Not happy at all! They charged a LOT more for an oil change, they had to Google the instructions on the oil reset for my vehicle and they did not put the under cover back correctly and it came off partially in the rain in downtown traffic. When I called about it the gentleman laughed on the phone, told me to bring it back the next day to have it fixed. I called the next day to bring it back and was told I would have to wait till Monday, because they closed earlier than what their hours are listed. I told the person on the phone I was not happy, he laughed and said they would have to look at it because I probably hit something or did something to it!!!From now on I am taking all my business to Expert Auto Center on West Central, they dont cheat you and they sure dont laugh at you and they know what they are doing!

Been doing business off and on for over 10 yrs at Eagle Tire. Jimmy has always been very knowledgeable and I always enjoy small talk with him at the counter. He recently helped with a tire issue we had that Wal-Mart failed to fix for 2 days. He had a new tire ordered, overnighted, and had ready before noon the next day. Thank you so much!

I had a tire that blew out while driving. We had a spare but used tire so I took the old tire, wheel, and the newer spare to this place. They mounted the newer tire into the wheel for a reasonable price within 15 minutes.

We got a flat tire in the middle of a long road trip, and hobbled into Eagle Tire only because it was the closest shop we could find. When an out-of-towner needs car service in a hurry, theyre pretty vulnerable to being overcharged, but Eagle fixed the tire quickly, helped us get the spare put away, and only charged us $19.25, which I guess is the standard rate. We left a $5 tip.
