This is my go to place. People ask me why dont I pick my part at a salvage yard I say I was never taught to put in glass for a windshield. I can replace car part easy but Ill leave it to the professionals at least I know its done right. Yes the best place to fix your glass issues.

Had these people reinstall my top windshield molding yesterday for $40. It was installed improperly and the driver’s side is raised after 24 hours. After removing their cheap “industrial grade tape” from it after 4 hours as instructed they told me to buy a new windshield or come get a can of adhesive remover and scrub it myself. What type of sh!t is that.

Great if you need a windshield for an older vehicle that doesnt have any sensors. They gave me a price of $335. After 20 min, I got a call that I would also have a $25 seal. Then when I got there to pick it up, I was informed my bill was $405.Later that day, I noticed that the lane departure sensors werent working. I called any they told me to bring it back in and theyll take care of it. I brought it back just to find out that they were going to charge me another $250 and I had to have 3/4 tank of gas?You think your saving money, but in the end, you spend more.Be smarter than me and go to a reputable and established company, or the dealer.

They are rude. Swear they are on their menstrual cycle every time you ask a question. Ive been there 3 times with the same issue. Took my business else where how are you giving attitude at 8am because they cant do a simple job correctly. This is a angry business. You make an appointment and they turn around and say they dont know how long itll take. So dont call to make one just show up since time doesnt really matter. They just want to sound professional.

My daughter took her car in to have her windshield replaced. They were professional and fast! It only took an hour and they were able to see her the same day. Highly recommend.

Had a side window done on my Explorer. Then when it came to my Highlander back window they broke the wiper and said nothing about it. Now I have to get a new one. Would give 5 star on first vehicle. But second 3.

Hit a large bird on the highway shattered my windshield. Not from Wichita just here visiting family. So I looked for an auto glass place read the reviews seem like a good place. Price was definitely reasonable. The lady at the front desk was a little rude to be a counter person. Windshield looks great but there’s glass all over my hood and some inside my car. Call just a few small things could be corrected in this would be a five-star place. If you need a quick fix definitely would recommend.

After 8 times, I still having issues with windshield. After the eighth visit, their tape pulled paint off the vehicle. After going back, with the paint on their tape, I was told since my paint was coming off the front of my hood, I had a paint issue and needed to contact a body shop. I replied no, if you woulda pulled paint after the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd ti.e back, but the eighth? That is not my issue. He said I am done and all they would reimburse me is one hour of labor.. Would not recommend to anyone. We did exchange words, but that is irrelevant. Just real shifty customer service, not with the lady, she was real nice and polite with me thru out the whole process. The men in the back however, they need major customer service help.

Broke 2 seals from the sides of the glass. Also the person assisting me told me that they would give me a discount but none was given. Will be going back to get it fixed.

The price was reasonable for my older car. I was happy with the cost, but no so much the quality. As seen in the picture, the rubber of the driver side molding was damaged and the molding across the top was not glued down correctly.

My vehicle was challenging to access the rear glass, but they were patient and figured things out without damaging my spoiler. Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Had a 8:00am appt for a new front windshield installation and entered the building at 7:53. Was not greeted but, a young woman appeared looking quite unhappy and asked if I had an appt. I thought maybe coming in before 8am was the wrong thing to do.I asked if they could also install a new rear view mirror and was told they would check their stock to see and come talk to me. I mentioned if they didn’t have a new one just leave the old one off. No one ever came to talk to me and the vehicle appeared with the old mirror reinstalled.I spent an hour in the waiting room listening to the young woman cough and sniffle non stop. I wondered why she did not wear a face mask? Figured she must not be feeling good and that was with the poor customer service attitude but, seeing the other reviews guess that is just the norm.Got home and noticed some of the trim was loose. Hubby inspected it and and didn’t think it had been glued quite right and gave them a call. Fortunately, I have a habit of taking before and after pics when having work done. Was able to text pics to them. They texted back apologizing that it was not a quality installation and now we will be bringing it back in to remove and do another installation.

Hubby says quick warranty work along with regular service. Always polite and helpful. Thank you!

I dropped my truck off at 11am for a 3 pm appointment and they called me around noon and said it was done. I had them put a windshield in my freightliner and they did a good job.

I have had two windshields replaced by them and they worked with my schedule. They were more affordable than two other places I called. I had used another big name auto glass place before to replace a windshield and the install wasn’t good, I could hear air like the seal wasn’t done well. Recently I got a chip in my windshield and called them immediately and they got me in right away and took my car back right when I got there. In my line of work I do a lot of highway driving, so needing a new windshield more than the average person is a hazard of the job. So glad I have them to take care of me when I inevitably need a repair or replacement.

When you walk in you’re greeted by a receptionist asking you “Do you have a appointment?” Not “Hi” or “How may I help you?” This greeting and her poor attitude starts the transaction in a negative way and it continues throughout the process. I witnessed this with every customer that walked in while I was there.I arrived the next day for my appointment after being told they needed to order my glass. Thirty minutes later I was told the wrong glass had been ordered but they had the right one in stock and it would be about another hour. To their credit it was done in a little over an hour but I was told it would be $20.00 more than quoted because the receptionist logged the incorrect year of my truck when collecting my information the day before.

Im really torn on this review because the experience was great. They had the best prices I could find and they were friendly. My biggest issue is that when I pulled the tape that they used off of my windshield, it chipped the paint on my car. You would think that they would use tape that is safe for cars.

Do a lot of business with these guys through my shop and refer a lot of people to them great price good work will definitely use again

Customer service was not great everyone seemed annoyed and angry. I had to go back within 5 min of leaving because a leak presented itself. Its cheap... so I guess thats a plus.

The people who work here are very friendly. It only took them about 30 minutes to replace my windshield. Their prices are also very good. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable.

This place is horrific. They wanted 946 dollars for two front tires on a 2018 toyota siennea van. Bosley offers the two tires for 124 dollars each. Ill be going back to Bosleys and order the tires.

Was recommended this place by a relative for windshield replacement. Not only was the receptionist rude at drop off and pick up, halfway home to Manhattan I noticed that they left their dirty handprints all over the cloth of my car, scratched the cover of my rain sensor, scratched my dash and left a horrible film of whatever they used on my dash as well, that wont come off. The horrible receptionist issue could have been overlooked if the technicians took actual pride in their work and cleaned up when finished and not damaged my car even more.

Problem it’s a 1995 Chevy van front window got cracked put new glass in it well it leaked👎 Ok they take it back try again putting sealer every and tell me ther is rust in some places that’s why it’s leaking? Take it too a competitor they tell me inner seal was original needed replaced and sealed cleaned up the surface rust that was there and put the right seal on the out side no leaks🤨

Called in and got the windshield replaced the same day. They were busy there, but was getting the job done. Thats what makes happy customers!

I needed my windshield replaced due to a rock chip that spread. Discount Auto Glass quoted me a great price, and even had outer trim pillar covers in stock for my Ford Explorer. The service was fast, and their staff is friendly. I would recommend checking them out before choosing Safelite, or any other auto glass business in the area for that matter.

I was very impressed with how quick they contacted me when I emailed for a quote. They were able to get my van in and replace glass all before they closed early on a Saturday. The price was affordable and will use them again for any glass/tire needs!

The quoted install price was not the price i paid. But they did a amazing job.

Other than the long wait I had which was my fault for not scheduling in sooner. Good service lifetime warranty for a windshield that needed replaced and reasonable cost compared to other companies that will charge you an arm and a leg! Definitely recommend this place!

Updated- Needed an emergency windshield replacement. They were able to get me in immediately. This is during covid-19. I was hesitant. knowing that no businesses were going to be open to hang out while I waited. However, Discount Auto Glass has a clean lounge room, with a television, the chairs were 6ft apart, and theres plenty of room. I was able to walk to Spangles, bring my food back to the lounge. They had my windshield replaced in 32 minutes!All of the above is true. After 1 month, the molding started to come off as I was driving out of state, it was flying all over. I couldnt exactly pull over to fix it. Nor should I have had to deal with this..I am grateful for their discounted rates. I have found a few issues such as mentioned and other places where it should have been sealed a lot better. Please take a little bit of extra time to tuck the rubber in so there are no leaks. Overall, Im still satisfied with the amount of money I saved.

Don’t go here. They just told me I get what I pay for. That is broken molding which just cost me $220 out of pocket to replace since they broke all the tabs and just glued them on when I had them replace a windshield. I didn’t know I was paying for this kind of work. I was told I should of known what I was paying for! Their words exactly. Safelite said because of this place, they get more business.

Got the car in to fix a chip in the windshield they replaced 2 weeks prior. After the fix, the chip is larger than before they worked on it and it appears to be spreading. Found dirty rags in my car after I was able to get in it as they parked the car half way in their grass and the front quarter panel was in the bushes.Very disappointed with this company and will NEVER be back.Only gave them 3 stars because they got my car in quick without an appointment.

They do not tell you before hand nor is it posted that they do not accept personal checks!I was put on the spot with only having checkbook .One customer, whom I didnt know, bailed me out. My heart goes out to this young man. He will be rewarded tenfold in his future.

My wifes windshield cracked last week. After calling a few places, Discount Auto glass was by far the cheapest price. She contacted them and they got us an appointment the next day. Replaced rearwindshield for my 2009 F150. same day service, reasonable price.

2 cars and both have the upper seal very crooked. I will spend a little extra and go to another glass shop next time. Does not look factory installed.

Visit 2: Had the misfortune of getting my truck broken into recently. Went with discount auto glass again since they did a good job last time. Was told it would be 1-2 days to get the window in. I called after not hearing back for a week and was told they lost track of inventory (didnt know they had it).My time is more important to me than money. Living in Wichita with a broken window for a week isnt fun. May not go back next time.They did vacuumed the broken glass up, and it didnt take long to install the new window. Just still salty over being forgotten about after putting a deposit down.Visit 1: They got my truck in quick, changed out two windows, and I didnt go broke.You can walk to spangles for some food while you wait.
