This place was the greatest! I’m not gonna lie...I was a bit leery on taking my car there because the place is not that beautiful. I was treated wonderfully, though. The receptionist was personable & very helpful. She made all of my rental car arrangements, made sure that I had everything out of my car, double checked thatmy tires had enough air in them, & the list goes on & on. A gentleman that works in the back was also great @ answering questions. When I picked my car up it was spotless inside & out. The service was so wonderful it kind of makes me want to get in more wrecks. 😄

This place is amazing!! Was in litigation for almost 2 weeks over repairs with insurance. AJ went above and beyond, picked up my vehicle from the first body shop, emailed estimates immediately, made phone calls when there was no response from the insurance co., spoke with several different persons from the insurance co along with attorneys and did this all while keeping me informed of everything that was happening with them and the insurance co. They really do care about their customers and the efforts definitely reflect that!! Great job guys!! Especially AJ!! We are so happy we chose to take our car to Carstar west after getting hit in the rear end. From the time we walked in the door to the time we picked up our car everything went great. Everyone was wonderful, helpful and always kept us informed on the progress of our car. The workmanship and care they took with our car was excellent. The car was like brand new when we picked it up. We had some personal items still in our car and they were also taken care of. They explained everything they had to do and were with us when we inspected our car. Their work has a a lifetime guarantee. I woul highly recommend them.

Carstar was fantastic during every step of the process to repair a smashed side bed panel of my pickup truck. They wasted no time and began coordinating with insurance before I even made it home from dropping the truck off.Their office communicated throughout the process to keep me posted on what was going on and ended up completing the truck in half the time it was expected to take.As for the quality of work, the truck looks amazing. I was concerned about the paint matching, as it is a 20 year old vehicle. While the repaired section looks brand new, it also perfectly matches the rest of the truck. I took my 2004 Honda Accord into Car Star West after a tree fell on it from the last major wind storm that we had. I was very pleased with the service that I received. They made it as least inconvenient as possible. They kept me updated on the progress as they completed it. When I got my car back, it was as if it was a brand new car. They even made the inside smell brand new. :)I posted the before and after pics of my car on facebook to let all of my friends know that they did an excellent job on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends.

I researched repair shops extensively before choosing Carstar. I like that they are icar gold certified. Simply put, this means their repair procedures follow the most stringent, top industry guidelines. Quality workmanship is very important to me.Additionally, the manager, Eric, is very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through the quote and repairs more in depth than any other shop I talked to. I asked if they could make me a touchup paint bottle for a couple old rock chips and they were happy to do so. When the job was done, they even offered me a ride to pick the car up!Overall, the car turned out great and Im glad I chose Carstar. I thought they went above and beyond!

Recently, I had a piece of debris impact my windshield just below my windshield wiper rain sensor at highway speed.  I stopped by CarStar the day after the incident in order to seek out an assessment as well as look into the claims and repair process and was pleasantly surprised with the treatment I received.CarStar exceeded my customer service needs.  A.J. was able to walk me through the severity of the impact and explained that glass damage at close proximity to my rain sensor would potentially deteriorate any automatic rain sensing modes. CarStar advised me to replace the windshield as an epoxy filler would only degrade the integrity of the sensor and not completely solve the problem.Coordination between CarStar and my insurance provider was seamless.  I explained to CarStar and my insurance company that I preferred a Mopar windshield due to the fact that glass density effects the rain sensor and I insisted that the new windscreen come directly from Jeep.  CarStar had no problem accommodating my request nor did my insurance company. My brand new windshield arrived within a week.  As soon as the windshield arrived, CarStar notified me and accommodated me the same day.  All I had to do was show up and wait.While Wichita is saturated with many car care options, I can attest that it is tough, if not impossible, to beat the care I received regarding my issue.  Every employee I met was courteous and patient and took the time to inquire as to whether or not I was getting the service and equipment I needed.  I recommend CarStar without hesitation.  What could have easily been a complex and difficult occasion was made painless and time-sensitive due to the care and respect of the employees at CarStar.
