This is the first time to use The Garage but it won’t be the last. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcomed and at ease and explained everything they did in a way I could understand. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends!

What a great experience. We can usually do most of the work on our van ourselves but we had a freeze plug rot out. They had to remove the transmission to get this done. They were extremely professional from start to end. Considering the repair, they did it in a quite timely fashion. Im glad to have the garage for when we have problems we cant fix. Will most definitely use the garage in the future. Thanks guys.

Super nice folks! Came from California 10 years ago. Fair prices and truthful! I generally do most of the work on my cars myself but when it’s cold I tend to not. Took my Honda Fit manual transmission for an drain and fill. Another local shop tried to tell me I needed a power flush, I knew that was BS and moved on. These folks didn’t try any of that nonsense and did it for a very fair price.
I recently had work done by this shop. Instead of just quoting me a price for what I thought was wrong they correctly diagnosed the problem. The service they provided was fast and done right. I interacted with two of their techs who were honest and friendly. In this instance, The Garage was much more reasonably priced than other shops in the area and were upfront with their quote. I look forward to bringing my car to them in the future.

Love the Garage! Family run business and they tell you like it is. I went to a dealership for a quote on what was wrong with my car, they quoted me $1200. I went to the Garage for a second opinion, John said he could do it for $250 and that there was a charge on my quote that he doesnt know why they would replace that piece as it had nothing to do with the repair!! John will tell you the truth and get you the best price he can! My go-to mechanic!
Decided we’d try somewhere other than Walmart to get our oil changed. Wanted to help support a local business. They said it would be 60$. Thought that was pretty steep but figured it would be okay considering the circumstances. Went to pick the car up and they charged another 15$ for a filter that we never agreed on and also a Hazmat fee. 75$ for an oil change is outrageous. Walmart is 40$. Won’t be going back.

I had a really bad experience with a local mechanics shop. A friend of mine referred me to The Garage. I also had someone I work with say they had heard really good things about The Garage, and my son just told me the same thing tonight.My experience with them was GREAT, I would recommend them to anyone needing mechanic work done. They took care of my problems, very quickly, and were nice, nice people that I would trust not to over charge me, or pull anything shady. Loved my experience, and will go to them for any future repairs needed. Would recommend that for you too!!!!! ;)

The son, John was very profwssional and has great customer service. Hansle any work with him if you must go to the shop. The owner, mom, is rude andnhas no people skills. She even spole to the mechanic rude when he came out to assist her in the lobby area. She has know phone ettiquetes. If u do business with this shop work with the son. He is on point. Mechanics I was not able to grade due to me taking my car elsewhere. Thanks son for your professionalism. Mom, please take some cutomer service courses.Response to owner comment: it was not your company who was rude it was just you at the owner. It is all about perception. As a customer I did not know that was your husband either way you should still treat him friendly in front of other customers. You can also tell you are unprofessional by the comment you made in your response about bringing up the other business that quoted me. I actually took my car back to that business because of their professionalism and customer service skills. The price was not a big issue. I will take customer service over price any day. On the phone, I asked to speak to the other person causevibwanted to get a better understanding. You were blunt and short so thats why i no longer wanted to speak to you. Your response should have been in will give you a call back after I speak with the oerson you spoke with. But no, itcwasnt cause you have no people skills. When I picked my car up. Your son and I still had a great professional conversation. And i applauded him. Please note that the reason you have several bad reviews is due to your customer service no one else on your team. If your son John goes to any other business or opens up his business I will be definitely glad to come visit and give him my business. But for you, you may want to rethink your whole organization maybe this is the reason why you have no other people working for you other than your family. My prayers are sent out to you.
I took my truck in to get the clutch replaced. The guys at the garage did a great job doing so. I would recommend Anyone with clutch problems to give these guys a try.

I wen here for a simple alignment, and tour out to be that they come up 3 hours later that l waited for that work to be done.but it wasnt finish. The mechanic said it was going to cost me $90 dollars an hour that he could loosened a bolt and that the work was going to take 3 hours or so.I tall him to put it all back together, because l could not afford his prices,that made upset with me .so they give my truck back with a crooked stirring wheel. And the wanted to charge me for that work. That admitted they made that mistake.there for l will never go here again.
Overpriced
Owners take time to explain procedures and offer suggestions to keep my vehicle maintained. Repairs are done in a timely manner. I will continue to take my vehicle to this shop.

Good experience
Prior to a long road trip we took our Kia Sorento in to have the transmission serviced. On our way back from our trip we noticed the transmission started shifting hard. Upon our return we took the car back to the garage for him to see what the issue was as he was the one to service it. He said sure for another 100 bucks. We then took the car to Midas as we have a family member who works for them. They checked the transmission and found it had less than half the transmission fluid it needed and in addition the wrong fluid was put in our vehicle. The transmission was essentially destroyed. The owner of the garage simply shrugged his shoulders and essentially said too bad. If you value your vehicle in any way never take it to the garage for any kind of service or repair.
Car wash is insanely expensive, like a quarter for 30 seconds, ridiculous...also has extremely hard water. Pretty pointless when you wash your vehicle and an hour later there are water spots all over it that are very hard to get off. Go somewhere else, trust me.
They did a pretty good job with replacing the alternator on my car!
We were on our way through Wichita and had an unexpectef repair. We called and they were able to get us right in and the price was a good.
