The best customer service Ive ever received. Quality work all around from the time I dropped it off (they had Enterprise meet me at the shop for a rental car) to when I picked it up. Great communication as the car was getting fixed and it was done early. I appreciated the friendly and helpful service and the quality work. Will only use Collision Works from now on.

Had a great experience. Had a little accident in my truck and was able to get it fixed in a timely manner that worked with my schedule. They also worked with me and was able to save me several thousands because I didnt need new parts on all of it. They even fixed some old damage that needed to be done, all at the same time. My truck is back to perfect condition and I am very happy. Will definitely be going back if I ever need to have a vehicle fixed or friends or family need something fixed also.

Our car was side swiped while parked just two weeks after we bought it. The repair took three weeks and our car is good as new. No complaints so far. Their text message service kept us up to date and we are very pleased with our repair. They were easy to work with.

If I could give 0 stars I would, took car to shop for repair, once assembling back together they ran my mothers car into some tools, and started repairing before calling to notify her. Told her it was just a few scratches when it has a dent in the door and scratches.

I cannot say enough great things about Collision Works. Friendly, trustworthy, and INCREDIBLE communication. I received regular texts updating me on the status of repairs. These folks took an unfortunate experience of my car getting damaged, and turned it into a very positive experience of getting it repaired.

The estimator was condescending and kept looking me up and down. In the end it was a waste of my time because he wants to play detective instead of just estimating the job!

First off I am very big on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Maria at the front desk is always pleasant on the phone and in person. Jordan was AMAZING!! he always kept me informed about my car. He had may car about 4 weeks. He would call weekly. He got my car done early and even made sure last little things were done and done correctly. This is definitely a top notch body shop. My car looks amazing after all the hail damage. Definitely would use them again

Very professional and quick. Brought my car in because of a oil leak I thought was due to running over a helmet. Robbie was great showed me under my car and found out it was due to a faulty oil filter. Told me to take it back to where I got my last oil change to see if they would check it out rather than doing unnecessary work. Saved me time and money . Great honest people.

I cannot speak to the cost of their work as I am not an auto body expert. However they worked seamlessly with my insurance company, gave me regular updates on the progress of my vehicle, and they even cleaned my car when they were done, inside and out. My singular disappointment was that they did not continue to offer a free rental like they did when they were AutoCraft.

Most unprofessional and terrible service! Would not recommend. Find another auto shop.I brought my car in for a front bumper replacement (after part arrived). Told them I absolutely need car back Friday since I move out of state Saturday. The guy fixing my car told me itll be done by Thursday or AM of Friday. By Friday, havent heard anything so I called him at noon. Was told it will be done at 5-530pm, but he will call me first. I never got a phone call. By 530pm, I called the shop and no one picked up. Drove by the shop and found out they closed at 530pm... And wont open again till Monday.I have to postpone my weekend plans, my relocation date, my apartment move in date, furniture delivering date, my fingerprint date and possibly my interview date. As of this moment, I still do not know when I will get my car back or when I can move.As a business, if you cannot carry out a job on time, as promised, at least say so, so I can take my business elsewhere. If an employee of yours is doing this, you really need to get to the bottom of this, before he drives away more customers. Last thing to mention, I had to call to find out everything. The guy fixing my car never once updated or notified me of any problem that could possibly delay my car from getting finished on time. He also never called when he said he would. Most importantly, I never got my car back in time for my relocation. It would be an understatement to say I am very dissatisfied!

Their prices are reasonable, their work is excellent, and they have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. They’ve taken a bad experience for me each time and turned it into something positive. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair!

My car was repaired quickly and you cannot tell anything was ever wrong with it. The service was exceptional and they even detailed my car when I got it back. The whole process was quick and painless. Would recommend to anyone!

My daughter took her Tahoe here after an accident. Took them more than 30 days to repair and her insurance only allows car rental for 30 days. They left a piece off the seatbelt. SMH

You know a year ago my wifes aunt was in a terrible accident. Not only did this auto repair team take care of her vehicle, but they made sure she had everything she needed. They made her feel at home! Never in my life have I ever heard of a place making them feel at home but this plav e is different! Please for whatever reason if you experience anything mechanically give these guys a call!

Service was 10 star. I cant even tell someone hit my rear bumper. Looks brand new without even having to purchase a new one. Saved me a great deal of money. Was done on time when they said itd be done. Highly reccommend!!!

Customer service was horrible and work quality was not good. Would not recommend them to anyone. Work was not complete when I was told it would be and even then still had issues and they never got back to me on getting it done right. Dont pay for their detail your better off doing it on your own.

My brand new 2017 Explorer was sideswiped with less than 400 miles on the odometer. I took it to Autocraft on Ridge Rd, and the staff treated me like I was their best and only customer. Darren, the paintless dent repair specialist, worked on it for 2 days, and you absolutely cannot find where the car was damaged. He did an OUTSTANDING job. And the cost was less than half of what I was originally expecting. I will never go anywhere else.

I had a minor problem with my window stripping. I had been told by several people to glue it back in place. I called Auto Craft just to get a professional opinion. Im glad I did because gluing would have ruined it! They sent a guy to my office to fix it. It took about 15min. Auto Craft will get all my business from now on.

I had a series of terrible experiences here during my last repair. They gave me an estimate that they knew was off and was missing parts. The lug nuts were all loose on the tire they removed - so loose you could move them with your fingers! There was a large dent in the side of my car. They replaced the blind spot monitor but never took it to the dealership to get it calibrated so it wasnt functional. The trunk was uneven and was very difficult to shut. There was over spray all over my windows. There was a bump in the paint. They hardly ever called me and took over a week to affirm their original estimate of 2 weeks, which of course made it a week past the 2 week mark.

You know as I sit here and review a lot of the negativity that people have said it seems to me those people were obviously having bad days. To be quite honest with you Their team isnt just a team their a FAMILY. They treat people with the best kindness, and make sure their comfortable leaving their vehicles there to be completed. I hit a deer almost 3 years ago and my son took my vehicle there. I can honestly say they fixed everything, they were even kind enough to ask if I wanted my vehicle vacuumed out. If I ever wrecked my vehicle again or just needed any body work done Their number 1 in my books. No matter if im 4 hours away! So please if they didnt please you in the way you think they should have please let them know. Im sure they will be able to accommodate you.
