My hair dresser did a great job. Nice atmosphere too!

My mom and my aunt went there for a hair updo and not only the hair looked awful but behavior of the stylists were very bad. They were rude and extremely disrespectful to them, making racial gestures and complaining to the other employees about them, I would never recommend to go here to get there hair done. You will be left very unsatisfied with what you were expecting.

Acacia is most lyrics and overcharged for services (eyelash extensions). Argues with customer. Do not recommend going to her.

I scheduled an appointment at 1:00. After waiting until 1:50 on my stylist ( who decided to take a color walk in 15 minutes before my appointment) I decided to cancel my appointment. Will not schedule there again.

I went to this salon out of convenience. I asked for my hair to be trimmed and I wanted bangs. I had to partition my bangs my self, I’m not a stylist in any way. So I had two uneven, by length and thickness, bad uneven bangs. And my hair trim? Only the length was cut. It was cut very uneven. I had to pay $40 for someone to completely jack up my hair. I cried and had to walk around JCP to calm down before I left. I went to my normal salon and paid $50 to fix her mistakes and got the trim and bangs I initially wanted.I would tell you the stylists name but she never said. I’d rather get a cut from your mom in her kitchen with her kitchen scissors.I contacted customer service about a month ago for a refund and only get a response of “you need to wait 5-7 business days”. I’ve given my information every time too but just get a run around. Now I’m just getting no response from anyone.

Alexa did my hair and she did a wonderful job. She was super nice & my hair feels & looks so good. Im very picky when it comes to my hair but I will be returning to her. 🖤

I went to get a cut, color, and highlight. It was a pretty penny ($230 + a $20 tip) ...I was very happy with it, though. Im naturally a redhead, but lately my natural red has dulled? So I decided to try to match the color my hair was before it dulled a bit. She went quite a bit darker than the pic I had shown, BUT she did so because red color fades quickly, so Im glad that she did that. I know the price was really high, but she did a ton of highlights, and they looked really really good. That price also included 2x shampoo/condition, deep condition, all over color, highlights, cut, blowout, and style. I think that it also was a higher price because of the stylist level? Im not sure what her level was, but her name is Jo (a fellow redhead)....

Accacia has been doing my hair for years! Im a simple wash cut blow dry and she does a fantastic job each and every time . Id recommend her to everyone

Visited the Salon late on a Friday evening, the only place I could find in town that still had appointments available. The service was great — Jo did a fantastic job and I love my cut! However, it was $35 for an express cut (no wash or style, just a cut) which, to me, seems a little high.

Had the best hair experience ever with Ricardo!

I asked the price for haircut and full color with weave or hilights. They looked on a list and said it would be $65 and up depending on stylist. Three hours later I walked out. The stylist acted like it was the first time she had done it. I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted and other than being SHORT nothing else was similar. Im not that particular about my hair. It will grow back!! I was quite shocked at the $105 price tag AND worse than that I have 1/2 of gray roots everywhere that was not covered. She did not cover ANY of my gray roots.I will never return to penneys hair salon and I would NOT recommend it to anyone!!
