I have been at both locations ( Central and West st) and every time they surprised me with the final billing. I would book an appointment and expect to pay a certain amount and would end up paying 5-6 times more, which is ok if they would tell me upfront. Last time my specialist asked me if I want to style and I told her NO, but she said she will do it anyway for her pictures and she charged me $34 for it. I talked to the manager about the issue, but she didnt even apologize or tried to resolve the disappointment. I guess thats how they do their business - they care about short profit but not to keep a long lasting customer.They did a great job of coloring my hair, but disappointed me with the surprise charges. I wont be coming back.

Okay so this place is bad for me. So after getting my eyebrows waxed, (scared; so cant wax anything else) and my hair color, cut and styled. Leaving with amazing product. Stop in and check it all out. Megan does my hair ask for her! If anything go in and check out the line of nail product, makeup and hair tools. Surprise yourself, then treat yourself.

I went in for very first time this past week to get my hair colored - 3 hours later, my hair look nothing like what I had requested, barely had a few stands of color in hair. When I told beautician about my disappointed was discounted $5 off the overall $129 price and no attempt to schedule to fix it. Very disappointed. And unless you already have a preferred stylist here wouldnt recommend.
