They pulled my airbag light and broke my center console. There is runs in the paint all over. Finally, the pin striping was peeling off within a day. I had to take it back in to have them replace the air bag light. While doing that, they lost some of the screws and clips. When I pointed out the flaws, they gave me an attitude and didn’t fix any of them except the pin stripe. Terrible quality.

I brought my truck in to Global Collision Centers wanting to fix some dents etc. that had built up over the years, and from when I was issued a quote to when my vehicle was returned the experience was exceptional. I was kept fully in the loop about the repairs (once started they found some other damage that needed to be addressed, but confirmed that I wanted it done rather than surprising me with extra charges when I returned.) I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who has had bad experiences with this type of thing before, they will take care of you.

Matt and his team are very nice and we had an enjoyable time. It is very relaxed in the office. We had a golf cart done and the painters did an AMAZING job! The prices are very reasonable and there is no other body shop that could compare with them. We are very happy with the service. The paint is a great color and we were assisted in picking it against our new upholstery. Thank you SO MUCH to Global!

Wow! They replaced the worn seals on the rear doors of our vehicle is a great professional manner. The staff were courteous and helpful from the moment we walked into the business to the moment we left. Everyone was masked up and doing their part during this pandemic. After my mom crashed her car, they set her up with a loaner. And even though her car was totaled they were very helpful and kind through the process.

They were very helpful over the phone, and in-person. They also do free loaners while your car is in their shop!

The worst customer service I have ever seen! Rude people, I wouldnt let them touch a bike let alone a car.
