One of the few auto shops I trust. Took my wifes car in for a repair to her 2008 Honda Civic. When I went to leave the repair wasnt quite right. The owner said Well thats not good! They spent several hours to make it 100% right and didnt charge extra. This is the textbook definition of integrity!!! A plus service!

I had my late brothers 09 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 fixed by Scott and the men at Auto Smart. I was fighting with used TCMs (Transmission Control Modules) and trying to program it, but had no luck. I dropped it off with Scott on Tuesday of last week and by Wednesday evening it was fixed. No problems, plus they gave me a 36K mile/ 3 year warranty on their work. This is an outstanding company. I can understand why they are so busy every time I drive by... I definitely recommend them...

They did a fast and great job on my vehicle. One thing I was a little worried about was they charge before the work was done so I wasn’t sure how they calculated their Labor hours before doing the project. Either way it was still a competitive price in town. Also they sent an Uber for me to pick up my vehicle. The owner also sent me a follow up text regarding the work that they did and if I was satisfied. Overall this was a great place and seems like they care a lot about their quality of work and keeping customers happy.

I scheduled my oil change at Auto Smart. I wasnt treated any different than if Id scheduled something bigger, like brakes, a/c, etc. Most important was Courtesy. I was greeted with a smile, start to finish! Auto Smart techs check all fluids, tires, etc., no extra fees. They get my vote for any service!

Scott and his crew were awesome throughout what was quite a headache for me. I purchased a hard to find salvage motor online for my GMC 2500. Upon arrival, the motor was junk. Scott was able to find me a suitable replacement that he personally guaranteed. Less than a week later my truck was road ready. Called on a Monday to get my truck in to replace all four of my tires which I already had purchased elsewhere. They said they “we’re busy the rest of the day bring it in tomorrow morning and we will get it knocked out” so Tuesday morning I used vacation time to leave work and drop it off at 7:30 am assuming they will have it done by my lunch at 11 am so I could pick it up. I called at 10:30 am to make sure it was done and they said they had not got to it yet and it looked more like 2:30 pm it would be done. Already irritated that now I Couldn’t eat lunch since I didn’t have a vehicle that I thought would be done, I told them I needed it done by 3 pm since that’s when I get off they said no problem. I stayed a little late at work so to my surprise pulling into AutoSmart around 3:45 pm to see my truck still sitting there with the old tires on it still not even moved since this morning. Completely lied and neglected to even touch my truck. Wasted vacation time and my managers time who gave me a ride to drop my truck off. Will never recommend them to anyone. Stay away

Excellent service. Had taken my truck to 3 other shops. one shop Unruh on 13th and maize tried to lie to me said it was cheaper to put in a used motor $1500.central auto and electric on West Street didnt do anything to it and it sat there for a month while parts got stolen off of it and Davis Moore said it would cost $2500 to fix. Autosmart on West Central had it fixed in about 2 or 3 days for $300. Very professional, reasonable and fast service. Will be going back in the future if any other auto problems should ever needed

Very professional with competent, certified and experienced mechanics. Shop is kept clean. I was impressed with how quickly, even with the computer assist, they were able to diagnose and explain to me the rather involved repairs needed. In just a few hours my 2002 Ranger with its Mazda engine was purring smoothly. The front desk is managed by an obvious mechanic (builds his own race cars) and his communication bolstered my confidence in the shop.

Weve had both cars serviced here for years, and got our tires here also. These guys are the best in the business and have always taken good care of our vehicles. Have referred several people to them and Highly Recommend.

Wonderful place for your car

This place has to be one of the best automotive repair shops Ive ever been to. I have been to Auto Smart on Central for 3 separate issues (brakes, transmission, and an assortment of front end work and belts) in the last year since I moved here and have received nothing but top notch service from Frank, Scott and all of their techs. All of my issues were fixed in one work day (dropped vehicle off the night before, picked up after work the next day) so my time without my vehicle was very minimal. The costs are very competitive and easy on the wallet. I will now only take my vehicles to these guys, and will refer anyone I know with automotive needs.

I wanted to let the guys know I appreciate the excellent customer service I received. I went in after work with a new noise under my truck. It was u joints and a carrier baring. I was in at 5:00 and done by 7:00. They let me come into the shop to see what was going on. The mechanic was knowlagabel and understanding. I could of gone with just replacing one u joint but had all 3 and the carrier baring done! Bravo!

Took truck in due to having trouble starting. Was told a needed me battery cables agreed to have replaced. Later realized they just cut cables 12 inches from battery. Charged $200 for diagnosis problem and $250 to cut cables and splice them in. And $75 for new cables. Beware they cut corners just like the cut my cables!

I took my car to Auto Smart on Thursday because the place I normally go to had a 4 hour wait. They got my car right in and took good care of my car. I needed the oil changed so bad and the hot light had come on before I got there. They fixed me right up no wait and very friendly service. I will recommend them to my friends for sure!

The best experience Ive ever had going to the mechanic!! I have had to travel back and forth from Kansas to Colorado and Im more than one occasion needed last minute service above and beyond the normal needs. They not only did an amazing job with my car but did everything they could to keep the price down and their staff and mechanics are some of the kindest of people you will meet.

I had a recurring issue with my blower in my pick up. They fixed the blower, a few months later, it goes out again. This is common in the service industry, the difference is made when a company stands by their work and looks deeper into whats causing the blower to go out periodically. Sometimes its just a bad blower, just replace it. Some times the blower continues to go out, the company that says Ill just replace the blower again is bad business, bad for them, bad for the customer. A good company says Why does the blower continually go bad? let me look deeper into the issue, and find the root cause, Ill cover the cost of whatever is under warranty, and Ill work with you on the rest. This option may be slightly more expensive to customer, and slightly more costly for the company. But its solid business practice. Thats the craftsmanship and quality I want in my mechanic. We both may be out some additional expenses, but this is THE way to build a relationship. It says a lot coming from me. I am a genuine DIYer, and I generally hate to have someone else fixing my stuff. I find most repairmen and mechanics that Ive measured and weighed, to be wanting, regarding quality and craftsmanship. Not the case with these gentlemen.

You can trust the mechanics at Auto Smart. The hours are good for working folks as they are open Monday-Friday until 6:30 pm.

Very unprofessional. I went in to get my A/C fixed and walked out with a $2000 bill and a whole bunch of problems in which I had to keep taking my car back. After the 5 trip I gave up and started working on my car myself.To this day still finding things they have messed up on. However, they did get my A/C running so there is that I guess.
