get a simple alignment. After the alignment was done The owner pulled my car around and gave me my keys. I went to back up and immediately heard my front bumper crunch. Parked and got out to take a look and he pulled my car up past the parking curb which caused it to catch. He acted like it was my fault because my car sits low. I asked for a discount and he told me I need to leave right now or else he was gonna call people to get me to leave. Been going here for years, not anymore.

The guys and gals at Wichita Tire and Alignment are awesome! Great communication, reasonable pricing and quality work. Took my 2012 Altima Coupe SR in that was lowered on BC BR style racing coil-overs, set to the lowest setting. They were able to complete the alignment with no damage to my wheels, fenders, or fender wells and the steering wheel is straight as an arrow! Will definitely be back for my other cars/trucks. When everyone else told me no, Wichita Tire and alignment just asked when I’d like my appointment. Awesome shop, recommend 100%.

Fast and friendly service, these folks truly know what theyre doing. My car was pretty far out of alignment when I took it in and they were able to dial it in quickly and correctly.They even checked in with me after the work was completed, which is great. Customer service is 10/10 and their work is 10/10 as well.

I went for a 4 wheel Alignment on 3/24/20 - Work was done in a professional and quickly manner so my car was there for about an hour . Drives like new and the work as reasonably priced .

Went in for a tire alignment and rotation and they figured out on their own that the cause of a very loud noise from the rear end of my car was due to a broken wheel barring. They fixed it that day, and now my car is MUCH quieter. Ontop of that they could not have been more helpful and cooperative during the entire interaction. Great prices too.
