Windshield replaced in my 2015 Lincoln MKC. Since then Ive had to have them come back out three times to fix the windshield wipers that are supposed to work automatically. Had to tell them numerous times that I do not have lane assist, or adaptive cruise control. My windshield wipers still dont work properly, and wipe at random intervals, rain or shine. I will never use Safelite for anything again.

I did not use insurance to replace my windshield for my jeep wrangler. I was surprised how affordable it was to replace it. They gave me an estimate of 2 hours and they got it done in 50 minutes. I scheduled the appointment just 2 hours before. Overall the experience was super awesome. I definitely recommend them.

Ohmigosh Jeremy and his crew were awesome. My insurance company unfortunately needed a lengthy phone call to get the work started, but Jeremy graciously waited with me on the phone. Once work began on replacing my windshield I thought it would take 3 hours because my car has a camera system that needs calibrated, and I was checking in after 4:30 (because the insurance phone call took so long), so I planned on leaving the car overnight. But then my husband ended up working late and didnt arrive to pick me up until after 6. The shop closes at 5 and I offered to wait for my ride outside but Jeremy and his crew let me wait in the waiting room and just kept working on my car while they waited. It turned out that they finished calibrating my camera system right as my husband arrived to pick me up.Jeremy and his crew never once made me feel bad for keeping them late. Their work ethic and commitment to customer care shone through.Id give them 15 stars out of 5 if I could.

Took my van in to get the regulator replaced. Never encountered a problem and was in and out in about an hour.

Safelite in Wichita did an awesome job installing my new windshield..! Am very please.. I think the person was named Mark..that install my new windshield..Actually I even saw him wash ALL my windows around my car..The only complaint I have..was I had an awful time finding their shop..that area Safelite is in.. is a maize..

While traveling on the highway I had something hit my windshield and created a big hole. This was the closest location to get it fixed. It’s Saturday and they were busy. They came out and saw how bad it was and squeeze time for me. If they couldn’t fix it I do not know how I would be able to go home. 12/10 customer service

🌟Safelite Is Alright🌟 I scheduled an appointment to get my Truck in for a windshield replacement as I had a crack going across my drivers side view so after going through my insurance company I was able to get a new windshield installed. The gentleman who installed it came to the lobby and introduced himself at first and said if I had any questions he would be happy to answer. The Safelite employee did an outstanding job and was very careful with my truck as I was very pleased and the job only took 1 1/2 hours to do. I waited in the lobby while it was being done and had coffee to drink and watched TV. Delicious Coffee by the way

First class repair job. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I didnt think my insurance covered the repair. They said theyd at least check. Turns out my insurance did pay. They didnt need to go the extra mile, but they did!

So far, everythings OK. They couldnt get the DOT toll tag off. They said its not transferable. Well see.

Quick and convenient mobile install made me wish I had used them sooner! Came to our home and was done very professionally. They also had new upscale wipers available for install that have made a huge difference. Highly recommend.

Called to inform I was running late, was told to come in anyways. Drove 20+ miles to the shop only to be told I’d need to reschedule nearly 2 weeks out. Terrible customer service. Went to windshield shop and paid nearly half for same day service. Do not recommend.

I tried to call and find out about replacing the windshield mounding. After 3 minutes of bouncing around the automated phone system it told me to book online only and hung up. Business lost.

The service tech was great. Nice guy, I almost enjoyed giving safelite $475.00 dollars. I have another windshield that Safelite will replace soon. Hope I get the same guy.

Since they don’t answer there phone I guess this is the only option I have to get a hold of someone for my simple question. I was wondering do you guys buff out scratches on a car glass window? I don’t want to replace my whole window because the 2 little scratches aren’t bad or deep there very light and you can barely see them but I want them buffed out. Can you guys help with that ?

I simply phone called to find out if they repair rear glass heating elements where the connector popped off. The phone number goes through multiple steps to tell you they dont use the phone only computer. Folks Ive used them a lot. No more. If I cant talk to someone, forget it.. Bob

My cracked windshield was supposed to be replaced but since safelite replaced it I cant drive down the road without wind blowing in my front windshield and I just cannot seem to even get in touch with them... I am getting the run around and now even the seal is actually hanging off with a HUGE air gap in my windshield... Ive tried to call over and over and tried to speak to them online as well and Ive basically been told to eff off. ..

Went online to search for an accurate quote. Since I wasnt needing my whole window replaced just corrected since it had gone off track I decided to call. Spent over 20 minutes on hold just to be told they will still charge for a driver side window replacement even if the window is not broken. Forewarning to anyone who might have the same inquiring in the future.

Today I went in because my entire windshield was coming off my car. The employees were very concerned for my safety and were able to fit me in almost immediately even though I didn’t have an appointment. Everyone was very thorough and covered all my expenses because Safelite in Alabama was the last ones to work on my window, even though my car was under different ownership at the time. They could have easily not told me or claimed it wasn’t under warranty to get their money, but they were truthful. Jeremy Woolever took great care of me and my car.

Went there to have the windshield replaced in our Prius. Went early thinking we could get done sooner. Nope. They were BUSY! Well organized, they were working on four cars at the same time. Looked like chaos.

Went for a windshield replacement.They were ready at my appointment time sharp. The waiting room was comfortable and had a desk I could do some work while waiting. They were very accommodating since I was coming from 4 hours away and had to get to the dealer afterwards before they closed. The work was excellent and the technician came out and explained to me all the work they did. I was really impressed with the excellent service.

I scheduled a windshield replacement for my Liberty here. When I arrived the staff were kind and helpful, the waiting room was great, and the service took about 90 minutes- right what they told me it would be. Unfortunately, the good things stopped there. On the drive home I started to notice things- The inside of the car was FILTHY. Pieces of foam from my headliner, dust, BLACK URETHANE WINDOW SEALANT in several spots in my interior, and worst of all, a scratch on my leather steering wheel. I rushed home and took some degreaser to the window sealant stains, and then noticed MORE of it on my paint, and the surface of my new windshield. More to clean. (for those who dont know, this stuff will be a permanent dark black stain once it dries if you dont catch it.)Overall I am pleased with the effectiveness of the repair, since I technically do have a new windshield. The Care and Quality of the work though? Not at all. Especially since I was quoted $50 less by a local windshield company, but foolishly decided to go to the chain store because reputation.

We were on our way out of town when the driver side window wouldnt roll back up. Went to the nearest Safelite where they rolled it up, disabled the switch and told us how to fix it when we got back. All without an apt and with less than an hour there. Everyone was really nice and polite and the facillity was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get fixes done.

Building a bit tricky to find, look for lawn sign and turn in between 2 buildings all the way to the back. Tall sign where parking avail. Receptionist was quick to help and provide service, excellent customer relations skills . Gentleman immediately came out to look at vehicle issue and was very knowledgeable. The work order was promptly worked up with a 3rd party payer, no hassle, great service, very professional 😉

New windshield is wonderful. However. Safelite guys left a big mess of old glue and plastic across my dash, radio, center console, and floorboards. The plastic piece at the base of my windshield is broken on the drivers side, and was missing a screw one the passenger side. The dude also tried to steal my antenna! When we pointed out the antenna was missing, he claimed to have one from an f150 that he would give us. Turns out, it was my antenna from my tahoe! He stashed it in his toolbox and honestly thought we wouldnt notice. While having a fresh windshield is nice, I dont think it is worth the extra nonsense that accompanied it. Will not return to this location. The Hutchinson location was wonderful, went above and beyond and even vacuumed out the front of my kia that was taken in for chip repair. Utterly disappointed with this wichita location.(The guys at the front desk for the automotive repair were very kind and helpful! This review is strictly for Randy with Safelite.)

What an awful experience. The automated person on the phone asked three minutes of questions so they can give you a simple quote, then connects you to a person who starts over with the questions. I tell him I already provided all this information and now he magically has it. He asks a few more questions and then requires my phone number, in case they want to text me about changes in scheduling for my appointment. I tell him I just want a quote, not any follow-up. He says he needs this, and then reads me my telephone number... he had it the whole time. He then wants my license plate number before he can give me a quote. I had enough. All i wanted was a quote. Was it so much to ask for?

Had to take my truck in for a window replacement. Lady at the front desk was very nice and explained everything. Service was fast and I was out in above an hour and a half. Have used their mobile service a few times but saved a few dollars and took my truck to their shop this time. Theyve always done good work for me.

They made the windshield replacement on my Audi A3 effortless! Easy to book through my Geico Mobile App, then great communication and a call to say they were on the way to replace it in the parking lot of my office. When I noticed I would have to replace my KTag sticker the installer said No problem, I do that for you. Ive got a stack of them in the van and I call to let them know the new sticker number. Wow, that is service!

Safelite Autoglass replaced my windshield this morning. The staff was courteous, friendly and professional. The facility was clean, organized and the waiting room extremely comfortable and accommodating. Matthew, my installer, went to great lengths to keep me informed and updated. I drove away with a new windshield and a high level of satisfaction!

Ive called 3 times only to be on hold for as long as 20 mins and still never got the quote, I dont even care if youre cheaper now Id pay 50$ more to avoid letting your automated system waste anymore of my time. Youre too big to remember what customer service really is at this point.

On time (early, in fact, to start and finish). They even removed interior panels around the broken back glass and vacuumed inside the frame of the rear hatch, to get out as much of the glass shards as they could.Receptionist was personable and helpful. Technician was efficient and explained things well. Excellent service!

On a trip from Minneapolis to Austin, TX, we hit what we think was an owl in the middle of nowhere, very early in the morning. We made it to this Safelite location a couple hours before they opened. We tried to sleep on the car a bit and wait for them to open. They were nothing but amazing to us. Began helping us as soon as people arrived. Everyone was extremely friendly and beyond what we could have expected.

They were kind and got my windshield fixed very quickly! They also kept me up to date the entire time it was getting fixed! Highly recommend!

Sure would be nice if they told you right off the bat; we are not taking calls right now at the beginning of the phone call instead of after they waste your time with all their robo options. Is it really that hard to pay someone to answer phones?

They did an amazing job on my husband’s windshield! They are also SUPER honest!!!!! I lost my engagement diamond ring a couple of years ago, it flung out of my hand in the car and we couldn’t find it. We even had the seats taken out to find it but it wasn’t found. The technician that replaced my husband’s windshield found it in the dashboard and was honest about it and turned it in. I’m so so thankful for the honesty of this company!!!! So rare these days!

Website was easy getting a quote and setting up the appointment for an installer to come to my workplace and replace my windshield. Lonnie, the driver, contacted me to let me know about what time he would be at my office and once he was on site. He was very courteous, thorough and fast. The whole experience was an A++ for me.

Great service quick turn around on having a chipped windshield fixed

Service man came out on a Saturday (A Saturday) and had new windshield installed in a flash. I watched him do the work. He took time to talk to me and tell me what he was doing. He was a pro. Very exacting in what he was doing. Obviously, very passionate about his work. Cleaned all the windows on the car and gave us detailed instruction about what we had to do for a short time after the installation was complete. HE EVEN REPLACED THE TOLL ROAD PASS THAT WAS ON THE OLD WINDSHIELD. It was nice to meet a man who obviously enjoyed his job. I believe his name was Shawn.

You may want to go elsewhere. Had 2 windshields replaced on 2 different vehicles. On the first car the cowl cover wasnt installed correctly and rattled until I put it in correctly. On the second car we needed to use the wipers 2 days after the windshield replacement. The driver windshield wiper flopped erratically. Took the cowl off and the wiper stabilizer bar was broken at the plastic end. I might have chalked it up to coincidence but the damn thing was taped up with a very unique grey tape used to keep windshields in place after replacement. The FBI calls that a clue. It was obviously a new break when looking at the plastic. If they would have told me I would have been impressed with the honesty and come back. As it stands Ill never be back and encourage others to go elsewhere.

Almost, everything about the experience was good. I was quoted a good price, and from all indication I received a high quality replacement, installed by professions. Pleased with the workmanship.Unfortunately, they are not very transparent about their pricing. They wont tell you on the phone about all the fees or include them in the quote. I should have pulled the receipt out the envelope and checked it before I left. I think I would use them again, but I would caution anyone to add about $10-25 to the price on top of whatever quote you get, and figure tax on top of that.

Overall the service was great, employees were excellent to deal with. The only downside is the stupid location in the commercial / industrial park location. You can see it from the highway but hard to find for most people I am sure.
