By far the best experience my wife and I have had. Tim and Jacob were amazing salesmen and did everything they could to get us sorted out in a new vehicle. We never even asked, but they were able to get us registered out of state since I’m in the military. Compared to Eddy’s, I felt welcome at Davis Moore and Tim and Jacob did a really good job at being friendly; especially with our daughter who was less than pleased to be there. Other than the lowest bidder, I can see why MAFB gets their vehicles from Davis Moore. They are reliable at their job, and not once did my wife and I feel pressured into getting a vehicle, auto loan, or service package compared to Eddys where we felt bombarded with numbers and little explanation, as well as little professionalism. I highly recommend any Military personnel visit Davis Moore first before trying somewhere else.Thank you again Tim and Jacob!- Daniel

We traded in two Jeep’s in great condition because we wanted to upgrade to a suburban due to being travel nurses. We had an amazing experience with sales man Seth. He was amazing, however I don’t recommend buying a nicer/luxury SUV from them. We have had nothing but negative experience with their service department. We were hoping that buying a $40,000 SUV would come with quality support. I will provide examples. We religiously get our oil changed before even the mileage recommends. Each time we have shown up early (right before they open), and you still have to wait hours. The first time they forgot that we were waiting in the waiting area, it took over 2 hrs. We paid extra when we purchased the vehicle for protection coat and tire plan. We had a nail in the wall of our front tire (we live on a dirt road/farm). We came in due to it being a slow leak. It took 5hrs for them to look at it. They didn’t have the tire in stock, so they requested for us to come back in a couple of days when it would be in stock. They wanted to give us back the car with a leaking tire and hope it made it 2-3 days until the other tire came in. We thought for them and requested the full size spare be switched out till the tire was in stock. We waited longer so they could switch the tire out so we could safely drive till the tire came in. We brought the car back when the tire was in stock, and we waited for over 2 hrs again to change a tire. By this time we purchased a second vehicle. The next oil change we dropped the suburban off and then just requested they call us. Near the end of the day, I called to check on the vehicle since nobody called me. They apologized for forgetting to call us. Today we got another nail in our tire. We called and requested if we could drop the vehicle off before they closed to get it fixed tomorrow since the tire is hissing (the nail is in the tread, so easy patch, no new tire needed). The person said we close at 6. I asked if we got it to them could they park it inside due to the storm and we work a 13 he shift tomorrow. They verbalized the car will be outside and only inside to get fixed. We called Kansas Land Tire in Andover, they said sure bring it in we will park it in our garage and fix it for you first thing in the AM for $27. We paid like $400-500 for this tire package when we bought this $40,000 SUV. It’s kinda sad, great sales department through Seth (still text him about cars on the lot), however if you want luxury service from a luxury car dealership this is not the option. Very disappointed. My family has been buying cars since Sean was manager on the east side, and my parents and brother don’t buy cars from Davis Moore anymore due to issues they have had. I would pleasantly express further concerns.

Bought my wife a pre owned vehicle today and it was a great experience. The car was well taken care of and at a competitive price. From the moment I walked in we were welcomed and I felt relaxed. The people are always friendly. But the dude that helped me I had to ask to pull up his mask. Many staff with no mask and many visitors stand right beside the sign that said mask required. So say they care must be for show. Very disappointed again another business that money is more important.

Went to get an oil change done and the service was pretty good. They made sure to clean my car after the service and also gave me a good discount on a pair of wiper blades. I was able to get the oil change and the wiper blade replacement done u der 100 bucks with cupons of course. If you have a Mopar, make sure to check your Dodge owner portal for any cupones before going there.

I attempted to get out the door pricing on a vehicle. I asked for this information through email/internet inquiry. After providing all information (vehicle, rebates im eligible for, address) i was transferred to a different salesperson. Rather than emailing me the quote I requested, he just keeps calling me. The reason I requested this quote online is because my job doesnt allow me to be near my phone (military). I even called the dealership to attempt to retrieve this quote... only to be transfered to the salesmens voice-mail, again. Rather than giving me the quote I requested it is clear they only want to talk to me on the phone. Im not too impressed and will probably look elsewhere for my vehicle.

I scheduled a recall on my jeep as well as an oil change, a few days before my appointment I noticed it was leaking, I expressed my concerns the day of, and they took the time to see where it was leaking from, reviewed my options, and fixed it the same day! Great customer service!

I have been in multiple times looking at Jeeps! They always have a good supply of new Jeeps and even certified used. Unfortunately we have been unable to find one that suits me. I ended up finding exactly what I wanted elsewhere but when I decide to buy a new car I will definitely be stopping back by to see if we can work something out.

Went to look at Davis Moore jeep because internet said price drop. After an hour finally was told by IC finance manager that the price listed on internet was reduced by $1500 if financed by dealership. The finance manager pulled up internet listing and agreed this was not stated but did not feel it needed to state this. I think if you advertise a vehicle at a price if that price is contingent upon financing the ad should state this..

Ive had more good experiences than bad. Which is saying a lot for a car dealership in my opinion. Most of the time, their service center is very good, and theyll even drive you back to work and pick you up if theyre anticipating a long wait time for services such as an oil change.Purchased a new 2017 ram limited a few years ago and had a good experience with my sales person. Went above and beyond to help get me what I was looking for.The bad:In typical car sales fashion... When purchasing my new truck and going through the financing portion, I was dupped into purchasing extra services, and here is how I was dupped... When discussing financing, lets say my interest rate was 3.5%... They offered some extra package that included road side assistance, tire replacement for any reason, including normal wear and tear for the life of the loan, paintless dent repair, etc. I declined. A little while later they said that they could probably reduce the interest rate to cover the cost of the package. Since I was a little interested in the tire replacement and road side assistance, I agreed. Even though I knew that the way they hooked me was kinda shady...Heres where the real bummer happened. The 2 times I needed to use the road side assistance, they said no one would be available until the next day. Kind of defeats the purpose, doesnt it? Then when I got a nail in a tire, I brought it in for the well replace it for any reason, they denied it because the tread was too low. These tires were not that bad, but I dont know for sure what the exact tread measurement was personally, nor did I inspect the fine print of the purchased package... Seemed like they just look for excuses to deny any claims. But what got me was that I was lead to believe this package/service would cover normal wear and tear for the life of the loan... I was lied to...They did end up letting me get a prorated refund on the purchased package. But still, I never got to use any of the services when needed that were the whole reason for buying the package.*UPDATE *. Increased the star rating from 3 to 4. After seeing this review they gave me a full refund of the series sold to me and Deena was very nice and helpful!

Great atmosphere here, ended up not making a purchase because I didnt realize Ram doesnt make the vehicle I was looking for yet. Never felt pressured into buying something I wasnt looking for though which was a great feeling. Alex helped me almost immediately, let me know all of my options, and was very knowledgeable about what she was selling. Will be coming back in the future when Ram starts making 5th gen single cabs.

I brought my 2019 jeep renegade in for a scheduled oil change this morning. I was pleased with the quickness of getting me in for service however when i got back in i was shocked. I cant believe after how much money i spent on my new vehicle that when they did a oil change they didnt do a courtesy vacumn of my vehicle. When my vehicle was taken to sevice for a screw in my tire it was vacumned and the inside wiped down. Wasnt very happy this morning.

Bought my Jeep here a few years back. Have had it for three years. Runs great. Financing people are pretty pushy about getting a lot of stuff you don’t need ie certain warranties. Get my car serviced here for oil changes and other stuff they do a good job and are reasonably priced for a dealership.

The salesman at Davis Moore are great but watch out for the finance guys. Today I had a wonderful experience with Jimmy at the West location. He was very genuine and we had great conversations! Buuut then I got sent back to financing and no matter how politely I tried to decline the extra warranties this guy would not let up and even gave me some snarky remarks. It was late and I just told him Ill think about it full well knowing Im going to still say no. He really just wasted a lot of time. Speaking of, its absolutely ridiculous it takes 3+ hrs to buy a damn car. I knew exactly what I wanted going in but they really pull your leg taking you through the process.

Just went to have an oil change and air put in tires as we always do, and now my entire stereo system and clock do not work. Left the parking lot and went right back to have them look at it. Gustavo Estrada was my service advisor and he said there was nothing they can do about it and that “they don’t even touch any of that during an oil change.” Israel Medrano was my technician. They had some other technician come over and wiggle some wires under my hood and said the same thing. I’m very upset over this as they told me I have to go to a ford dealership even tho my vehicle was in perfect working condition when I dropped it off. This isn’t the first time one of my vehicles has come back broken after an oil change here. My other vehicles rear windshield wiper fluid now no longer comes out just makes a loud noise since having an oil change here. Obviously these people are incompetent and do not know how to do a straight forward oil change. I should have just done it myself after watching a few YouTube videos. Because now, I have to take more of my time and money to go somewhere else to get it fixed, all while I’m 40 weeks pregnant with a 1 year old, because these people say “we didn’t even touch your stereo.” Way to go.

We took our 2014 Grand Jeep Cherokee in for a quote. Originally quoted $320 for a tag light replacement and it turned into $465! The part was $177 so obviously they are extremely proud of their labor! Took it to Don Hattan - got the tag light replaced, tires balanced and rotated, and the oil changed for $300! Will never go to Davis Moore for anything and will take my business to Don Hattan from now on!!

Disapointed about wanting factory service. The staff was nice and prompt. My issue is that on my 2018 Ram 2500 diesel 4x4 I wanted my transmission serviced (Flush and fill) and they only offer BG products with the flush and fill machine. I want only factory fluid but they could only offer to drop the plug to drain when using I wanted factory fluids. The transmission pan only holds 1/3 of the fluid so I had to take my buisness to another shop. Disapointed.

The worst service i have ever had!!! We had an appointment for 10:30 in the morning factory recal this is a 30 minute job we decided to go to see a movie we figured that would give them plenty of time. When we got out of the movie we called to check on the Jeep when they finely answered the phone they put me on hold for 15 minutes then told me it would be 4 oclock before it would be ready, we live over 50 miles away so didnt make sense to go home so we spent the whole day in town and when we showed up at 4 oclock they had not even started on our Jeep!!!!! They have lied to us both times we talked to them it is just the worst service ever!!! If you want to have your car or truck serviced where you buy it dont buy your car from Davis Moore!!!

Don’t shop or get service here. We were lied to about the life time oil changes. We’ve asked multiple times for warranty work to be done in the last 2 years and they won’t do the work even when scheduled asking us to schedule another visit then saying they don’t have time. I’ve asked for work to be done like tire rotations and they won’t do it claiming the tech determined it wasn’t needed. Then i did the rotation myself and the next visit they say it needs it. I also replaced an air filter and was told i needed a new one when it was brand new. They will try to pre-sell you on oil changes at a discount. This is a rip-off as it has an expiration date to use them by.
