Im always leery about auto repair joints but these guys are amazing and thats an understatement. These guys do great repair work and always shoot your straight. At least twice theyve just fixed something that was small and said have a great day. No BSing or squeezing you for every dime. Once they even referred me to another auto specialist so it would save me money, which it did, by hundreds. Any other joint would have tried to stick me with a fat bill. Point is, they take care of you. Thats important, especially in this field. I bring all mine and my wifes vehicles as well as my mothers. Theyve got my families business for life.

I was pleased with Expert Autos recent oil change for my car. But I had to return my car to this place to have their belt tightening job redone after a manager suggested a possible more serious issue. Im also suspicious of the quality and cost of the front brakes work that was done and the suggestion that my car back brakes also need repairs. My back brakes seem suddenly much worse since the front brakes repair. Im currently seeking a second opinion and inspection of my car brakes system.

Place is solid and lead mechanic is awesome! He doesn’t bs you and is straight to the point. Not from the area but coming from out of town he gave me a good sense of my problem to make a sound decision with out ripping me off and taking advantage. True and honest people!

I had a sudden loss of brakes on my 2004 F250. Chuck was able to look at the truck that afternoon and very quickly diagnosed the problem as rusted brake line that was hidden behind the fuel tank. He and his staff quickly and efficiently removed the fuel tank, replaced the brake line, and replaced the tank at a cost that I thought was very fair considering the large amount of labor involved. I was so pleased I had them go ahead and make several other repairs that it had needed for some time but I had put off. It was a very positive experience and my truck is in great shape and the cost was reasonable.

Chuck and the guys are up front and honest. Will look at your vehicle tell you what the problem is and how much it will cost where most place charge you just to look at it they dont. They stand behind their work and are friendly. Only place I go and higley recommend giving them a shot.

I went in here today because i had a nail in my daughters car. I did not realize they were closed for the day for the Thanksgiving weekend. The gentlemen told me they were closed but asked what i needed. i told him that i could come back Monday but he told me he would take a look at it. Turned out that the tire could be plugged and he did it in a very quick manner. When i asked him how much he told me not to worry about it. When i told him i wanted to pay something he told me to just do something nice for someone else. What integrity. I will certainly bring my car back here for other work as well.

These guys are awesome! I heard my car making a rhythmic thumping sound, so I brought it in to get it looked at. Within minutes of checking in, they diagnosed the problem as a worn out wheel bearing. I had to catch a flight 3 hours away in KC that same day, so they rushed the parts over and had me out the door in under 90 minutes. Chuck is very friendly and super helpful. I’m so appreciative they were able to accommodate me on such short notice. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Expert Auto Center!

My husband and I own our own business and weve had numerous work trucks for employees to use on the job. We have been using Expert Auto to service these trucks for probably 10 years and they have never let me down. They remember my name and my company name. Just today I had my oil changed and asked them to rotate my tires. I saw a sign in there that said the charge for a tire rotation was $15 however they gave it to me for free because of all the business we give them. Thats just kind of place this is. I dont think youll find a more trustworthy mechanic than the shop.

I try to make this short .........I took my crv to get an 4 wheel alignment $75.99They got the car in and start the two front wheel done, Than call me they can’t do the rear because of how Honda design, in order to get the rear align have to replace the rear camber part and labor $285.I said “YOU should confirm the customers before starting the job” part, labor. They fails and charge $75.99 plus taxes for the front align only and told me that YOU DONT HAVE TO COME BACK. I said this is not a service business satisfying this is a ripoff and yes I’m not coming back.

I just went there for the first time and I absolutely love them! I went in without an appointment and only had to 2-5 mins for them to look at my car. wasnt even there for 10 mins when they told me exactly what was wrong with my car. In total I was there for half an hour. In addition to that their customer service was amazing. Someone updated me every five mins on what they were doing to my car. They were all friendly and extremely helpful.*UPDATE*My boyfriend and I only take our cars here now. They have helped us out in so many ways. This is a business who truly care about customer service.

Had some brake pads and rotors replaced on the front of the car and they said that my wheel cylinders on the rear where leaking so supposedly changed them.Work was completed pretty fast but was charged way to much for a break job $663.00+,if I did not live in a apartment I whould have done break job my self for a lot cheaper.👎😡

Told them that when they are servicing the car for oil change they should check the levels on everything including transmission. I was labeled a complainer because the transmission they had replaced almost burned up again. So much for trying to help them improve their service. Very defensive reaction from them.
