On 10/04/2016 (Invoice#67025) I had my windshield replaced at Discount Auto Glass of KC, (Northstar Retail I, Inc.). On 05/04/2018 the rearview mirror fell off taking a chuck of glass with it. It was either installed incorrectly or the replacement glass was inferior. I tried contacting the company with no response including emails and letters. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.
