The car is older and the original parts are starting to fail, which is to be expected when it is over 20 years old. Struts and bushings were replaced, but then a noise developed near the wheel. We waited to take it back in case it was a rock from the driveway stuck inside the brakes. The noise continued and then it started running rough with the check engine light flashing. Affinity got it towed into their shop and found out it was faulty parts they replaced under warranty to fix the noise. One coil had to be replaced and now it runs good again. The bill was way less than we expected. Appreciated the honest warranty work and service with integrity.

What an awesome repair shop! We were out of state when our van broke down on a Friday afternoon! Summer worked with us and assured me the guys would look at car as soon as the tow truck could get it to them. She was able to calm my fears and even helped get us set up in a hotel! They fixed the van and alerted us to other maintenance issues for the future. To top it off, the work is covered by a nationwide warranty service. Amazing!! They did a diagnostic of my 2014 Cadillac SRX. Found the issue, sent a link that detailed the inspection of the vehicle and the cause of the problem. Didn’t make repairs until we gave the go ahead. Kept their word on when they would look at the vehicle and didn’t perform services we didn’t need. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I was having issues with my Acura MDX and decided to take it to Affinity because of the 5 Star Rating. This company was thorough and honest. They fixed the most urgent issues with my vehicle. It cost me bundle of $$ to get it all fixed in which my vehicle sorely needed it and if you really want the honest truth, it was my fault for not taking better care of my vehicle--now I know. I have scheduled another appointment with Affinity for the less urgent needs. If you want your vehicle fixed by an HONEST company take it to Affinity. Im so glad I did.

I want to start off by saying mark and summer are amazing people and have a awesome business who cares about their customers. i have been taking my vehicles to Affinitiy Autos for about a year or so any time i have problems with my cars, i had my wifes car towed there couple weeks ago due to it not going into gear, a day later summer called me and told me what was going on and what the problem was with the car and turns out it was internal transmission problems. she gave me different options on what they could do and i chose the best option that fit my finances. one thing i like about affinitiy autos is they will send you a text about the inspection of your vehicle and will post videos and photos of the stuff thats wrong on your vehicle or whatever the case maybe(i.e worn tires, loose outter tie rod etc)they also have credit financing if you cant afford the bill so you can do payments. We took our 2004, E-350 into Affinity Automotive to get the AC fixed. At first, we thought it would be a 1-2 day fix, however after replacing the compressor and the clutch they found out there were also hoses leaking. Instead of purchasing new hoses they had them repaired in town which saved a lot of money. At one point my husband was angry about how long it was taking, but James and the tech were very patient and courteous explaining all the problems there were with the AC on the van. By the time we left my husband felt much better and knew they were doing their best to get our van fixed correctly the first time instead of just putting a band aid on it to be fixed later. The tech worked very hard at checking and making sure it was taken care of. I appreciate the fact that they have a Master Tech working on our van. Summer and James were very courteous and went out of their way to take care of us including getting us a rental vehicle large enough for our family. Our AC works very well and we are glad to know there is a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on it. They did an inspection on the van and had a list at the bottom of our receipt of things we might like to have checked out in the future. I appreciate that they were not pushy about bringing it back to have those things fixed. Though it took longer than expected to get the AC fixed, Im glad it was done right the first time! We will be recommending Affinity Automotive and using them again.

Outstanding is the word I would use to describe the customer service and repair work that Affinity Automotive provides. My 2004 Wrangler Jeep was really starting to show its age due to high mileage. They went through the entire Jeep from front to back and repaired everything including replacing the engine with a new rebuild Jasper motor. My Jeep runs great now and I couldnt be more pleased. The staff are really friendly and they have a pretty good system for tracking what your vehicle needs and also what has been done to it for each visit.I had my Mazda 3 in for its 60K maintenance check and the service they provided was pretty phenomenal. No serious work needed to be done but their system readout after inspecting the entire thing gave me piece of mind that my car was in great shape!

All services were excellently done, plus important issues were also found and pointed out for my consideration, proving an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Very impressed, from step one to the car being done. I took them a car that I had been working on myself and couldnt figure out what was wrong.They took down a lot of notes when I brought my car in and really payed attention to what I was saying. From there they gave me a good idea of what was going to be done to diagnose it further. Each step of the way they kept me well informed and told me step by step everything that was done. My car was fixed and running better than ever in no time, no parts just labor. I recommend them highly.

What a wonderful, very clean, and friendly shop this is! A couple of my co-workers and myself came here onsite one evening for an OSHA Safety Meeting Class. Mark and Summer were very hospitable! We got served a hot, tasty supper catered in straight from Olive Garden and than had the meeting after supper. I could tell that when I walked into the shop for the first time that Mark, Summer, and the rest of their employees are very particular in what they do. Everything from the floor to the toolboxes was all nice and clean. (Even the waiting room in the front office was clean, smelled fresh, and looked inviting!) The shop floor was so clean that you could hardly see a grease or oil spot on the floor! I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody that has problems with their vehicle(s). I paid $200 for them to tell me what was wrong with my car and while in their procession my door and trunk were both drilled out. Around $1000 worth of stereo equipment and speakers were stolen out of my car. They then had my car towed off without a warning. I called to ask where my car was and they said they had no idea and told me to call the towing companies in town to find out. 10 minutes later they called and knew where my car was. I feel like I’ve been majorly ripped off and that they have thieves working for them considering the camera shows the man going straight to my car even though the lot is full of cars. I would highly recommend to not do your business here.

I went in for an oil change and to get a knocking sound checked out. They had very quick service, and saw that one of my belts was knocked loose a bit, they put it back in place and tightened it, and my car has been running so much better than before! I will definitely be coming here for any future problems that come up. I would recommend for anyone who wants great service for a very reasonable price!
