I love this place. Went to another shop for a alignment and they tried to rip me off $600 because “they needed parts”. I went here afterwards and they got straight to business and took care of my care. Did not rip off my money and was very caring. This shop is my new mechanic shop I will be going to if I ever have problems. I highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for car repair, thats quality, fair, and wont sell you short, use Karns. Ive used them twice now off the word of a fellow church friend, and I couldnt be happier. They replaced my transmission, and he made sure I was well informed of my options...ALL...of them, not just the ones they would prefer for them to make a bigger price tag. I just had work done with my thermostat housing and other issues, and yet again...walk away completely pleased! Trust their team of experts!

Though there was a mixup in communication about what they could do for me, overall it was a fast, friendly service. They were by far the most reasonable quote in town. And they seem to really care about giving quailty service and making sure that you are satisfied and will choose them again.

I can not say anything but good things about karns. Took my car to another shop had some work done, drove to kansas city and by the time I returned my car was not driving right. Took my car to the original shop they recommended a tune up which they claim they did and no change in my car. At this point they recommended that the only fix was to replace my engine. I took the advice of my friend and went to Karns. Told them the story of my car and they did their own diagnostics. Come to find out I just needed a new ignition coil. This to me speaks volumes about the shop and their integrity! They just gained a customer!

A friend sent me in there and these guys were incredible!! I wasnt there for hours, they dont expect anything impossible and so very nice! Im getting the truck I really want, my husband needed a tire done and the mechanic stayed late just so he could fix it when he got there. Ive never had a better experience! Thank you guys!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. First we bought a Jeep from them and it had the worse shakes ever. We had a new born and Ron knew it. Our baby could have died due to whiplash. Also we had to pay for a radiator and didnt get the money back for it. He let us trade the Jeep for a a Durago cool whatever but we had to replace this radiator and the wheel bearings and he was supposed to replace the circuit board in the taillight (but he only rigged it up). We have since put so much money into it. The engine light is on and they could never figure it out. Now its always over heating I had to replace the roaders and breaks. My mechanic informed me that the wheel bearings have never been replaced and they are falling apart. They sell scrappy cars. Beware.

This is one of those dishonest car repair places you always hear about. Money first; customers maybe 9th, 20th, who really cares. Until they learn where their cash flow comes from and can respect and care for each customer, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
