Havent been there in a while but really like it. Only problem was checking out was slow but then had another person come up which really helped.

They discontinued the Shea line, which was my favorite. Always seems to be sold out of Flannel sent. Probably wont ever go again..

This place is my guilty pleasure 😉. Dont tell the hubby how much I actually spend here! No seriously, please dont 🥺. B&BW/White Barn candles are the best. You cant get any better 3-wick candles anywhere else and they have so many choices for my greedy hands! I wait for their sales and then stock up - which they run frequently. Lotions and sprays and soaps, oh my! So many wonderful scents to choose from and they change it up every season. I may just need to get a part-time job here - I think they know me. Im like Norm from the old sitcom Cheers.

Took my mom with me. They no longer carry the scent she usually gets. One of the employees there showed her a couple of scents that are similar, she found one she liked. I went to find some body spray for my husband, the employee pointed me right to the mens scents.

Always an enjoyable experience. The associates are nice and always willing to help. Usually pretty knowledgeable about what products they have that might be comparable to something youve liked in the past but they no longer carry.

Love their products but strongly dislike shopping in store. Employees are too aggressive and dont understand social distancing. They did wear their masks. There were very few customers but a lot of staff. Every single employee came right up to me and started questioning me: did I know about their sales, was I looking for a particular scent, had I smelled these new products. Really, Im 60 years old and know how to shop. I dont mind an offer of help. I find their constant selling obnoxious and it makes me want to leave quickly rather than browse.

Felt like I could not breathe. Don’t know if it was because of employees shoving candles/sample papers up my nose - or not respecting my personal space. Wayyyyyyyy too clingy and pushy - felt like I couldn’t shop in peace.

The prices aren’t transparent. I was told that the body lotion I as getting was on sale for 5.97 ): When it really wasn’t because there was a CATCH. I didn’t know that the lotion was 5.97 with an email coupon until after I checked out. How inconvenient. If I would of known that I would had got body wash instead. I’m going to go to a different location from now on.

Its ok. Ever since BBW switched to sales commission the employees are more stressed and pushy. I dont recommend working her around Xmas time. They hate training new employees even though theyre understaffed. Its a toxic work environment, constantly screaming at each other and cracking the whip. Passive aggressive towards each other.Besides working there I would prefer shopping online. And no Im not using my legal name for privacy reasons.

Honestly Bath and Body is my favorite store love the body products and the home products. This location is the main one I go to but I have shopped at every location in Wichita, Kansas and have received excellent service. The staff at this location is always helpful and very polite without making me feel pressured. I also shopped online with excellent service. Highly recommend both the products and the staff at this location for an enjoyable shopping experience

I only use BBW products and I love them. Only buy when the clearance sales are going on. I walked in and no one said hello but I dont like being bombarded by salespeople. As I found what I wanted, a lovely lady did help me and showed me some other items. Very caring and lovely demeanor. Satisfied with my purchase and service.

To the girls that work on Saturday June 29th-2019. You girls were absolutely amazing! I walked in there wanting one of my favorite candles thinking it was going to be on sale I was told it was not on sale and I was very bummed. The lady looked at me and must have felt really bad for me that she sold me her candle that she had put aside for herself. Then the other coworker help me and sold me her candle as well!!!! They gave up their candles to sell to me that were the last ones that smelled like my favorite one! They made me feel special and made me feel like they cared to make me happy as a customer knowmatter what they had to do. Thank you girls my experience was absolutely amazing! Keep up the great work!!!

I love Bath and Body Works Products, and Im pretty sure Ive bought at least 1 of every product. I especially like the 3-wick candles and the Wallflowers and plugins. I have several of the plugins for each season, and my guests often say my house always smells so good. I enjoy the employees also. Theyre always friendly and helpful, but dont walk around with you and bug you. AND, B&BW coupons are VERY generous !

2018 Brown Thursday (Black Friday) shopping was hectic. Great staff working very helpful. Missy, Kennedy & Brian were awesome. There were others I just didnt get their names.2019 Here again... Love the sales!

I shopped at Bath and Bodyworks last week while they were having their annual sale. I pick up a few things including 🎂 birthday gifts and some aromatherapy products. I was greeted almost immediately when I entered. Very cordial, helpful and fast without making me feel rushed. I will definitely be shopping there again.

I mean, seriously guys? Could you possibly put anymore stock on the floor to create a little bit less space? NO! There is barely any room to walk around this place as it is. Take some inventory off the floor so when you have sales, people can still actually move about in the store!

Nice helpful staff, easy to use coupons and always have sales going. Too many fragrances and seems like the stuff I like and my allergies will tolerate get clearanced out. Also get overstocked often and have to give away or sell.

We went in on a wild goose chase. What my step son wanted he described to lady working. She was very patient and pleasant. I think we probably smelt every scent in that store and none of the scents were what he remembered. After all of the work she provided I wasnt going to walk out empty handed. This is a place that no matter if you find what you went in for, there is always something that you need. Im sure they still use conversion counters too, and I didnt want to be a negative factor for their conversion.

Love the store but I dont like that the employees seem to attack you at the door and constantly ask if you need help. Love that they are helpful, and Im sure its a company policy, but back off a little

I came into the B&BW in New Market Square not having a very good day. I go in and I’m helped by a worker named Emily. She was SO nice! She gave me her honest opinion on things based on what she thought I would like and would frequently approach me and keep light conversation (i was there for about over an hour because i’m indecisive.). She definitely made my day better. Best experience i’ve had in a B&BW :)

Nice clean store, but the employees are VERY pushy. Every time I turned around they were in my face pushing a product on me and asking me personal questions about who I was shopping for. I had a very small purse on me, but it felt like they though I was going to steal something. My shopping experience would have an enjoyable one had it not been for the associates.

I love bath and body works and love them even more during semi annual sale. Well its semi annual time.so I went in to pick up a few items as gifts. On a display table with the plug in scents there was several small candles. An associate approached me and said all of these are $3 for the sale but we have the bigger ones on the other side for $14.50 and even more of these smaller candles in different scents. I said ok and thanked her. I ended up picking up one of the $3 candles from the display..it was the black cherry merlot..the only one left at that display in that size. After adding several other items to my bag i go to check out....I get to register and the same associate that told.me the candles were $3 informed me that candle in particular wasnt for sale but all the others on the display were. Her reasoning was lousy and confusing. I was too tired and hot to argue. She repeatedly tried to offer me a different scent after I told her no the first time. I said I only want the black cherry. I paid for my other items and left... I will not return to that location
