Had my rear drive shaft give out heading back to Garden from Wichita. Looked up numerous body shops and couldnt/ didnt really help us. L&M was an overall great experience! I got a quote from a Honda dealership for a few brake and other maintenance issues that was way overpriced. I thought about trading in my 2009 Honda Accord until I went to L&M. They gave me a more honest and reasonable quote. Took about 2-3 days and my cars been running great! Highly recommend.

Explained everything they did and why. Used minimal parts to make repair and informed me of things to watch out for that mechanic could not predict that might occur with older air conditioning systems. Also they did thorough check of the engine and made recommendations of what maintainence to be performed. I highly recommend L& M and trust them to do only what I need done to keep my truck running worry free.

They were very attentive to let me know immediately by text to what needed to be done and the service was so fast that they kept me informed and called to let me know what had to be done and finished in just a few hours I recommend using them I was so impressed. Honesty and integrity do not apply with the mechanics here. Front house staff was friendly enough but after having my vehicle towed to them after a recommendation from AAA, this business charged way too much to replace my water pump. They then put the car back together and failed to inspect the condition of the fan clutch. I then get a call from the staff advising that the fan clutch needed to replaced for an additional $1,000+. Overall dishonest and Im not a satisfied customer. I took my car to another shop to replace the fan clutch for a lot less.

If you’re looking for a new shop you just found it. Answered the phone before they were even open, sent a tow truck so I didn’t have to, called me when my car arrived, called me after they had a diagnosis & had me back on the road before the end of the day. It’s nice to find a mechanic shop that I can trust.They will be getting all my major car work in the future!10/10

Needed to get my wheels aligned. L&M was recommended by a friend, so I gave them a call. They were able to get me in the very next day, first thing in the morning so I wasnt late to work and had my vehicle done before lunchtime!Devin & Sawyer were both very friendly, helpful and honest. The most professional shop Ive ever been in. All very good guy who care about the condition of your car. I was always treated with respect and they were always just doing the best for my car. I brought it in because jiffy lube actually screwed up my whole radiator and they installed it new one but when I left I was still having issues (which I later found out was also due to jiffy lube) but they offered to look over my car again and see what the problem was got it fixed in a day I highly recommend them for any repairs great service .

I took my car in to L&M for an oil change, knowing that I hadnt done a lot of maintenance on it for the last 5 years. I felt comfortable knowing they included an inspection with their oil change that they would catch any issues. Devin did a great job of explaining the inspection to me, showed me the issues with my tires (I knew I was due for new ones, no surprise!) and helped me schedule out new tires and the other maintenance items I needed so it would better fit in my budget. I was able to wait both times and was out within the hour. Highly recommend!

L&M is an amazing place to take your vehicle for all your auto needs. They did an awesome job fixing my van! All the gentleman there were very helpful and have amazing customer service. I felt as if Ive known them for years! Very down to earth and didnt try to get me to do unnecessary work to my vehicle.

When my cars power seat stopped working, I wasnt sure where to go. I called a few different places and nobody was able to get me in for over a week. I finally called L&M and they were able to get me in the next morning. They were also charging half the cost for diagnostics as everybody else. I decided to give them a try and I am happy that I did. Not only did they diagnose the power seat, they were able to get me the parts quickly and had my seat working again in just a few days. There were some hiccups along the way, but nothing that was their fault. GM parts were the main reason why it wasnt fixed sooner. They did right by me and I am now singing their praises to everyone I know. If anyone asks me where to take their car I am definitely going to recommend this place.

Towed my car to this shop since it was nearest to my location and AAA certified. Heard back a couple days later about my car and given an ETA on when the car would be done (which was 1 day). They were super quick, communicated well, very professional, and extremely friendly. I definitely will come back here in the future!!!

My car was having trouble starting so I took it in and I thought my issue was a combination of the starter and the throttle body needing replaced, but Sawyer talked me into a diagnostic check and Im glad he did because it was a completely different set of problems with the same symptoms. They told me what was was wrong and we discussed what needed done and I paid the exact price they quoted me. They were very professional and nice and kept me updated through the whole process. It took a couple of days (just because it took a bit of time to get the needed part) but they set me up with a loaner car and I had mine back the next day running just as good as when I bought it!

They were able to get me in the shop the next business day, called with every step and Devon was very informative of everything that was being done to my SUV. L&M helped me when no one else in town would/could. A part in my car was missing bolts that were causing the part to come out of place and my car to be undrivable. The fix was simple, but nowhere in town, I mean nowhere, not even the model-brand dealership could tell me what bolts I needed. At L&M they did everything they could to find out what I needed, provided it for me, and even put them in for me free of charge. I am so thankful. I definitely recommend L&M!

There have been several instances where Devon has explained how I didnt actually need work done on a part of my car that another mechanic may have ominously prescribed, and has advised me well over the last half year that Ive been working with them on maintenance that would benefit the cars performance and safety while I drive, without billing me willy-nilly and doing repairs that I did not approve. Had an alignment done first thing in the morning. The folks at L&M Auto were super friendly and super helpful! They were efficient and punctual with getting it in and out in a timely manner, and were very friendly while my wife a 2 year old daughter and I waited in the lobby. Had free drinks and free snacks. Will definitely come back if need be, they even offer hitches and towing equipment so may look to them to get a receiver and trailer wiring done for my pickup!

Being an automotive illiterate, it is hard to find a place I really trust. These folks are friendly, understanding, thorough and most importantly - very transparent. I absolutely love that they send reports with details and pictures. I am able to research the issues so I can make my own decisions and (learn a thing a two along the way). They work fast too, and I have not had any kind of repeat issues like I have with many others.

Ive been going to L&M for over a year now, first for my Saturn SUV (which is now my mothers) and now for my newer SUV. They took amazing care of the Saturn when I got it; every time I had to take it in for something, they got it done quickly and kept me apprised of what (if anything) I was going to need done in the near future. When I got my new-to-me SUV, my first thought was, I want L&M to check it over for me because they were always honest with the Saturn and I trusted they would be again. When I dropped it off for the inspection, I was told theyd call me by mid-afternoon, but got a call a couple hours sooner than that. They went over what was needed immediately, and what could be monitored, gave me the price, and told me it would be done the next day, because they had to wait on a part. Sure enough, I got a call the next day, picked it up after work and was in and out. They dont seem to charge any more than other mechanics, and I know the work will be done right (and only what needs to be done).

I called this shop to get some info about bringing my Mercedes in, before I could even get to what was wrong with my car the guy told me he couldnt help me and that I should go to the dealership, when their website clearly states that they provide service for Mercedes it was a very unprofessional experience that guy didnt even give me a chance to tell him what is going on with the car I was very disappointed especially since I saw lots of good reviews on the company if you have a Foreign car I do not recommend this shop

This place is my go-to when Im in town. I was here for one day for a thousand errands, had to be in another state the next day, and rolled in an hour before closing. These guys set me up with a new spare tire, ran as quickly as they could, and had me up and ready to go before closing so I could head out before they opened the next day. 10/10, absolutely reccomend to a friend purely because the people here are genuine good guys.

I was in town from California and needed to have a trailer hitch installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had called ahead to get it set up and found out the hitch would have to be ordered in. The day the hitch was supposed to be there we found out there had been a glitch at the shipper and they were out of stock. Frank at L&M went above and beyond and found me another hitch. The hitch he found was scheduled to be delivered on Friday but showed up on Thursday instead. Frank once more went above and beyond and worked me into the schedule on Thursday. Devin installed the hitch and wiring. He did such a great job that it looked like it could have been done from the factory. I highly recommend L&M Auto Repair to anyone who needs repairs done on their vehicle and want it done right. The staff at L&M do the job fairly and right. They abide by what they promise and do everything they can to satisfy their customers.

After calling multiple shops in the Wichita area, L&M came in clutch! They beat all other prices I was quoted, and they gave me a loaner vehicle so I could get to work! My 2019 VW GLI was lowered 1.5 on Neuspeed Lowering springs, I provided! I could not have asked for a better job done! I will be taking my vehicle back for any services I cant do myself! L&M does great work without wasting time. Had 2 ignition coils, thermostat and front brakes repaired all at once. The repairs were done in day. My truck runs better than it has in a long time. Brakes are work like new and engine does not overheat. Im very happy with their work. They are very polite and friendly. Yes I will go back.

Small little mom and pops type shop with a quality of a name brand or dealership had my car towed in due to a severe disaster in my head turns out not so bad car wasn’t totaled they fixed my tires and replaced my damaged parts with dealer quality parts and had me back in the road the next morning love the professional caring attitude to calm an old lady down thank you gentlemen so much

Control arm was broke, diagnosed repair, offered actions, gave me a loaner car while mine was being fixed. Fairly expensive repair, but I feel I received a good value.

I brought my 9yr old vehicle in for an inspection before I sold it to a friend. They were able to work it right in within 2 business days, lend me a loaner car for the few hours it took, and provided an excellent online report of everything they checked and noted at a great price. The report included photos and was also neatly organized into categories of “urgent” vs “will need in the future”, which was exactly what I needed to know. On the one item that was iffy (they noticed some power steering fluid residue) they noted it, but also honestly told me that if it hasn’t actually been leaking (losing fluid) then they WOULDN’T recommend I spend several hundred to replace pump/lines/rack. That honest advice, along with their customer service in general, told me that this is an auto repair place I can trust, and one which will not try to milk every possible issue out of their customers. Excellent service, L&M, I will be back!
