I cant say enough good things about this place. They were so communicable the whole time my car was in the shop, very friendly! They did excellent work on my car and left it cleaner than I left it with them. Im in love with this place!

They did a good job repairing my car although it did take longer than expected. Some of the parts had to be back ordered so it wasnt all their fault. Overall Im satisfied.

These guys are the best! My car was completely done w the entire process in a week. The labor took them abt 5 days total and they were so friendly and good abt keeping me informed. When I picked up the car they returned my rental for me and my car was in perfect condition again! I would give more stars if I could. They are awesome here!

Sorry, but starting with a little history to lead up to the great job Gerber did.My wife recently got t-boned in her Land Rover. The driver was uninsured, so we had to go through our insurance (Allstate). They set us up with their “preferred” network body shop at Eddy’s. Took the car in, they started working and we thought all was good. 9 days later, they called and said sorry, too bad, we can’t get the right parts we need to fix it, you are SOL, come get your car to take somewhere else. In the end, we also found out that Eddy’s had tried to start doing repairs, damaged the car even more, and then just patched it up, and covered it with panels to act like they didn’t make it worse. Incredibly frustrating. Called the local Land Rover dealer, and they recommended Scholfield. OK, called them. Sorry, we can’t fix it. By now, we are fighting with Allstate that their preferred folks can’t fix it, and the next option they gave us was to ship it to Dallas, at our cost, to a shop there.As it happens, we knew Orlando at Gerber Collision, and he said they could do it locally. We took the car in, they had a quote almost right away, and took care of working the details with Allstate. Throughout the whole repair, I kept getting status updates along the way with expected completion times. In the end, they had the car done a little over a week early, and had taken care of all of the details in between with insurance. The whole team at Gerber did a great job with the repair, and fixing Eddy’s screw ups, and we are very happy with the end work. All worked out in the end, and great job to Orlando and the team at Gerber for getting us back on track where many others failed.I have no hesitation in the future taking our vehicles to them for any body or glass work needed.

I want to say with the most respect this company has worked on my car that was in an accident and they made it look brand new and drive new one thing was messed up and the went in and took care of it even after it was all said and done I will be using them again for my other car lol I want to say Paige was very nice absolutely helpful and most definitely great with communication I wasn’t always the friendliest but she held her composure and she really did help me out in so many ways with this whole thing super friendly absolutely great customer service and Paige deserves a raise 🙂shes great!

If i could give them 20+ stars i would!!! Seriously this is the ONLY place that Id recommend or EVER go to, to get any repairs done!! I was t-boned last year and they did an AMAZING job at the repairs! Not only that but I just recently hit a deer on my way to Missouri and had significant amount of damage done to my car. Since I was in Missouri at the time I had my car worked on by Reliable Chevy & Mercedes in Springfield, they did the WORST job that Ive ever seen, my whole front end was crooked and was completely unfinished. I didnt even trust them to re-fix what theyve already messed up. CLEARLY they werent reliable the first time... so I gladly turned down their services, knowing in the back of my head that Gerber could get the job DONE and do it RIGHT! and of course they did!!!!! My car looks brand new, and I could really tell that they put the time in to make it look pristine!! They will ALWAYS be the top on my list and my go-to for ANY repairs!! Thank you Gerber for your hard work and amazing customer service!!

The staff are really awesome, especially Paige and Orlando. I called several times over the few weeks my car was there because I was anxiously waiting for my car to be finished, every time they were polite and didnt seem annoyed at giving me an update.On the mechanical side of things, there is a warranty on the parts so if anything goes wrong I can have it fixed which is awesome.The work done is amazing. It is like the accident never happened. The paint job is excellent. They washed my car before giving it to me which was nice.Overall great experience and I am glad I chose this shop. If for some reason I need body work done again I will bring my car here!

Took auto in Monday they replaced the back bumper and washed and vacuumed the interior. Excellent job car was ready to pick up Wednesday USAA gave Gerber 5 stars and so do I.

Would give them 10 stars if I could. Our car was t-boned, but Rusty assured us it could be fixed and what a job they did! We were kept up to date with twice weekly phone calls. They worked with our insurance company so all we had to do was drop the car off, sign the papers and then pick it up. You would never know the car was in an accident. While I hope to never get into an accident again, if I did, I would return to Gerber with no hesitation.

Someone hit and totaled my car out. Their car insurance sent the my car here to determine the damage. They never contacted me to tell me the end results to if it was repairable or totaled. I called them to find out what was going on with my vehicle. After they told me it was determined totaled out, I went up there to retrieve my items out the car. The lady just asked for a description of the car with no verification of if I was the true owner. She then gave me the wrong keys that belonged to another person car, which didnt fit the detailed description I told her.

I took a rebuilt title vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. Orlando found numerous repairs, salvage parts, and issues that were not disclosed. He was able to point out every detail about the suspension, motor being removed, front, and rear damage. I could tell they have an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend anyone to Gerber Collision. They saved me from a bad buy and alot of headaches and money down the road.

Our vehicle was sideswiped by another driver and we were told to bring it to Gerber. They called the rental company and had it ready for us upon arriving. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and even caught a mistake by a local tire shop when the vehicle was sublet out for other repairs. I wont hesitate to bring a vehicle back if I need body work again.

Called to get an estimate for a front passenger car window replacement and was told they dont service my area. Are you serious? Not only am I just a few miles away but I assumed I would drive it there. Either way they lost a potential customer.

I stopped by Saturday for an estimate around 11 and no one was there. I was told they were open till 12. Not happy that I drove all that way for nothing.Their loss, I ended up taking my car to another shop who got me right in.

Horrible phone service, had to repeatedly answer the same question before I could even speak to someone then the lady I talked was impatient and rude
