I had my truck delivered to them after an accident. Took them a couple weeks to call me back to give me an update which I understood as it takes time. I was given a target completion date of 12/18. They called me that day to let me know parts they had on order hadnt arrived and it would be a few more days, which again I understood as this happens. Three days later they called me to tell me they were taking it to get aligned and had a few parts to put on but that it would be done the next day. The next day I had to call them to ask when I could pick it up, they told me it was completely done that they just needed to detail it and that I could come get it the NEXT day. Well they called me the NEXT day and told me the truck was damaged when they took it to get aligned and that they had to order parts yet again and that it would be another 2 weeks, still not finished with the story so hang in there. 2 weeks later they called me to let me know the truck was done, I picked it up and noticed right away that the truck pulled to the right and that the tire pressure monitor system was not working. I had to take the truck back again today (Jan 13th) for them to actually finish the job. The story on my truck changed three times and it wasnt finished when I picked up the truck. I am still waiting on them to complete their work, makes me wonder if I can even trust what they told me got done is actually done.

What a great place to have your vehicle repaired. I could not believe how quick they made the repair, and a very quality repair as well. I then picked up my vehicle and it was spotless. They went above and beyond for me. Also the final repair was considerably lower than the estimate. They cleaned my vehicle inside and out like a detail shop would. Very impressed with this business and would recommend them to anyone. Top notch!!

Collision Works Did a great job with body work customer service friendly professional however I only gave 4 stars because part of their job was to have it completely repaired so for the mechanical part they took it to Ford Mel Hamilton which I requested and their guy Matthew in the service department put in the wrong Vin number and once inspected said everything was fine which was not true because a lot of things were not working right and the truck was brand new 2 months old right off the lot before the accident. So I had to take my truck from collision over to ford myself with a list of what specifically needed to be inspected and now its being repaired possibly looking at about 6 grand. If you have Mel Hamilton forward fix your vehicle make sure they speak to Mike Mitchell hes the man thats getting stuff done right.

Work was done as promised, I was notified every other day of the progress. Almost delivered on time but thru no fault of theirs...(Supplier sent the wrong wiring harness). Would use them again. :)

I got my car full detailed, and they did a great job. The inside of my car has never looked better, and my black car looked like a mirror it was so smooth and shiny. They also did my headlights which turned out just like new. I would highly recommend Autocraft to anyone who asks!

I first must say, I have never been disappointed in the work preformed, have been there twice, once for repair after an accident and second for a complete detail job, both times, great work. BUT I did not like the way I was misled and plain out lied to the second time there. I called the afternoon when the car was to be done, was told not quite done yet could they have it another day, What else could I say altho we was to leave on a trip the next day. Still upset I drove by and my car was sitting outside west side of the building, not started yet. I went inside and asked the receptionist, where was my car ? she replied in the clean up bay being worked on. People thats not the way to do business, you people are the ones that set the schedule, I lived up to my end, you did not, when confronted, the receptionist replied, I would have not scheduled it Monday with our workload, but then we do have a new boss. Who is running the place??

I worked for an insurance company for a few years! I saw many of my clients get upset with the shop that fixed their cars because the job was not done right. HOWEVER every single time a client went to Auto Craft their review of the this place was ALWAYS amazing. Their team is amazing!

Awful. Customer service is terrible. They did not return my phone calls or emails after letting them know that there is still something wrong with my car. They forgot to tighten a bolt on the lower control arm on my suspension which caused vibrations at high speeds and caused the nut to fall off. They also do a terrible job of evaluating their work. There were still many things wrong with my car after picking it up from their shop. I will NOT be taking my car to any of the Auto Craft Collision centers in the future and I recommend people to do the same.

Anybody looking for auto collision repair shop please dont use this AUTO CRAFT Collision repair company the reason is the quality and workmanship is way below average and on their quality inspection they let my vehicle go with incomplete paint, deep scratches left in the front bumper in multiple areas after putting in replacement headlights, chrome pieces in ect Here is the kicker I went back to them to go over these issues because they warrantee the work for as long as you own your car. Unfortunately they were very fast with excuses and quick to back away from some of the the issues they agreed with me on that they did and told me they will see if they can replace some parts. Then told me to go back to my insurance company to have them take care of the work they did. I spoke to my agent at the insurance company and he told me thats unfortunate then said dont worry I will take care of you no matter what. Then after being there for an hour they agreed to replace the one chrome piece and fix a couple other things but I had to be there for an hour to continue talking to them just to do something about it. Taking care of the customer appropriately at at this company is something you have to continually asked for to get.Customer service here in a lot of ways is lost whatever happened to you are the customer and I appreciate your business and the thousands of dollars that you spent with us and the fact that you chose us we will take care of you right off the bat instead of dancing around for an hour to get them to take care of you. Please look at other shops in the area and I recommend you not use AUTO CRAFT collision repair Centers if you like things done right the first time and to get a fair shake as a customer. Four win the manager tells you if we took care of everything the customer wanted taken care of we would be broke and that says it all right there.

Never have I been treated so rudely over the finding out the status of my vehicle. They claimed they had called and left messages and I asked when because I never received any of them. Then was told oh Id have to checked the file, then said my car was ready and hung up on me before I could say anything else. Extremely poor customer service.
