The Best Body Shop went above and beyond the repairs I needed done to my vehicle. Everything looks and works better than I imagine. If I would of went to any other shop I have used in the past I guarantee I would not have been satisfied. They even fully detailed the inside of my vehicle along with the engine bay. When looking for a shop to replace my bumper I was referred to Best Body Shop by several people I knew. The other online reviews as well as their content online looked very good compared to other shops I have seen. When I dropped my car off the shop was clean and organized, everyone was friendly, and I was very comfortable knowing my car would be repaired correctly using factory parts. They called a few times a week to update me on what was happening with my car in the process and where things were at timeline wise as well as provided me with pictures of the car throughout the process so I could see what was being done. My car looks brand new, and I appreciate all the hard work that Clay and his team put in to doing it.

Man where do I start? first Josh and Clay are amazing! The way they educated me on 3rd party auto insurance and what to expect from the 3rd party insurance company from start to finish is unheard of. Clay and his team had my back from day one. from the work scope to all 300+ pictures his team took disassembling to see in depth damage of my truck and sending all this to the insurance company. calling me Three times a week and updating me on the process and how his dealers went above and beyond to get parts for my truck in a timely matter.. Driving 18 hrs for a frame! His Team is hands down the best in Wichita! Dont ever take your vehicle any where else BUT to BEST BODY SHOP I cant say Thank you enough

My car had some serious road rash, including paint chips and dents on the front end. The guys did a beautiful job fixing it all and matching the 7 year old paint. I would definitely take my car here if an insurance company was involved.

Absolutely recommend this shop. Best work I’ve ever seen on a vehicle. Extremely professional and friendly. They give you a tour of their facility and explain in depth their process on everything. I have a rear glass and tailgate fixed on my truck. Looks fantastic. And called me to update me Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Also when a part came in damaged they called me saying they sent it back to get a brand new one. I will definitely be coming back here if the unforeseen happens again.

First and foremost, I want to preface my review by saying I had a very positive experience with Best Body Shop in regard to professionalism, quality, and timeliness. Clay and his team are good at what they do, and their passion is apparent.I brought my 2017 Ram 1500 pickup into Best Body Shop to have some minor paint and body work done on the driver side door. My truck still has its 60-day tag, and the ding was frustrating. I met with Clay on an impromptu call on a Saturday, and he was able to fit me into their schedule 2 weeks later. He quoted me three days for the repair.I brought my truck into the appointment, there was a few pages to sign and a walk through, and I left feeling confident everything would be done professionally and quickly. Several days later, I called to check and was told that the truck was going into the shop. I misunderstood the timeframe for repair, not releasing the time quoted was once the truck made it into the shop. The total time for the repair ended up being about 5 business days. This was a very quick turnaround still, but just a little lack of communication on the actual finish date.I picked it up late on the last evening and they had the truck completely detailed and parked out front, with a welcoming committee. The quality of work was excellent, and the detail made it look even newer than the day I bought it. Best Body Shop really is the best. My car was in exactly the same condition when I picked it up as it was before my wreck. Like NEW! They are the most helpful, caring team and will give you accurate information so you can make good decisions about your repairs. They stand behind their repairs too. I had a piece of carpet that was loose and it was fixed in 10 minutes after I stopped by. I won’t go anywhere else. This was car repair number 5 for our family and we live in South Central KS.

Clay and his team are great...had some minor damage to my fairly new Tesla...I was looking for a high-quality, locally-owned body shop...stopped by for estimate...Clay explained the process, gave me a tour of the shop and gave me a seat of the pants estimate of $1000 to $1200...said it would take a week....took it in on a Tuesday, done on Friday and it was flawless...and this was something that had to be repaired completely by hand.Recommend Best Body Shop without reservation...oh, and by the way he was right on with his estimate...

My first visit was pretty informative! This place! If you love your car; like- truly love your car. This place is definitely one of a kind! First off, Chad stopped eating his delicious lunch to give me a run down of the shop, and a ball park estimate for my repairs. Just by taking a quick look at how this shop is operating, I knew that this is the place to get unsurpassed quality. Unfortunately due to my level of damages, my car has been deemed totaled. Cant say enough about Clay and his business. I honestly beleive he cared more about my van than I did... I recent purchased a van and had paint chip on the bumper. They disassembled and realized the frame was improperly repaired and a hazard to my family! This wasnt disclosed to me when I purchased it. He instructed me on going back to the dealer and how to request the lot owner refund me my purchase. IT WORKED! As Clay said This is my town, and I refuse to see my customers treated like this. The guy truely does care. Although I didnt get to see the the end product of their work, his attention to detail and honesty won me over. Clay has hooked me up 3 times-1. Needed front end work and while doing an amazing job he helped me get what I needed from my insurance and did a lot of that leg work for me.2. Some dents that needed to be popped out of one of my vehicles and he did it the day of for me.3. I needed a new windshield due to a crack. Instead of putting me in line and making me wait because his shop was so busy, he put me in direct contact with his windshield guy so I could get it done ASAP. Worth more than 50 stars! This body shop was one of the ones I was sent to get an estimate. Since I live on the east side of Wichita, I never would have chosen this body shop. However, I am so grateful I was sent there. The work performed on my vehicle is amazing, and, in addition to looking like new, I KNOW my vehicle is safe for me and for my grandchildren. However, equally important is the fact that Best Body Shop worked for ME! They refused to compromise my safety to appease the insurance company (who should also work for me, but does not). Clay help me navigate the insurance companys cost saving schemes, giving many hours of his time without billing me-unheard of in todays markets. So late on getting this out but better late than never.Not sure I can say enough about Clay, Barbara and the team at Best Body Shop. After my right rear bumper on my brand new 2020 car (two months off the car lot) was hit by a motorcycle who then proceeded to take off I was not happy. But I did what I was supposed to and contacted police, then insurance and finally took my car to Best Body Shop by recommendation of a friend. Ive been with my insurance Progressive for a very long time and didnt think I would have any issues getting NEW parts to replace the damaged parts on my new car but boy was I wrong.After two weeks of being very frustrated and angry with my insurance who thought old parts were ok to use I was ready to give up and give in to insurance. At this point, Clay was able to calm me down and explain what I needed to do to get insurance to do what they should be doing in the first place. After much discussion and guidance from Clay, Progressive gave in and paid for new parts. Had Clay not had the knowledge he has about BOTH sides of the industry and how insurances work then I would be out over $2,000 to repair my car that someone else hit.Both Clay and Barbara were very knowledgeable and kind and called several times during the weeks to give me updates. Ive never dealt with a repair shop that paid this much attention to not only my car but to my concerns and frustrations as well. Had the absolute pleasure of getting my work done here at best body shop. I was hit by someone else and that persons insurance company was so hard to deal with. What helped was Best Body Shop walking me through what my real options were. Giving me the chance to have a say in the repairs and having it done the way I wanted. Wife got clipped in our van, took front end damage. Shopped around, went to them first as their time frame was nice, I work a 8-4:30 job so getting to most shops @5p is a bit of a stretch, they stay open till 7p. The van was in for a month due to insurance trying to undercut costs and parts, Clay refused and didnt back down, quite the hilarious conversation ensued. In the end? They got it done, we got our van, and they also got a repeat customer (we have teens) for dings and such that might pop up in the next few years. Thank you guys, so much for everything. The owner Clay was super friendly and worked me in close to closing time. I wasn’t able to open my driver side door and I told him this was probably my only time I would be able to come by for a while and he had his mechanic work me in and got it done in twenty minutes. Clay, Barb, and the crew are simply awesome! I had them repaint my HD Street Glide and wanted something different than stock colors. They took the time to work with me on a unique color and it turned out gorgeous. They care as much about service as they do the final product. Super disappointed with my interactions with this shop. First I applied for an online quote on their website. I was then told I would need to come in so they could assess the damage themselves. I’m cool with that.When I get there and talk to the owner about the car he absolutely refused to give me any kind of written quote to provide to the insurance company. He then proceeded to tell me they don’t work with insurance and that I should find a different body shop.Wasted my time and did not make me feel valued as a customer. It looks exactly as it did from the factory and they popped a dent out in the roof to boot! They also gave the van a cleaning, adding to the great service. This is by far the most customer friendly place I have ever been to! I took my car in on a Monday and got it back the following Monday. Very quick, and my car looks brand new. I got paint on my brothers old truck. I just needed it buffed out and was visiting out of town and on a short timeline. I drove past Best Body Shop on Kellogg and felt God nudged me to go there. It was a hit or miss & I was worried I was going to get the run around. From foot on the ground to finish, everyone greeted me with a warm smile, even the guy hauling card board boxes out. I had a junker, and new they worked on newer cars, but they were equally kind, even though I needed something buffed out. Clay was a family man and his wife Barbara gave me full attention and listened to my needs. I let my guard down, seeing his children run, which created a soft spot. They were amazing with quality and speed of service. Going into a holiday week when I dropped off my truck, I was expecting about 2 weeks at the earliest for it to be ready. WOW what a place! Clay and his team at Best Body Shop are outstanding! They will do anything that they can to make sure that your vehicle is repaired correctly and properly following the OEM procedures which most body shops are not following. My visit to the shop was not for conventional repairs or damages but I will say they they were 100% open and honest about everything they they’re doing to my vehicle and can even help handling the insurance companies! These guys are changing the collision industry and I will not be taking any of my vehicles anywhere else. If your vehicle is not at Best Body Shop in Wichita, you should be worried if your vehicle is being repaired correctly and following all safety procedures!

My car was total by a freak accident, immediately came here due to other recommendations... I loved it! Everything about it was fast, easy, and informative! Owners and employees were amazing throughout my “old blues” time, even when we had to let go of the car:(. Gave me fantastic advice on how to transition throughout the insurance problems which came in hand. 10/10 would recommend again. Plus the merch is pretty good!

My family and I were in a minor accident an after all was said and done, I will only bring my work to clay an his team at best body. My insurance company threatened that we were gonna have to pay out of pocket because Clay does stuff by the book if not better than the book .The book should be rewritten to best body shops standard because they set the bar high, i was extremely disappointed with my insurance companies lack of empathy an all they cared about is money an mad that the bill was so high which it wasnt an Clay explained that to the insurance company but best body made you feel like family an helped us deal with the insurance worms. Clay you keep doing what youre doing an you an your crew are going places brother.

After some holiday shopping, I noticed a dent and scuff marking on the passenger door of my 2020 Honda Accord. The damage was significant!! My husband and son have done quite a lot of business with Best Body Shop so that was my first choice when getting the estimate for damages. Clay recommended paintless dent repair. They scheduled me at my convenience and had the repairs completed on time! The result? My car looked brand new again!!! I couldn’t be more happy. It was also very cool to watch the repair being done on their Facebook page! Professional, affordable, timely and the staff was so friendly!! Clay was extremely helpful on going over the process of getting my wifes car fixed through insurance. He explained everything they do at the shop to make sure the car was just as safe and correct as when we bought it. Definitely would recommend Best Body Shop. Clay and his team made the process easy, keeping us informed every step of the way. A body shop that makes regular calls to you so you know where your vehicle is in the process. These guys treated me more fairly than they should have when I had a problem with my insurance company. They have some very legit vehicles back in their shop and will tell you more than you want to know about their process. I had a wind shield that needed replaced. I had family coming to town and needed it done quickly. Best Body Shop quickly found a replacement glass and made sure it was in perfect condition. Best Body Shop of Wichita Kansas is more than just a body shop. Clay was informative, and educational throughout the entire claim process. He advised me of my rights, which helped expedite the process, while also helping me and my wife maintain control throughout the process. The insurance company dealt with everything for us when we would have had to inconveniently deal with it ourselves. I had a wrecked car and had it towed in to them. Very professional when I walked in. They cleaned it up for inspection. Handled getting insurance company to inspect.The vehicle was a total. So I cannot vouch for their body work. But the shop is obviously well organized and clean, and set up for repairs.I always felt that they cared for me as a person, not just another customer.
